Objective To search, evaluate, and summarize the relevant evidence of blood flow restriction training in elderly patients with sarcopenia, and provide references for medical staff to guide elderly patients to carry out blood flow restriction training to prevent and treat sarcopenia. Methods Computer systems were used to search domestic and foreign databases, relevant guide websites, and professional association websites for guidelines, expert consensuses, expert opinions, clinical decisions, system reviews, recommended practice, and evidence summaries on blood flow restriction training for elderly patients with sarcopenia. The retrieval period was from the inception of databases to March 2023.There were 2 researchers who independently conducted literature quality evaluation, evidence extraction, and integration. Results A total of 14 articles were finally included, including 1 guideline,12 systematic reviews, and 1 expert opinion.A total of 27 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 7 aspects:exercise assessment, exercise mode, pressure parameters, exercise parameters, exercise effects, exercise safety, and evaluation methods. Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence for blood flow restriction training in elderly patients with sarcopenia. It is recommended that medical staff fully consider clinical practice when applying evidence, and develop personalized blood flow restriction training programs based on the exercise preferences and actual situations of the elderly to prevent and treat sarcopenia.

Objective:This article analyzed the current situation, similarities and differences and main problems of the registration and management systems of innovative medical devices in China and the United States. Methods:This article summarized the requirements and policies for the registration management of innovative medical devices in China and the United States, as well as the development and differences of the registration of innovative medical devices in China and the United States, and the main problems in the registration management of innovative medical devices in China. Results:At present, the development level of medical device industry in China and the United States was different, facing different development problems, and there were differences in the access standards and management methods of innovative medical devices. The registration management system established for innovative medical devices in China was gradually improving, and to a certain extent, it had promoted the enthusiasm of innovative product research and development and registration applications, but there were also problems such as unclear innovation evaluation scales, insufficient early intervention of review resources, and insufficient utilization of post-marketing data. Conclusions:Drawing on the beneficial experience of breakthrough device registration management in the United States, we will improve the registration management system for innovative products and shorten the review and approval cycle by clarifying the identification criteria for innovative medical devices, promoting the placement of review resources in the R&D stage, and further strengthening the use of post-marketing data and regulatory scientific research.

Objective:To discuss the efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and the influence on serum levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-6.Methods:Totally 72 patients with UAP were random-ly divided into the control group (n=36) and the observation group (n=36).All the patients received the conventional therapy .The control group was given rosuvastatin tablets ,10 mg,po, qd on the basis of the conventional therapy , while the research group was trea-ted with Danhong injection 30ml,ivd, qd on the basic of the control group .All the patients were treated for 2 weeks. The improvements of clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram , and the adverse reactions before and after the treatments were observed .The frequency of onset and duration before and after the treatment were recorded .The levels of blood lipid , TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-6 before and after the treatment were detected .Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than that (72.22%) of the control group (P<0.05).The seizure frequency and duration of the research group were significantly low -er than those of the control group (P<0.05).After the treatment, the lipid indices such as TG, TC and LDL-C, and serum levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-6 of the two groups decreased significantly , while HDL-C significantly increased , and the differences were sta-tistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, TNF-a, hs-CRP and IL-6 were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group , while HDL-C was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection and rosuvastatin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of UAP patients , reduce angina frequency and dura-tion, and decrease serum levels of TNF-a, hs-CRP and IL-6 to inhibit inflammation , which is safe and effective , and worthy of clinical application.

Objective To construct evaluation system of residents standardization training's effect in Xinjiang. Methods According to the principles of combinations of comprehensiveness and direction, sci-entificity and operability, initial questionnaire regarding for residents' attitude, knowledge and ability was modified to form the final questionnaire through the first round of the survey using literature research and expert interviews. Internal consistency check was carried out for all valid questionnaires by SPSS 18.0, the reliability coefficient was calculated by Alpha test and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the indicators' weights of evaluation system of residents standardization training's effect in Xinjiang. Results The cronbach coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.894, with a higher reliability. Evaluation system of resi-dents standardization training's effect in Xinjiang included 6 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indi-cators, and calculated their respective weight coefficients. Conclusion Evaluation system of residents stan-dardization training's effect which was constructed and was in accordance with the reality of Xinjiang was more reasonable. It is of guiding significance to comprehensively and objectively measure the training effect of trainees and to strengthen and improve residents' standardization training in Xinjiang.

Objective To learn the training effect and main influencing factors for residents′ standardized training in Xinjiang. Methods In the convenience sampling principle, 220 trainees subject to training at 10 training centers in Xinjiang were surveyed with questionnaire.Measurement indicators were described with frequencies and relative number, and x2 test was used to compare overall training outcomes among individual measurement indicators. Results Significant gaps were found among the respondents in terms of training outcomes.A comparison of six level-1 indicators and 25 level-2 indicators found that the respondents gave average comment to teaching and research training.Logistic regression analysis identified education (x2=7.575,P=0.006) and hospital (employer) or school (x2=10.770,P=0.001) as the main influencing factors for training outcomes. Conclusions The standardized training of residents in Xinjiang calls for greater improvement, namely enhanced leadership and powerful assurance mechanism, scientific planning, appraisal regulations and motivation mechanism, as well as encouraging academic environment.
