Objective To investigate the frequency of therapy-oriented oral radiation in Nanping, China and its distribution, and to provide a basis for the rational application of therapy-oriented oral radiation and the effective allocation of resources in Nanping. Methods A questionnaire was designed to investigate the frequency of therapy-oriented oral radiation in all oral radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions in Nanping. Results In 2021, there were 54 oral radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions and 79 oral radiation machines in Nanping. The total frequency of therapy-oriented oral radiation was 61593 visits and the radiation frequency was 19.54 visits per thousand patients. The average annual frequency of medical institutions at all levels was 721.87 to 3713.25 visits per institution; the male-to-female composition ratio of frequency of therapy-oriented oral radiation in December 2021 was 50.5%:49.5%. The proportion of radiation frequency of different devices was as follows: 38.7% (intraoral dental film), 46.5% (oral panorama), 10.3% (oral computed tomography [CT]), and 4.5% (cranial photography). The proportion of radiation frequency in patients of different ages was as follows: 17.1% (0−15 years), 48.2% (15−40 years), and 34.7% (over 40 years). The frequency of therapy-oriented oral radiation grew by 77.43%, 35.18%, and 8.16% every two years from 2015 to 2021, respectively. Conclusion The frequency level of therapy-oriented oral radiation in Nanping is at the level of Class II health care. The distribution of therapy-oriented oral radiation is highly unbalanced and is related to the level of economic development. Private healthcare institutions are growing rapidly, and public healthcare institutions of grade two and above occupy the main healthcare resources. The oral panorama accounts for the most, cranial photography accounts for the least, and oral CT is the fastest-growing portion. Therapy-oriented oral radiation is predominantly performed in the young and middle-aged populations, regardless of sex. Except for intraoral dental films, the general trend is upward.

Chinese Medical Journal 2024;137(7):846-858
Background::Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is characterized by excessive proliferation of small pulmonary arterial vascular smooth muscle cells (PASMCs), endothelial dysfunction, and extracellular matrix remodeling. G protein-coupled receptor kinase 2 (GRK2) plays an important role in the maintenance of vascular tone and blood flow. However, the role of GRK2 in the pathogenesis of PAH is unknown.Methods::GRK2 levels were detected in lung tissues from healthy people and PAH patients. C57BL/6 mice, vascular smooth muscle cell-specific Grk2-knockout mice ( Grk2?SM22), and littermate controls ( Grk2flox/flox) were grouped into control and hypoxia mice ( n = 8). Pulmonary hypertension (PH) was induced by exposure to chronic hypoxia (10%) combined with injection of the SU5416 (cHx/SU). The expression levels of GRK2 and Yes-associated protein (YAP) in pulmonary arteries and PASMCs were detected by Western blotting and immunofluorescence staining. The mRNA expression levels of Grk2 and Yes-associated protein ( YAP) in PASMCs were quantified with real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Wound-healing assay, 3-(4,5)-dimethylthiahiazo (-z-y1)-3,5-di-phenytetrazoliumromide (MTT) assay, and 5-Ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine (EdU) staining were performed to evaluate the proliferation and migration of PASMCs. Meanwhile, the interaction among proteins was detected by immunoprecipitation assays. Results::The expression levels of GRK2 were upregulated in the pulmonary arteries of patients with PAH and the lungs of PH mice. Moreover, cHx/SU-induced PH was attenuated in Grk2?SM22 mice compared with littermate controls. The amelioration of PH in Grk2?SM22 mice was accompanied by reduced pulmonary vascular remodeling. In vitro study further confirmed that GRK2 knock-down significantly altered hypoxia-induced PASMCs proliferation and migration, whereas this effect was severely intensified by overexpression of GRK2. We also identified that GRK2 promoted YAP expression and nuclear translocation in PASMCs, resulting in excessive PASMCs proliferation and migration. Furthermore, GRK2 is stabilized by inhibiting phosphorylating GRK2 on Tyr86 and subsequently activating ubiquitylation under hypoxic conditions. Conclusion::Our findings suggest that GRK2 plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of PAH, via regulating YAP expression and nuclear translocation. Therefore, GRK2 serves as a novel therapeutic target for PAH treatment.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2018;38(1):22-26
OBJECTIVETo explore the effects of the combined therapy of heat sensitive moxibustion and acupoint injection on endometrial receptivity of hypdrosalphinx infertility in the patients after hysteroscopy and laparoscopy on the base of routine post-operative anti-inflammation.
METHODSA total of 210 patients of hypdrosalphinx infertility after hysteroscopy and laparoscopy were divided into a combined therapy group, a heat sensitive moxibustion group and a control group, 70 cases in each one according to the random number table. In the control group, the intravenous drip of cefoxitin sodium was adopted, and the anti-inflammation treatment was given for 1 week after operation. In the heat sensitive moxibustion group, on the basis of the treatment as the control group, the heat sensitive moxibustion was applied after vaginal bleeding stopped. The acupoints were Yaoyangguan (GV 3), Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), Shenshu (BL 23), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Yinlingquan (SP 9) and Zigong (EX-CA1). The acupoints were modified according to the different syndromes. In the combined therapy group, on the basis of the regimen as the heat sensitive moxibustion group, after vaginal bleeding stopped, the acupoint injection was given alternatively at bilateral Tiangong (extra, 1.0 cm inferior and bilateral to the cervix) with lidocaine 1 mL, amikacin 2 mL and salvia injection 2 mL. The treatment was given once every day, the treatment for 10 times as one course and a total of 3 courses were required. The endometrial type, thickness, uterine arterial plusatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were observed in the patients of each group.
RESULTSAfter treatment, the numbers of A-type endometrial type in the combined therapy group and the heat sensitive moxibustion group were remarkably higher than those of the control group [57.1% (40/7) vs 31.4% (22/70), 50.0% (35/70) vs 31.4% (22/70), both<0.05]. The endometrial thickness after treatment was all increased as compared with that before treatment in each group (all<0.05). The increasing degree in the combined therapy group was better than either the heat sensitive moxibustion group or the control group (both<0.05). The improvement in the heat sensitive moxibustion group was superior to the control group (<0.05). PI and RI in the combination group and PI in the control group were decreased after treatment (all<0.05). The improvements of PI and RI in the combination group were better than those in the heat moxibustion group (both<0.05), which were superior to those in the control group (all<0.05).
CONCLUSIONIn the patients of hypdrosalphinx infertility after hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, the combined therapy of heat sensitive moxibustion and acupoint injection increases endometrial thickness, reduces uterine arterial resistance and improves endometrial receptivity.
