Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on Siebens domain management model in patients with Parkinson's disease after deep brain stimulation.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022, convenience sampling was used to select 169 Parkinson's disease patients who underwent deep brain electrical stimulation in the Functional Neurosurgery of Beijing Tiantan Hospital as the study subject. The patients were divided into a control group of 84 cases and an observation group of 85 cases using the random number table method. The control group received routine continuous nursing, while the observation group received the continuous nursing based on Siebens domain management model on the basis of the control group. This study compared the Activity of Daily Living (ADL) Scale, Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS), 39-item Parkinson Disease Questionnaire (PDQ-39), Parkinson's Disease Sleep Scale (PDSS) scores, and unexpected program control rate between two groups of patients after six months of discharge.Results:After six months of discharge, the ability of daily living score, quality of life score, and sleep quality score of both groups of patients improved compared to before intervention ( P<0.05), and the medication adherence of the observation group patients improved compared to before intervention ( P<0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. The ability of daily living score, medication adherence, quality of life score, and sleep quality score of the observation group patients after six months were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Within six months after discharge, the unexpected program control rate of the observation group was statistically lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:In the treatment and discharge rehabilitation process of Parkinson's patients treated with deep brain electrical stimulation, adopting continuous nursing based on the Siebens domain management model can help ensure patient medication compliance, improve postoperative sleep quality and quality of life, reduce unexpected program control frequency, and have certain clinical practice value.

Standardization is the universal language of the world, and standardization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is essential for its communication in China and globally. However, the principles and methods of TCM acupuncture standardization have been unclear and inadequate in the early stages. Based on an investigative approach to understanding the current status, identifying problems, and finding solutions, our team has established basic principles of TCM acupuncture that embody Chinese wisdom, evaluated the international strategic environment systematically, proposed the principle of “importance of harmony and exercise of impartiality”, and established basic working principles. A series of methods for TCM acupuncture standard development and evaluation have been constructed, including general standards for the revision of TCM acupuncture standards, the first TCM acupuncture clinical research management specification, a shared full chain technology platform, a data center, and an evaluation research base for TCM acupuncture clinical research. Evaluation criteria for ancient literature and expert experience, a recommendation method for the “three main and three auxiliaries” TCM guideline for prevention were established, and quantifiable assessment methods of TCM standard applicability were proposed. These findings provide methodological guidance for TCM acupuncture standardization.

Circular RNA is a class of non-coding RNAs, which are covalently closed and circular at both ends, showing dissimilar characteristics from linear RNA. Several studies have shown that circular RNAs play an important role in the occurrence and development of primary hepatic cancer. By combining with the latest research progress of this field at home and abroad, we summarized the mechanism regulating the occurrence and development of liver cancer, abnormal expression, and as potential molecular markers for disease diagnosis and treatment.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between multi-dimensional myocardial strain and global cardiac function in different stages of cardiac dysfunction in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) by two-dimensional strain echocardiography. Methods: According to cardiac function measurements, SHR of 28 to 102 weeks were divided into 3 groups: Normal group[Group A, normal left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP), n=13], diastolic dysfunction group (Group B, normal LVEF but increased LVEDP, n=24), and systolic dysfunction group (Group C, decreased LVEF and increased LVEDP, n=17), with WKY rats at similar weeks of age as controls (group a, n=7; group b, n=12; and group c, n=16). Morphological parameters of left ventricular were measured by echocardiography. Using EchoPac workstation, systolic peak longitudinal strain, circumferential and radial strain were calculated at the left ventricular middle levels. Extracellular collagen content was observed histologically. Results: Left atrial dimension increased in group B and larger in group C, and dilated left ventricular and thickened wall were only found in group C. Systolic peak longitudinal strain of group B was significantly lower than group A and group a(all P<0.05), and deteriorated in group C(P<0.05), while systolic peak circumferential and radial strain and LVEF were only significantly decreased in group C (all P<0.05), while there was no significant difference between Group A and Group B(all P>0.05). Collagen content in endocardial and mid-layer myocardium increased in group B and C, and increased epicardial collagen occurred in group C. Systolic peak longitudinal strain, circumferential and radial strain were correlated positively with LVEF(r=0.65, 0.80, 0.80, all P<0.01). Conclusions In SHR, systolic peak longitudinal strain obtained by echocardiography is decreased in the period of diastolic dysfunction, while the damage of systolic peak circumferential and radial strain leads to the systolic dysfunction.

