Based on "Health China" strategy, health humanities education of medical students should be strengthened. The health humanistic education treats all medical students as the object, and infiltrates the humanities into the whole process of health education of medical students in an all-round way, so as to improve health literacy and promote health. Following the strategic deployment of "Health China" and guided by "Health China 2030" Planning Outline, health humanistic education should establish the era orientation of "health first", "people’s health as the center" and "joint construction and sharing", adapt the needs of medical humanistic reform from "disease-centered" to "health-centered", cultivate medical talents with benevolence and skill to meet the needs of a better life, train general practitioners to ensure people’s health in an all-round and all-cycles.

Red doctor's culture is a unique cultural pattern within China's medical and health industry.It injects red kinetic energy,solidifies the foundation of quality,and establishes industry norms for the high-quality development of public hospitals from three dimensions,including politics,technology,and work style.It is the source of power to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.Public hospitals should be guided by the red doctor's culture,committed to"strengthening politics,optimizing technology,improving work style,and promoting services",while consistently maintaining political introspection,self-improvement of abilities,self-discipline of morals,and proactive behavior.Public hospitals should play their core role in meeting the growing health needs of the people,as well as assisting in the construction of a"healthy China"and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Through expounding the connotation of clinical physicians'humanistic medicine practice ability,this paper pointed out that building the evaluation index system should abide by the four principles of systematicness,scientificity,guidance and feasibility.Constructing the evaluation index system of clinical physicians' humanistic medicine practice ability included 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 47 third-level indicators,which is beneficial to promoting the physicians' humanistic medicine practice ability and is conducive to improve the human resource evaluation and management of hospitals.

According to analysis the training contents of the clinician in humanistic quality based on competen-cy, the authors put forward four optimization strategies of cultivating the humanistic quality of clinicians :the area hospital builds the competency model of uniform and combines with the specialty training content ; implements young doctor tutorial system to enhance the humanities accomplishment by mentoring teaching mode ;takes diversity training to improve training effect; well establish normative culture evaluation of linkage mechanism to check the effect.

In order to to be a outstanding doctor must have the six elements:theory, practice, moral quality, psychological quality, developing quality and communication quality. To cultivate outstanding physicians are de-signed, on the ability of accommodation;A sound personality and good professional ethics;Unity, is the ability to obtain from the following several aspects:reform the traditional education teaching system, establishing the special general education management organization, set up a scientific system of general education courses, makes the strong ability of general education teachers and building with students as the core of teaching methods.

General education is the quality education of higher education , which includes the humanities , so-cial science and natural science .It point out the present status of medical colleges and universities to carry out the general education of humanities and the existing problems which based on the current China 's higher medical colle-ges and universities to strengthen the urgency of the general education of humanities .It main including:the lack of humanistic concept of general education and human general curriculum is not reasonable ;the human general educa-tion hasn't dived into the medical professional education which lead to the students attention degree is not enough ;Human general education methods is single , practical link is weak .To solve these problems should be set up a med-ical humanities general education organization and management agencies , build reasonable medical humanities gen-eral course system , strengthen the construction of teaching staff of a curriculum , improve education curriculum teaching methods and many other countermeasures and suggestions .

Based upon previous theoretical research, the author puts forward the characteris-tics of excellent teaching team of clinical psychology in universities. According to the situation and the problem of the talents cultivation of clinical psychology in medical university, such as the teachers has lesser skill in clinical psychology, the vague cultivation goal, the faulty curriculum setting and the in-sufficiency practice teaching, the methods improving the teachers' ability and exploring the model and the means of the talents cultivation of the clinical psychology are important during constructing teach-ing team of the clinical psychology.

Many problems and challenges,which are closely related to the background of multiculture,exist in the current education of humanistic quality for medical students in China.Therefore,it is important to enhance the humanistic quality of medical students under the multi-cultural background.Following countermeasures can be taken to strengthen the humanistic quality of medical students,including establishing the curriculum for humanistic education,enriching humanistic knowledge of medical students,building dense on-campus cultural environment,transforming students′ recognition of humanistic education,and developing various social practices of humanistic quality.
