1.A new model of rat artery transplantation

Objective Allograft Vasculopathy(AV), which limits the function and long-term survival of transplanted organs, it is the most urgent problem need to be solved in the field of organ transplantation.Traditional vascular anastomosis requires excellent microsurgical techniques, it is difficult to carry out.To explore a simple and feasible AV model can provide ideas for clinical research.Methods We make vessel cannulas by using vein detained needles, pulling the thoracic aorta of donor rat in vessel cannula, both ends turned over and fixed,and then transplant it in recipient rat abdominal aorta.1, 4 and 8 weeks after transplantation, we take out of the transplanted arteries, HE stain, to observe the histomorphology and measurement the vascular intimal thickness.Results 38 of the 40 recipient rats healthy survival to the detection time points, the legs and tail can move freely, defecating and urinating normally.It is found that transplanted arteries concentric circles thickening, its histomorphology just like the AV by using HE staining.Conclutions The method of rats artery transplantation is simple and feasible, significantly shorten the time of abdominal aortic blocking, reduce surgical trauma, can improve the success rate and the reproducibility of operation.
2.Effect evaluation of using WeChat platform to realize extended care in discharged patients with diabetic retinopathy

Objective To evaluate the use of WeChat platform in extended care for discharged patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods WeChat public account was applied,and the "health education forum of diabetic retinopathy" was established. Totally 120 patients who could use WeChat independently were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group (n=60) and the control group (n=60). Patients in the control group were given extended care by duty nurses according to routine discharge education,while patients in the observation group and their family members were given extended care by WeChat group members through WeChat platform. Results There were significant differences in the understanding of disease related knowledge,treatment compliance,quality of life and patient's satisfaction between two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusions The use of WeChat platform can effectively resolve problems related disease that discharged patients with diabetic retinopathy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
3.Detection of IL-35 in plasma in the patients with active tuberculosis complicated with bronchiectasis and its clinical significance

Objective To detect plasma interleukins-35 (IL-35 )level in the patients with active tuberculosis complicated with bronchiectasis and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods Peripheral blood of patients with active tuberculosis from depart-ment of Dongguan 6th People′s hospital were collected,assigned to the active tuberculosis complicated with bronchiectasis group and active tuberculosis group.The healthy volunteers served as the control group.The plasma IL-35 level was measured by ELISA, and peripheral blood neutrophils and lymphocytes were detected by hematology analyzer.Results The levels of plasma IL-35 signif-icantly increased in both patients with active tuberculosis complicated with bronchiectasis and patients with active tuberculosis.The level of plasma IL-35 of patients with active tuberculosis complicated with bronchiectasis was significantly higher than that of the patients with active tuberculosis.The absolute value and percentage of peripheral blood neutrophils of patients with active tubercu-losis complicated with bronchiectasis were significantly higher than those of healthy volunteers.However,the percentage of periph-eral blood lymphocytes of patients with active tuberculosis complicated with bronchiectasis was significantly lower than that of healthy volunteers.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the absolute value of peripheral blood neutrophils of patients with ac-tive tuberculosis was positively correlated to the level of plasma IL-35.Conclusion IL-35 may play an important role in the progres-sion of active tuberculosis complicated with bronchiectasis.The determination of IL-35 may be helpful to the diagnosis of patients with active tuberculosis complicated with bronchiectasis.