Objective To analyze the urine trace albumin(mALb)/creatinine(Cr) ratio and blood uric acid(UA),and other various metabolic index level in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN),combined with clinical data such as patients' age,body mass index(BMI),course of diseases,to explore the related mechanism of occurrence and development of DN.Methods 76 DN patients were selected.The microalbuminuria group(urinary mALb/Cr<300μg/mg) had 46 cases,the clinical albuminuria group(urinary mALb/Cr≥300μg/mg) included 30 cases,another 49 diabetic patients without kidney damage were seleted as control group.The urinary mALb/Cr,blood UA,fasting blood glucose(FBG),triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) levels were determined.The BMI and the length of the course of the disease calculate.Results The patients' age,course of the disease,urinary mALb/Cr,blood UA,FBG,TC,TG,LDL,HbA1c and BMI level in the clinical albuminuria group and microalbuminuria group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (F=6.18,12.48,141.43,12.48,8.49,4.98,6.18,3.89,3.17,3.89,all P<0.05).The high uric acid hematic disease rates of the clinical albuminuria group and microalbuminuria group were 26.09% and 26.09%,which were significantly higher than 10.20% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(x2=4.074,24.833,all P<0.05).Urinary mALb/Cr was positively correlated with age,duration,BMI,UA,TG,TC,LDL,FBG,HbA1c(r=0.120,0.299,0.148,0.340,0.157,0.149,0.103,0.487,0.103).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis suggested that duration,blood UA,FBG were independent risk factors of urinary mALb/Cr;TG,BMI,urinary mALb/Cr were independent risk factors for blood UA.Conclusion Urinary mALb/Cr and blood UA are the independent risk factors,high uric acid hematic disease may participate in the development process of DN,and diabetes duration,UA,BMI,TG,TC,LDL,FBG,HbA1C associated with increased urinary mALb/Cr excretory DN patients,the effective monitoring can improve the symptoms of DN and quality of life.

Objective: To analyze the average systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) among adults aged 18 years old and above in China between 2010 and 2012; and to compare the difference in the results measured by mercury sphygmomanometer and converted electronic sphygmomanometer. Methods: The data was collected from Chinese Nutrition and Health Surveillance in 2010-2012. 120 428 adults aged 18 years old and above were selected from 150 survey counties (districts) of 31 provinces in China Mainland, by multi-stage stratified and probability proportion to size (PPS) cluster randomization sampling method. The average blood pressure value was calculated from three systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings measured by mercury sphygmomanometer. The value of Electronic Sphygmomanometer was converted by regression formula. Age-standardized results were calculated incorporating a complex sample weighting using the population data from the National Bureau of Statistics in 2009. Results: The overall adjusted mean of SBP based on the value of mercury sphygmomanometer among Chinese adults aged 18 years old and above was 122 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), 124 mmHg in men and 120 mmHg in women. The average SBP value was separately 115, 127, and 137 mmHg in groups of adults aging 18-44, 45-59 and ≥60 years old. The average SBP was 122 mmHg in urban and 122 mmHg in rural areas. Mean DBP was 78 mmHg, 79 mmHg in men and 76 mmHg in women. The average DBP was separately 75, 81, and 81 mmHg in groups of adults aging 18-44, 45-59 and ≥60 years old. The average DBP was 78 mmHg in urban and 77 mmHg in rural areas. The overall adjusted mean of SBP based on converted electronic device was 129 mmHg,130 mmHg in men and 127 mmHg in women, respectively. The mean of SBP was separately122, 134, and 143 mmHg in groups of adults aging 18-44, 45-59 and ≥60 years old. Mean SBP was both 129 mmHg in urban and in rural areas. Mean DBP was 76 mmHg, 78 mmHg in men and 75 mmHg in women, respectively. The average DBP was separately 74, 79, and 79 mmHg in groups of adults aging 18-44, 45-59 and ≥60 years old. The average DBP was both 76 mmHg in urban and rural areas. Conclusion The average SBP and DBP was different between the mercury sphygmomanometer and converted electronic device. However, the results from both measures showed that the blood pressure was higher in men than in women, the blood pressure increased with the increase of age, and there was no difference between urban and rural areas.

