1.Evaluation of the comprehensive intervention effect on lunch for primary and secondary school students in Minhang District of Shanghai

		                        			Objective:
		                        			To evaluate the comprehensive intervention effect of lunch for primary and secondary school students in Minhang District, so as to provide a theoretical and practical basis for lunch intervention in school.
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			From October to December 2023, a convenience sampling method was used to select 1 937 students from one primary and secondary school in Minhang District.A comprehensive intervention measure focusing on "reducing oil and salt" for lunch recipe optimization and nutrition education was carried out, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the intervention effect three months later.  Chi square test and Wilcoxon rank test were used to compare the data before and after the intervention.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			After intervention, the use of cooking oil and salt, the supply of protein and fat in primary and secondary school lunches were reduced, and had no obvious impact on energy and other major nutrients. After intervention, compared to before intervention, the proportion of primary school students who felt that lunch was greasy decreased (8.9%, 6.2%,  χ 2=4.35), and the proportion of primary and secondary school students who felt that lunch were delicious decreased significantly (33.2%, 23.2%; 63.9%, 53.5%,  χ 2=26.39, 17.52) ( P < 0.05 ). Secondary school students also felt reduced variety of food ingredients (46.9%, 38.3%,  χ 2=16.05,  P <0.05). In addition, after intervention, the total surplus rate of primary school students  meals decreased (7.4%, 4.4%,  χ 2=5.73), mainly reflected in the decrease of the surplus rate of staple foods (7.1%, 2.4%,  χ 2=17.39), while the surplus rate of vegetable dishes increased ( 16.0 %, 21.2%,  χ 2=6.01) ( P <0.05). Although there was no significant change in the total surplus rate of meals for secondary school students, the surplus rate of staple foods decreased (12.9%, 5.4%,  χ 2=33.52), while the surplus rates of meat and vegetable dishes increased (11.2%, 26.9%; 17.5%, 33.2%,  χ 2=74.26, 61.88) ( P <0.05). After intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the overweight and obesity rates of primary school students ( χ 2=0.11,0.43) and secondary school students ( χ 2=0.01,0.00) compared to before intervention( P >0.05). After intervention, the lung capacity of primary school students [1 564 (1 269,1 890) mL] and sitting forward flexion [11.3 (7.6, 15.2) cm] increased compared to before intervention [1 522 (1 259, 1 819 ) mL, 10.5 (6.3, 13.5) cm] ( Z =2.20, 4.68,  P <0.01), but there was no statistically significant difference in lung capacity and sitting forward flexion of secondary school students before and after intervention ( Z =-0.46, -0.08,  P >0.05).
		                        		
		                        			Conclusion
		                        			The comprehensive intervention of school lunch has promoted a significant decrease in the use of oil and salt in lunch and improved the quality of recipes, and has a positive impact on the situation of leftover lunch and the health of students to a certain extent.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Screening of Anti-breast Cancer Active Ingredients in Famous Classical Formula Yanghetang

		                        			ObjectiveBased on ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS), the combination of serum pharmacochemistry, response profile of absorbed components in serum, network pharmacology and drug-likeness prediction was used to screen the potential active ingredients of Yanghetang against breast cancer. MethodsUPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS was used to identify the main components in different solvent extracts of Yanghetang, and serum pharmacochemistry was applied to analyze the absorbed components from the serum of female SD rats after 0.5, 1, 2 h of administration. Combined with the response characteristic values of serum drug components obtained from UNIFI 1.8.2, the absorbed prototype components and metabolites were screened to get the absorbed components of Yanghetang with a significant patterns of elimination and growth. Network pharmacology was applied to construct a drug-component-pathway-target-disease network, and molecular docking was performed between absorbed components and key targets of breast cancer, and the drug similarity was analyzed by SwissADME. ResultsForty-two compounds were identified in Yanghetang samples extracted with different solvents, of which 16 compounds were common to the three different extraction solvents(methanol, 50% methanol and water). The results of drug-containing serum analysis showed that there were 16 absorbed components in serum, including 5 prototypes and 11 metabolites. Network pharmacology results showed that Yanghetang against breast cancer involved 15 key targets such as proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase Src(SRC), epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and phosphoinositide 3 kinase catalytic alpha polypeptide(PIK3CA). Molecular docking results showed that 16 potential active ingredients were well combined with the predicted targets. Combined with drug likenesses, 12 compounds in the absorbed components of Yanghetang were considered to have potential for anti-breast cancer activity, mainly including α-pinene and γ-eudesmol and their metabolites, of which one was from Ephedrae Herba, one was from Rehmanniae Radix, and eight were from Cinnamomi Cortex. ConclusionThe chemical components of Yanghetang mainly include polysaccharides, monoterpene glycosides and coumarins, and its prototype components mainly undergo oxidation, hydrolysis and acetylation after entering the blood. Its anti-breast cancer mechanism may be related to the regulation of signaling pathways such as the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt). The results of this study can lay a foundation for further exploration of Yanghetang in the treatment of breast cancer. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Correlation Between the Spinopelvic Parameters and Morphological Characteristics of Pedicle-Facet Joints in Different Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

