		                        			 Objective:
To summarize the isolation characteristics and drug resistance of HACEK bacteria in lower respiratory tract infection of coal worker's pneumoconiosis.

		                        			Methods:
From 2016 to 2018, K-B method and MIC method were used to test the susceptibility of 10 commonly used antimicrobial agents to isolated 46 strains of HACEK bacteria, and the drug resistance of lactamase and non-enzyme producing haemophilus was compared.

		                        			Results:
Haemophilus influenza (Hi) accounted for 71.74% (33/46) of the HACEK bacteria in the lower respiratory tract infection patients of coal workers' pneumoconiosis in our hospital, Haemophilus parainfluenzae (HPi) accounted for 23.91% (11/46) , which corroded one strain of Eikenella and one strain of actinomycetes. HACEK bacteria were isolated most in winter and spring, and less in summer and autumn. Cefuroxime, ceftriaxone, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and levofloxacin have good antimicrobial activity against HACEK bacteria. The sensitivity of non-enzyme-producing strains Tetracycline (TE) , Compound trimethoprim (SXT) , Azithromycin (AZI) and Ampicillin (AMP) was stronger than that of enzyme-producing strains (

Objective To explore osculating value method combined with rank sum ratio method in evaluation of nursing quality in the hospital nursing management application, to provide a scientific basis for decision making. Methods By reference, from the working efficiency, the quality of nursing, 3 dimensions of nursing skill training, the choice of 11 commonly used in the evaluation of nursing quality indicators, the raw data of each index was normalized, the school of nursing quality with 2004-2013 years of osculating value method analysis was assessed, the development of nursing quality combined with rank and file classified score method. Results The nursing quality of the overall upward trend, according to the grading each year osculating value and ranking in 2011, nursing quality best, osculating value was 0.000, the worst quality of nursing in 2004, osculating value was 3.248;the annual nursing quality grading was reasonable, 2011, 2012 and 2013 were in good quality grade, 2004, 2005 and 2006 were of poor quality grades, the rest of the year at a medium level, with statistically significant difference of the file, P<0.05. Conclusion Osculating value method combined with rank sum ratio method in comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality in the hospital has the objectivity and practicability.

To clarify the function of miR-103 in the differentiation of porcine preadipocyte, we carried out real-time PCR to detect the expression pattern of miR-103 during adipogenesis, and clarified its expression tendency through cell differentiation. Then we used adenovirus that overexpressed miR-103 to infect porcine preadipocyte. Subsequently, mRNA and protein expression of adipogenesis marker--PPARgamma and aP2 was analyzed by real-time PCR and Western blotting. At last, Oil-Red O staining was used to detect lipids accumulation in the 8th day after adipogenic inducement. The expression of miR-103 increased during adipocyte differentiation; compared with the control, the preadipocyte infected by pAd-miR-103 had an elevated expression level of adipocyte marker gene PPARgamma, aP2, and obvious lipid droplet was seen in the 8th day after adipogenic inducement. These results showed that miR-103 can enhance adipogenesis in primary cultured porcine adipocytes.
