OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy, safety and cost-effectiveness of toripalimab (Tor) combined with chemotherapy (CT) in the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). METHODS PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang Data, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) related websites were searched to collect the HTA reports, systematic reviews/meta-analyses and pharmacoeconomic studies of Tor+CT in the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC from database/website inception to March 31, 2025. After data extraction and quality evaluation, the results of the included studies were analyzed descriptively. RESULTS A total of eleven studies were included, involving five systematic reviews/meta-analyses, and six pharmacoeconomic studies. Among the five systematic reviews/ meta-analyses, two were of high quality, while there was one each of moderate, low, and very low quality. All six pharmacoeconomic studies were of good quality. In terms of efficacy, compared with CT, Tor+CT significantly improved patients’ progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (P<0.05). In addition, compared with ipilimumab+CT, durvalumab, durvalumab+tremelimumab and sugemalimab+CT, Tor+CT could also improve the PFS (P<0.05). In terms of safety, there was no significant difference in the incidence of grade≥3 adverse events between patients receiving Tor+CT and CT (P>0.05); while Tor+CT had a lower incidence of grade≥3 adverse E-mail: events, compared with camrelizumab+CT, pembrolizumab+ 3233255290@qq.com ipilimumab, nivolumab+CT and atezolizumab+CT (P<0.05).In terms of cost-effectiveness, Tor+CT treatment had certain cost-effectiveness advantages, compared with CT. CONCLUSIONS Compared with CT, other programmed death-1/programmed death-ligand 1 inhibitors alone, or their combination with CT, Tor+CT for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC has good efficacy, safety and cost-effectiveness.

Objective To study the correlation between smoking and levels of endothelial microparticles(EMPs)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 74 patients with AMI who were admittedto Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected to be included in AMI group, and 72 patients with non-AMI chest tightness/pain were included in the non-AMI group. The general information of the patients in the two groups was collected, and the pe-ripheral venous bloodof the two groups was extracted. The EMPs levels and other clinical biochemical indexes were detected by flow cytometry. Results The proportion of males,WBC,proportion of smokers, and EMPslevel in patients in the AMI group were higher than those in the non-AMI group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of univariate logistic analysis showed that gender,WBC,EMPs,and smoking were risk factors for the development of AMI,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Further multifactorial logistic regression results showed that high levels of elevated EMPs and smoking were independently associated with the occurrence of AMI.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of EMPs in predicting AMI,and the area under the curve(AUC)between EMPs and AMI was 0.877(95%CI:0.824-0.929,P<0.001).Logistic regression with EMPs as the dependent variable showed that low high-density lipoprotein(HDL)levels and smoking were independent risk factors for increased levels of EMPs.Conclusion High levels of EMPs and smoking were in-dependently associated with the development of AMI,and smoking-induced release of EMPs may be one of the reasons why patients are more likely to develop AMI.

Objective To design and develop a portable multi -parameter life sign monitor. Methods Electrocardiogram (ECG). blood pressure(BP), breath frequency (BF), heart rate (HR) and body temperature (BT) in real time were recorded with a single-chip microprocessor 8Xc196Mc and a high-resolution (640×200) graphic liquid crystal display (LCD) through sign al detecting and processing techniques. Results This system cou ld display the ECG wave, and other parameters in real time dynamically. It could also provide a 24 hours trend graph for each parameter measured and exchange th e data through the serial communication interface (RS232) with the PC. C onclusion This portable monitoring system is capable of performing cont inuous monitoring and also has the capability to resist environmental interferen ce through the added design, so it can be used widely.
