		                        			Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy has achieved remarkable success in the treatment of hematological malignancies. Based on the immunomodulatory capability of CAR-T cells, efforts have turned toward exploring their potential in treating autoimmune diseases. Bibliometric analysis of 210 records from 128 academic journals published by 372 institutions in 40 countries/regions indicates a growing number of publications on CAR-T therapy for autoimmune diseases, covering a range of subtypes such as systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, among others. CAR-T therapy holds promise in mitigating several shortcomings, including the indiscriminate suppression of the immune system by traditional immunosuppressants, and non-sustaining therapeutic levels of monoclonal antibodies due to inherent pharmacokinetic constraints. By persisting and proliferating in vivo, CAR-T cells can offer a tailored and precise therapeutics. This paper reviewed preclinical experiments and clinical trials involving CAR-T and CAR-related therapies in various autoimmune diseases, incorporating innovations well-studied in the field of hematological tumors, aiming to explore a safe and effective therapeutic option for relapsed/refractory autoimmune diseases.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Protection of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging on parathyroid gland in gasless unilateral axillary approach endoscopic thyroidectomy surgery

		                        			Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging technology applied in thyroid surgery to identify parathyroid gland.Methods:From Oct 2021 to May 2022, data of 42 patients undergoing thyroidectomy via gasless unilateral axillary approach in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed. Cases using intraoperative fluorescence imaging technology(42 cases) were compared with conventional laparocopic approach.Results:The number of parathyroid glands dissected in the study group 1.57±0.61 was higher than that in the control group 0.56± 0.59 ( t=-5.472, P<0.05). The PTH value of the study group was (2.88±1.23)pmol/L on the first day after operation, which was higher than that of the control group (2.16±0.10)pmol/L ( t=-1.844, P<0.05). The blood parathyroid hormone value on the third day(3.22±1.31)pmol/L was higher than that of the control group (2.55±0.81) pmol/L ( t=-2.041, P<0.05). There were 2 cases of hypoparathyroidism in the study group, less than 5 cases in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups( χ2=0.942, P>0.05). There was 1 case of hypocalcemia in the study group and 3 cases in the control group ( χ2=0.731, P>0.05). Conclusion:Using indocyanine green fluorescence imaging technology to identify parathyroid gland is feasible, simple, fast, safe and effective.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Possible mechanisms of toxic effects of per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances exposure on thyroid

		                        			Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) are persistent organic pollutants (POPs). They are widely used in food packaging, tableware coating, stain resistant furniture, and other industrial production. Humans are exposed to PFASs on a daily basis through drinking water and intaking food, use of consumer products containing PFASs, and occupational exposure during the production of PFASs or related products. A growing body of toxicological studies has shown that PFASs exposure disrupts the thyroid hormone (TH) system and causes hypothyroidism, which is further supported by population epidemiological studies. PFASs can damage thyroid follicular cells and sodium/iodine transporters to impair iodine uptake by thyroid cells. They interfere with the synthesis of thyroglobulin, reduce the activity of thyroid peroxidase, and affect the synthesis and secretion of TH. They interfere with TH transportation and biological effects via TH competitive binding thyroid transporter or thyroid hormone receptor. They suppress TH signaling pathway and deiodinase activity, interfere negative feedback mechanism, and accelerate TH metabolism and excretion. The processes of TH synthesis, transport, degradation, and biological effects may all be affected by PFASs exposure. This paper described possible toxic mechanisms of PFASs on the thyroid from four aspects: TH biosynthesis, transport, action on target cells, and metabolic excretion stage, and summarized the thyroid toxicity associated with PFASs exposure.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Major immune-related cells in psoriasis vulgaris lesions

		                        			Psoriasis vulgaris is a recurrent inflammatory skin disease. A variety of factors, such as trauma and infection, can destroy the skin barrier function, thereby breaking the balance of immune homeostasis and tolerance, causing abnormalities in function and/or number of various immune-related cells in local skin, resulting in psoriasis-like skin changes such as abnormal proliferation of keratinocytes and excessive inflammatory reactions in skin lesions. Various immune cells in skin lesions can sense changes in the surrounding environment (autocrine or paracrine) through surface molecules, and then express and secrete a variety of inflammation-related factors; if maintenance mechanisms for immune homeostasis and tolerance become invalid, the positive feedback network of inflammation mediated by inflammation-related factors will be formed locally, leading to the occurrence of psoriasis vulgaris. This review summarizes research progress in the role of immune-related cells in skin lesions in the immunopathological mechanism of psoriasis vulgaris, especially innate immune cells such as γδT cells.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6.The hematological diversity of human parvovirus B19 infection after allo-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in pediatric patients

		                        			Objective:To retrospectively analyze hemogram and bone marrow characteristics of pediatric patients infected with parvovirus B19 (HPV-B19) after hematopoietic reconstitution following allo-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods:The clinical course of nine patients with HPV-B19 infection, including hemogram and bone marrow smear analysis during infection, were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Despite the hematological heterogeneity, all patients exhibited reduced hemoglobin levels accompanied by reticulocytes. The proportion and absolute count of reticulocytes decreased by 90.4% (24.7% -98.7% ) and 90.7% (18.6% -99.0% ) , respectively, in one week. Additionally, five patients manifested a decline in neutrophil granulocyte count in peripheral blood whereas granulocytic hypoplasia was not observed in bone marrow. Furthermore, six patients exhibited megakaryocytic hypoplasia in bone marrow, including five patients with decreased platelet counts in peripheral blood. Importantly, only some patients exhibited erythroid hypoplasia although all patients exhibited a decline in hemoglobin in peripheral blood. Erythroid hypoplasia in bone marrow was present in five patients.Conclusion:There was heterogeneity in hemogram and bone marrow smear characteristics among pediatric patients infected with HPV-B19 following allo-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. 7.Influence of Rivaroxaban on Vascular Endothelial Function and p38MAPK/NF-κB Pathway in Rats with Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

