Public hospitals play a dominant role in providing medical services.Meanwhile,they are also critical for un-dertaking missions to handle health emergencies.This paper analyzes the necessity,current situation,and existing weaknesses of the health emergency capacity of public hospitals.It also conducts a comparative study of the emergency response mechanisms of foreign medical institutions.This paper aims to explore a well-developed design for health emergency in public hospitals that is suitable for China's medical conditions and to provide a feasible model for promoting high-quality health emergency management.

There are great differences in the education and working system of certain professionals between Chinese mainland and Taiwan region due to the differeuces in the political system.In this essay,we try to compare the differences in the education level,objective and course offering of the medical imaging technique major and the differences in the professional qualification examination system and the working system between Chinese Mainland and Taiwan Region.We also probe into the possible fields for both sides to learn from each other and to provide references for cooperative school - running,professionals' interchange and working system of medical imaging technique majors of both sides.

Objective Assessment for Application Value ofMultimedia Courseware in Medical Imaging Teaching. Method Analysis of feelings of before and after the adoption of Multimedia Courseware in teaching by six teachers in our college,and survey of teaching effect among 60 sample students out of 140 majoring in Medical Imaging Technology at random. Result Compared with traditional teaching method,the adoption of Multimedia Courseware in teaching will help students get better result in theory and practical skills operation. Thus it will get better teaching effect. Conclusion It is worth promoting and popularizing multimedia courseware in Medical Imaging Teaching.
