Objective This study aims to optimize the evaluation index system for the Party branch work of a hospital, grounded on Party regulations, and employ diversified assessment methods to integrate Party branch development with the advance-ment of medical, educational, and research endeavors. Methods This study utilized literature review and textual analysis to identi-fy relevant documents.Through qualitative interviews and convenience sampling,25 questionnaires were distributed to Party repre-sentatives at all levels within the hospital, yielding 25 valid responses. The 5-point Likert scale was applied to rate and assess the importance of 74 selected assessment indicators. Results A comprehensive evaluation system was established, which includes 5 pri-mary indicators,14 secondary indicators, and 53 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The existing comprehensive quantitative assess-ment system for Party branches has been optimized. The adoption of diversified evaluation methods has led to a clearer, more explic-it,and standardized objectives for Party branch construction, thereby enhancing its guiding and motivational role.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(6):650-655
T1 mapping is a new magnetic resonance imaging technique .By which the longitudinal relaxation time constant ( T1) of the myocardium can be measured to detect and quantitatively assess various focal or diffuse diseases .T1 mapping has various scan sequences , such as LL sequence , MOLLI sequence and ShMOLLI sequence .T1 mapping can be classified into two groups:pre--contrast and post-contrast T1 mapping. In addition, by measuring post-contrast T1 mapping and pre-contrast T1 mapping, myocardial extra-cellular volume (ECV) can be derived, which has been applied to assess myocardial edema and myocardial fibrosis with great clinical value .This review focuses on the techniques , methods and clinical application of cardiac magnetic resonance T 1 mapping technology .

Objective:To observe whether the Simiao Yongan Decoction regulate the nuclear factor-?B(NF-?B) expression and related factors in atherosclerosis(AS)rabbit model, thus restrain the occurrence of atherosclerosis and plaque formation.Methods:56 male Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group,Simvastatin group and Simiao Yongan Decoction group,in addition to the normal group, other groups were established aortic atherosclerotic plaque model. From the1st day of experiment, the corresponding drug intervention began,10 weeks later, the rabbits were killed over the weekend after the anesthesia line access aortic NF-?B immunohistochemical staining, and the experimental dynamic 0,3,6,10 weeks in serum TNF-?,IL-1 and MCP-1 content. Results:The expression of NF-?B p65 subunit in model group was rich, and compared with it,the expression of NF-?B p65 subunit in treatment groups decreased, and the Simiao Yongan Decoction can obviously inhibit the expression of NF-?B p65 subunit. In model group, the expressions of IL-1,TNF-?and MCP-1 in serum increased significantly at different time points(P

The effect of Compound Danshen injection (CDI) on anesthetized dog models of myocardial ischemia was investigated. The dog models were established by ligation of main branch of left coronary artery. The results showed that CDI reduced the release of serum CK,LDH and MDA and increased the activity of SOD, decreased the scope of myocardial infarction and slowed down the quickened heart beat induced by ischemia. The differences were significant as compared with those in the model group (P

AIM: To provide the applied ground of the formulation of Rhizoma Phragmitis by setting up a fingerprint of Rhizoma Phragmitis. METHODS:We gained the extracts of Rhizoma phrapmitis by acetone extraction and assayed its extracts by means of HPLC, with a mobile phase of water (1% acetic acid)-water(5% acetonitrile) on inertsil ODS-3 column. an ultraviolet detector was at 250 nm. RESULTS:Fingerprint was established on the basis of the relative retention value and the relative peak area. CONCLUSION: The method is of high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