Objective To analyze the risk factors of cortical micro-infarcts (CMIs) in patients with acute ischemic stroke and to evaluate the diagnostic value of 3.0 Tesla (T) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using double inversion recovery (DIR) sequence and 3-dimensional fluid attenuated inversion recovery (3D-FLAIR) sequence in CMIs in vivo.Methods One hundred and ten consecutive patients with acute ischemic stroke within 7 d of onset were chosen from August 2014 to July 2015;these patients were classified into CMIs group and non-CMIs group by results of 3.0 conventional T MRI,DIR-MRI and 3D-FLAIR-MRI.Baseline characteristics and risk factors were analyzed to investigate the independent risk factors of CMIs.The presence of CMIs was evaluated based on conventional T MRI,DIR-MRI and 3D-FLAIR-MRI.Results Of the 110 enrolled patients with acute ischemic stroke,CMIs were presented in 23.6％ patients (26/110).The age of patients from the CMIs group was significantly older as compared with that of patients from the non-CMIs group (67.65±10.37 vs.58.52± 11.24 years old,P=0.009).Patients from the CMIs group had significantly higher percentages of age＞65 years,age of 76-80 years,hypertension,history of cerebral ischemia and intracranial atherosclerosis than patients from non-CMIs group (P＜0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that age＞65 years (OR=1.982;95％CI:1.362-2.889,P=0.010) and hypertension (OR=1.326;95％CI:1.022-1.682,P=0.026) were the independent risk factors of CMIs.The prevalence of CMIs detected by conventional sequence (10.9％) was significantly lower than that detected by DIR sequence (23.6％) or 3D-FLAIR sequence (20.9％,P=0.013 and P=0.043).Conclusions Age＞65 years and hypertension are independent risk factors of CMIs.DIR and 3D-FLAIR sequences at 3.0 T MRI substantially improve the sensitivity of detection of CMIs as compared with conventional MRI sequence.

Objective To study the TCM syndrome distribution and characteristics of pregnant patients with cold in Panzhihua region;To provide evidence for prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods Totally 107 pregnant patients with cold were analyzed to obtain TCM syndrome data and summarize the distribution and characteristics of this disease.Results The syndromes of 107 cases of pregnancy cold, from high to low were sore throat (64.49%), thirst (62.62%), nasal congestion (61.68%), cough (59.81%), runny nose (55.15%), and defense phase symptoms such as sore throat, thirst and nasal congestion were obvious. The main TCM syndrome was wind-heat syndrome, accounting for 82.24%. The incidence rates of early pregnancy (<12weeks), midtrimester pregnancy (13-27 weeks), and late pregnancy (>28 weeks) were 32.71% (35/107), 44.86% (48/107), and 22.43% (24/107), respectively. The incidence rates of early pregnancy and midtrimester pregnancy were higher than that of late pregnancy (P<0.05). The incidence rates were 53.27% (57/107) in spring and summer and 46.73% (50/107) in autumn and winter, with statistical significance (P<0.01). The incidence of wind-heat syndrome in spring and summer was 62.5% (55/88),Conclusion The most common syndrome in pregnancy cold was wind-heat syndromes. The most common characteristics were warm, hot and dry. Early or middle pregnant patients were more likely to catch cold in spring and summer. The syndrome distribution and characteristics were relevant to local environment and climate factors.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the statement on randomized controlled trials on Wenxin granule for treatment of atrial fibrillation and to judge whether those trials could offer high quality evidence or not, thus improve design level and quality.

METHODRCTs were searched from home and abroad about atrial fibrillation treated with Wenxin granule, which reported before October, 2010. Jadad scale and CONSORT statement were used.

RESULTThere were 66 RCTs retrieved that met inclusion criteria. Using Jadad rating scale, only 2 literatures gain score 4 and 1 literature gains score 3, 54 literatures gain score 2, 7 literatures gain score 1, 2 literatures gain score 0. Only 2 literatures described random number table as the method of grouping. None of the RCTs was reported the allocation concealment. Only 1 literature was used blinding. Fifty-nine literatures were mentioned the lost to follow-up conditions. According to the CONSORT standards, only six literatures (9.1%) mentioned the method of generating the random sequence. Four literatures (6.1%) were quasi-random. Nineteen literatures (28.8%) had inclusion criteria. Six literatures (9.1%) had the follow-up record. Fifty one literatures (77.3%) described the adverse events. None had the estimation of the sample size, intention-to-treat analysis and stratified analysis. None had the ethical approval or informed consent.

CONCLUSIONThe quality of clinical trials of Wenxin granule in treating atrial fibrillation needs to be improved.