		                        			 Objective:
		                        			Based on spinopelvic parameters and biomechanical principles, the pedicle-facet joint (PFJ) morphological characteristics of isthmic and degenerative spondylolisthesis were analyzed, and the mechanism of their onset and progression was discussed. 
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			This retrospective cross-sectional study included 194 patients with L5 spondylolysis or L5–S1 low-grade isthmic spondylolisthesis (IS group), 172 patients with L4–5 degenerative spondylolisthesis (DS group), and 366 patients with nonlumbar spondylolysis (NL group). The spinopelvic parameters and PFJ morphological parameters of the patients were measured, the differences in these parameters among and within the 3 groups were compared, and the correlations were analyzed. 
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			Sacral slope (SS) and lumbar lordosis (LL) were the highest in the IS group, the second highest in the DS group, and the lowest in the NL group. Among the 3 groups, the L4 facet joint angle (FJA) was the largest in the IS group, the second largest in the NL group, and the smallest in the DS group. The L4 pedicle-facet joint angle (PFA) was the largest in the DS group, the second largest in the IS group, and the smallest in the NL group. Pearson correlation analysis showed that within each group, SS and LL were negatively correlated with FJA and positively correlated with PFA. 
		                        		
		                        			Conclusion
		                        			This study found a correlation between the PFJ morphological characteristics of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis and spinopelvic parameters, suggesting that the morphological characteristics of PFJs may be caused by varying stresses under different spinopelvic morphologies. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.The association between dietary fiber intake and all-cause mortality and cardiovascular disease mortality in patients with stroke: a retrospective cohort study of NHANES

		                        			 BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES:
		                        			Stroke represents the primary cause of death and persistent disability globally, leading to around 5.5 million annual patient fatalities. The objective was to explore the relationship of dietary fiber with all-cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality risk in patients with stroke. 
		                        		
		                        			SUBJECTS/METHODS:
		                        			We extracted stroke patients’ data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) database. All-cause and CVD mortality were outcomes. Dietary fiber consists of non-digestible forms of carbohydrates, usually polysaccharides that originate from plant-based foods. Covariates including demographic data, vital signs, comorbidities, laboratory parameters, and medication use were screened using the weighted multivariate Cox regression models with backward elimination. Weighted univariate and multivariate Cox regression models were performed to explore the relationship between dietary fiber intake and all-cause/CVD mortality, with hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs). The association was further investigated in different subgroups. 
		                        		
		                        			RESULTS:
		                        			A total of 1,578 patients with stroke were included, of whom 688 (43.6%) died.Total fiber and vegetable fiber intake were analyzed as categorical variables, and the lowest intake was considered reference groups. High intake of total fiber (HR, 0.73; 95% CI, 0.57–0.94) and high intake of vegetable fiber (HR, 0.63; 95% CI, 0.48–0.82) were related to lower all-cause mortality risk in individuals with stroke. Similar findings were also observed between higher total fiber (HR, 0.56; 95% CI, 0.37–0.85) and vegetable fiber intake (HR, 0.57; 95% CI, 0.36–0.89) with decreased CVD mortality risk. The relationship between higher total fiber intake and lower all-cause mortality risk was discovered in individuals aged ≥ 60 yrs, smoking, non-CVD, and chronic kidney disease (CKD). High total fiber, or vegetable fiber consumption was linked to lower CVD mortality risk in stroke individuals aged ≥ 60 yrs, females, body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m 2 , non-smoking, and CKD. 
		                        		
		                        			CONCLUSION
		                        			Dietary fiber intake and vegetable fiber intake may benefit the prognosis of patients with stroke. 5.Characterizing pediatric dermatological presentations in an outer metropolitan emergency department: a single-center Western Australian study