		                        			Objective:To explore the influence of rivaroxaban on vascular endothelial function and p38MAPK/NF-κB pathway in the rats with arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods:The rats were divided into the sham operation group,the model group,rivaroxaban low dose group,rivaroxaban medium dose group and rivaroxaban high dose group. The contents of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET-1) in serum were detected, the number of endothelial cells in serum was studied, and the expression level of p38MAPK, p-p38MAPK and NF-κB were measured. Results:Compared with that of the model group, the number of endothelial cells in venous blood of rivaroxaban groups decreased. The content of NO in serum of rivaroxaban groups was significantly higher than that of the model group,and the content of ET-1 was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05). The expression level of p-p38MAPK in arterial vessels of rivaroxaban groups was significantly lower than that of the model group,and the expression level of NF-κB was sig-nificantly higher than that of the model group(P<0.05),and the effects were all in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion:Rivarox-aban can improve vascular endothelial function in the rats with arteriosclerosis obliterans,and the effects may be achieved by modula-ting the p38MAPK / NF-κB pathway.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
8.Value of dynamic three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in evaluating therapeutic response of hepatoma treated with radiofrequency ablation

		                        			Objective To investigate the value of dynamic three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound (3D-CEUS) in evaluating therapeutic response of hepatoma treated with radiofrequency ablation (RFA).Methods Totally 48 cases of patients with hepatic carcinoma (48 lesions) admitted in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from September 2012 to January 2014 were selected.All patients underwent radiofrequency ablation,of which 30 patients were diagnosed by pathology after surgery,18 patients by clinical diagnosis.All patients underwent two-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound (2D-CEUS) and 3D-CEUS 1 month and 3 months after RFA treatment to evaluate the therapeutic response,and the results of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced computed tomography (CT) [or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)] were compared.The final diagnostic results of pathologic biopsy or more than two imaging examinations [ultrasonography,CT,MRI,positron emission tomography (PET)],tumor markers,and more than 3 months follow-up of patients were used as the gold standard.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of dynamic 3D-CEUS,2D-CEUS,enhanced CT (or MRI) in the diagnosis of tumor inactivation were calculated respectively.Results After radiofrequency ablation,dynamic 3D-CEUS could provide more valuable information in 75.0% (36/48) lesions,which contribute to assess the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation.While compared with 2D-CEUS,3D-CEUS did not change the diagnosis or clinical management in 12 (25.0%) lesions.40 of 48 lesions were found no-enhancement in entire CEUS procedure suggesting that the tumor completely inactivated,while 8 lesions showed local enhancement on the edge of lesion suggesting that part of the tumors were active.39 of 48 lesions showed no-enhancement and other 9 with irregular enhancement on enhanced CT (or MRI).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CEUS and enhanced CT (or MRI) in detection of residual tumor after radiofrequency ablation were 80.0%,100%,95.8% and 80.0%,97.4%,93.8%,respectively.Conclusions There was no statistical significance among 3D-CEUS,2D-CEUS and enhanced CT or MRI in evaluating therapeutic response of hepatoma treated with radiofrequency ablation.But 3D-CEUS can provide more valuable information,3D-CEUS has potential usefulness in the evaluation of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of hepatic tumors.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
9.Forensic Application of Objective Assessment on Visual Acuity by ERP

		                        			Objective T o explore the com position characteristic of event related potential (E R P ) in dif-ferent visual acuity levels, and to provide theoretical basis for the objective assessm ent of visual acuity. Methods M onocular stim ulus w as perform ed on 16 selected subjects. T he subjects w ere required to look straight at the screen ahead and count the am ount of stim uli from different directions. T he pictures of optotype stim ulus w hich corresponding to three different visual acuity levels w ere show ed in the center of the screen. The ERP results w ere recorded separately. Results (1) The P1 am plitudes of m atch stim uli recorded under the supra-threshold visual acuity level w ere higher than that of m atch stim uli recorded under the threshold and sub-threshold visual acuity levels. T here w as no significant difference betw een the P 1 am plitudes of m atch stim uli recorded under the threshold and sub-threshold visual acuity levels. T he tendency of conflict stim uli w as sim ilar to that of m atch stim uli under three visual acuity levels. (2) In the 340-500 m s post-stim ulus range, P 300 com ponent w as found under supra-threshold and threshold visual acuity levels; no P 300 com ponent w as found in corresponding tim e w indow under sub-threshold visual acuity. T he differences of P 300 am plitudes am ong three visual acuity levels w ere statistically significant. T he am plitudes from high to low w ere the supra-threshold, threshold and sub-threshold visual acuity levels. 10.The Role of CBS in Injury Time Estimation after Brain Contusion

		                        			Objective T o observe the changes of cystathionine β-synthase (C B S ) expression in the cere-bral cortex after brain contusion at different tim es. Methods A n experim ental m odel of traum atic brain injury (T B I) in m ice w as established by an im proved w eight-drop device. T hen W estern blotting and im m unohistochem ical exam ination w ere used to detect the C B S expression in cerebral cortex around in-jury at different tim e points (1 h, 6 h, 12 h, 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 7 d). Results T he results of W estern blotting revealed that the expression level of C B S w as dow n-regulated and reached its low est level at the 3rd days after injury, and then restored to norm al level after 7 days. T he results of im m unohistochem istry show ed that C B S w as present in the norm al brain cortex. C B S expression gradually decreased at the 3rd days after injury, and then restored to norm al level after 7 days.
