Based on "Health China" strategy, health humanities education of medical students should be strengthened. The health humanistic education treats all medical students as the object, and infiltrates the humanities into the whole process of health education of medical students in an all-round way, so as to improve health literacy and promote health. Following the strategic deployment of "Health China" and guided by "Health China 2030" Planning Outline, health humanistic education should establish the era orientation of "health first", "people’s health as the center" and "joint construction and sharing", adapt the needs of medical humanistic reform from "disease-centered" to "health-centered", cultivate medical talents with benevolence and skill to meet the needs of a better life, train general practitioners to ensure people’s health in an all-round and all-cycles.

Red doctor's culture is a unique cultural pattern within China's medical and health industry.It injects red kinetic energy,solidifies the foundation of quality,and establishes industry norms for the high-quality development of public hospitals from three dimensions,including politics,technology,and work style.It is the source of power to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.Public hospitals should be guided by the red doctor's culture,committed to"strengthening politics,optimizing technology,improving work style,and promoting services",while consistently maintaining political introspection,self-improvement of abilities,self-discipline of morals,and proactive behavior.Public hospitals should play their core role in meeting the growing health needs of the people,as well as assisting in the construction of a"healthy China"and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Through expounding the connotation of clinical physicians'humanistic medicine practice ability,this paper pointed out that building the evaluation index system should abide by the four principles of systematicness,scientificity,guidance and feasibility.Constructing the evaluation index system of clinical physicians' humanistic medicine practice ability included 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 47 third-level indicators,which is beneficial to promoting the physicians' humanistic medicine practice ability and is conducive to improve the human resource evaluation and management of hospitals.

Based upon previous theoretical research, the author puts forward the characteris-tics of excellent teaching team of clinical psychology in universities. According to the situation and the problem of the talents cultivation of clinical psychology in medical university, such as the teachers has lesser skill in clinical psychology, the vague cultivation goal, the faulty curriculum setting and the in-sufficiency practice teaching, the methods improving the teachers' ability and exploring the model and the means of the talents cultivation of the clinical psychology are important during constructing teach-ing team of the clinical psychology.