		                        			To characterize the patterns of demographic data, dermatologic diagnosis, and disposition regarding pediatric dermatological presentations in an emergency department (ED) at Armadale Health Service, a secondary outer metropolitan hospital in Perth, Western Australia. 
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			Retrospective cross-sectional study auditing pediatric dermatological presentations to the ED from December 2022 through November 2023. We analyzed the age group, sex, dermatologic diagnosis, Australasian Triage Scale, ED length of stay, and disposition. The age group comprised infants, preschoolers, schoolers, and adolescents. The diagnosis included anaphylaxis and angioneurotic edema (AAE), allergy-related and urticarial dermatitis (AUD), eczema and other dermatitis (EOD), infective dermatoses, and not elsewhere classified. 
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			Of the 540 pediatric patients who presented to the ED with a dermatological complaint, 44.4% were girls with a median age of 4.5 years (interquartile range, 1.5-9.3) and a hospitalization rate of 7.6%. The dermatologic diagnoses consisted of AUD (34.3%), infective dermatoses (29.3%), EOD (23.3%), AAE (8.5%), and not elsewhere classified (4.6%). Most patients were triaged as an Australasian Triage Scale category 3-4, with a median ED length of stay of 2.3 hours (1.5-3.5 hours). Pairwise comparisons showed differences in the diagnoses between infants and preschoolers and between schoolers and adolescents for EOD and infective dermatoses (P < 0.001). The hospitalized patients showed a higher proportion of AAE, EOD, and infective dermatoses than those discharged (P < 0.001). Patients with AUD were hospitalized less (odds ratio, 0.06; 95% confidence interval, 0.12-0.30; compared with AAE). No dermatological emergencies, such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, were identified. 
		                        		
		                        			Conclusion
		                        			Our findings underscore regional differences and support global efforts to reduce non-life-threatening pediatric dermatological presentations to the ED. 9.Cuproptosis-related genes in natural killer cells of Alzheimer's disease

		                        			BACKGROUND:The immune-related pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease is still unclear.Exploring the correlation between natural killer cells and cuproptosis mechanism in Alzheimer's disease patients through bioinformatics can provide a new direction for the study of the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease. OBJECTIVE:To screen the key genes related to cuproptosis of natural killer cells in peripheral blood of patients with Alzheimer's disease by bioinformatics analysis and verify them in clinical specimens. METHODS:The GEO online database was used to screen the transcriptome differentially expressed genes and natural killer cell related genes in the peripheral blood of patients with Alzheimer's disease,and intersected with the reported cuproptosis factors.Differentially expressed cuproptosis-related genes were obtained.Then RT-qPCR technology was used to verify the relative gene expression levels.The experimental samples were all from peripheral blood of hospitalized patients in the Department of Neurology of Anhui Provincial Hospital from 2021 to 2023,and 30 patients in the disease group and 20 in the control group were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The protein-protein interaction network was further constructed using the online GeneMANIA website.R language was used for immune infiltration analysis.Transcription factor prediction was conducted based on ENCODE database. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The differential expression genes of peripheral blood transcriptome of Alzheimer's disease patients in GSE63060 data set,natural killer cell related genes in GSE168522 data set,and reported cuproptosis genes were used to screen and obtain four differentially expressed cuproptosis-related genes by using online Venn diagram tool,LASSO algorithm,and random forest machine learning methods:ferredoxin 1(FDX1),ATPase Cu2+transporting alpha polypeptide(ATP7A),pyruvate dehydrogenase El subunit beta(PDHB),and dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase(DLST).(2)Clinical sample experiments showed that FDX1 and ATP7A were up-regulated in peripheral blood of patients with Alzheimer's disease(P<0.001),and were differentially expressed in different genotypes of apolipoprotein E4(P<0.01,P<0.001).The expression of PDHB and DLST in peripheral blood of patients with Alzheimer's disease was down-regulated(P<0.001),and there was no difference in apolipoprotein E4 genotypes(P>0.05).(3)Protein-protein interaction network found that 20 functional proteins were associated with key genes,and immunoinfiltration analysis showed that key genes were significantly associated with 12 immune cells(P<0.05 was considered to be relevant).(4)Bioinformatics analysis and experimental verification results suggest that FDX1,ATP7A,PDHB,and DLST are differentially expressed in Alzheimer's disease,may participate in the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease through the cuproptosis mechanism in peripheral blood natural killer cells,and also provide potential targets for the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
10.Standardized training guidelines for the clinical application of ventricular assist devices in Shanghai

		                        			According to the "Regulations on clinical application management of medical technologies", physicians intending to carry out restricted technologies must undergo standardized training and pass assessments in accordance with the clinical application management standards for the respective technology. As ventricular assist technology is classified as a nationally restricted technology, standardized training is one of the essential conditions for its application. This paper primarily explores the standardized training for the clinical application of ventricular assist technology in Shanghai, in light of its background, clinical application, and current training status. It proposes the training requirements for ventricular assist technology, animal training assessment standards, and clinical practice assessment standards in Shanghai, aiming to promote the standardized development and high-quality advancement of ventricular assist technology in Shanghai.
