With the rapid development of information technology, research on ancient TCM books has shifted from the traditional collation and digitization into intelligent knowledge service, thereby achieving the deep integration of ancient TCM books collation and clinical needs. Based on the clinical problem and knowledge element theory, we implemented in-depth indexing and knowledge mining for 600 kinds of ancient TCM books, built a knowledge sharing service platform for ancient TCM books by integrating database, cloud platform, knowledge graph and other technologies, and carried out the thematic literature research and developed databases for four major diseases including stroke, heart failure, liver cirrhosis, and diabetes. The digital intelligence products have been applied in hundreds of hospitals for evaluation and feedback. Finally, through "digital processing plus intelligent application", the two-way interaction between ancient TCM books and current clinical practice is realized, and the path and paradigm of ancient TCM books knowledge serving the modern prevention and control of major diseases is formed, providing reference for the innovative utilization of ancient TCM books.

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive moxibustion with Huolong cupping in patients with lung-spleen qi deficiency type allergic rhinitis. Methods:This study was a randomized controlled trial. From October 2022 to April 2023, convenience sampling was used to select 66 patients with lung-spleen qi deficiency type allergic rhinitis who visited the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Clinic of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as the research subject. The patients were randomly divided into an experimental group ( n=33) and a control group ( n=33). Both groups received routine oral Chinese medicine treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, the experimental group performed comprehensive moxibustion with Huolong cupping on the meridians of the Du meridian and bladder meridian. This study compared the scores of Nasal Airway Resistance (NAR), Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and Chinese version of Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire (RQLQ) between two groups of patients before and after intervention. Results:Eventually 30 patients in each of the experimental group and control group completed the study. After intervention, the NAR score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that with the increase of treatment time, the TNSS, VAS, and RQLQ scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group with statistical differences ( P<0.05), and the time effect, inter group effect, and interaction effect were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Huolong cupping comprehensive moxibustion can reduce nasal resistance, meliorate nasal symptoms and accompanying nasal symptoms, and improve the quality of life of patients.

Objective:To carry out prenatal screening and diagnosis for a woman with advanced maternal age.Methods:Non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) was carried out to determine the risk of fetal chromosome aneuploidy. Aminiocentesis was proceeded for fetal chromosomal karyotyping and copy number variation sequencing (CNV-seq). The fetus was subjected to systematic ultrasound screening in the second trimester. Results:NIPT has indicated there was a loss of fetal sex chromosome. Karotyping of the amniocyte showed a mosaic sex chromosome abnormality 45, X[53]/46, X, + mar[7]. The result of fetal DNA CNV-seq was seq[GRCh37]del(Yq11.1q12) chrY: g. 13 104 553-28 819 361del, seq[GRCh37]del(Yp11.32p11.2) chrY: g. 10 001-9 873 915del (mosaic ratio: 30%). Ultrasonography discovered that the fetus had renal dysplasia and male external genitalia. The karyotypes of the couple were both normal. Conclusion:Multiple genetic tests should be carried out for fetus with a high risk for chromosome aneuploidies signaled by NIPT. It is difficult to predict the post-natal phenotype for fetuses with mosaic sex chromosomal aneuploidies. The couple should be carefully counseled upon genetic counseling.

OBJECTIVETo delineate the nature and origin of chromosomal copy number variants (CNVs) in a boy with mental retardation and multiple congenital malformation.
METHODSThe karyotypes of the patient and his parents were analyzed with routine G-banded chromosomal analysis. Genome DNA was analyzed by next generation sequencing (NGS).
RESULTSThe patient was found to harbor a structural aberration involving chromosome 3p. The karyotype of his father was 46,XY,t(3;7)(p26;q31), while his mother was found to be normal. NGS analysis of the patient revealed a 2.16 Mb microdeletion at 3p26.3-pter and a duplication at 7q31.33-qter.
CONCLUSIONThe structural aberration of 3p carried by the patient has derived from his father whom carried a balanced translocation of t(3;7), and his karyotype was finally determined as 46,XY,der(3) t(3;7)(p26.3;q31.33)pat. The abnormal phenotype of the patient can probably be attributed to the presence of 3p26.3-pter microdeletion and 7q31.33-qter duplication.

Objective To analyze the drug resistance of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) strains isolated from teenagers (aged 13 to 19) in Xiaoshan area to metronidazole, clarithromycin, levofloxacin, amoxicillin and furazolidone. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 1 452 teenagers who had endoscopic examination in the First People′s Hospital of Xiaoshan District from January 2012 to December 2017. Statis-tical analysis was performed to analyze the antibiotic resistance of Hp to various antibiotics. Results Teen-agers who were positive for Hp infection accounted for 16.46% (239). The resistance rates of Hp isolates to metronidazole and clarithromycin were 71.55% and 16.74% with an upward trend in the past two years. Among all Hp isolates, those resistant to levofloxacin, amoxicillin and furazolidone accounted for 5.02%, 0.0% and 0.84%,respectively. No significant change in the antibiotic resistance patterns of Hp was ob-served. There were 15.06% of Hp isolates resistant to both metronidazole and clarithromycin. No statistical-ly significant difference in antibiotic resistance patterns was found between Hp isolates from male and female teenagers in Xiaoshan area. Conclusion This study suggested that the Hp isolates showed high resistance to metronidazole, moderate resistance to clarithromycin and levofloxacin, and low resistance to amoxicillin and furazolidone. Attention should be paid to monitoring the antibiotic resistance patterns in teenagers and pro-moting individualized treatment with regard to the eradication strategy of Hp infection.
