Objective Integrating ideological and political education into university curricula is an effective approach for nurturing moral integrity and holistic education. This study aims to explore the effective incorporation of the “two bombs, one satellite” spirit into the ideological and political education of the Nuclear Electronics course, find an effective way to enhance student professional literacy and ideological and political awareness, and achieve collaborative educational objectives. Methods Using the Nuclear Electronics course as a case study and aligning with the educational positioning of the university and the major, objectives were established for knowledge acquisition, skill development, and ideological and political education. A case repository of ideological and political education tailored to the course was constructed by integrating ideological and political elements such as the “two bombs, one satellite” to reinforce foundational knowledge and expand into cutting-edge topics. An instructional paradigm that combines theory with practical application and integrates online and offline resources was adopted. To stimulate student engagement of learning, improve the quality of learning, and strengthen ideological and moral education, a comprehensive assessment framework was devised. Results The effectiveness of ideological and political education was evaluated by comparing the course performance between the experimental group (with curriculum ideology and politics reform) and the control group (without curriculum ideology and politics reform). The experimental group showed 20.5% and 31.3% improvements in short-answer questions and calculation problems, respectively. A comparison of survey questionnaire scores and final grades revealed a strong correlation between student awareness of curriculum ideology and politics and their academic performance. The study demonstrated that this approach increased student interest in learning, enhanced their recognition and pride in major national scientific achievements, and achieved an organic integration of knowledge impartation and value guidance. Conclusion This study confirms the effectiveness of integrating the “two bombs, one satellite” spirit into the ideological and political education of the Nuclear Electronics course. This approach provides new ideas and methods for ideological and political education in universities, achieves the goal of collaborative education, and is of great significance in improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher education.

Purpose/Significance To strengthen the management of scientific and technical novelty search of traditional Chinese med-icine(TCM),and to standardize the work of novelty search.Method/Process The process of"Specification for Scientific and Technical Novelty Search of Traditional Chinese Medicine"standard formulation is expounded in detail,and the key points of the standard and its application in science and technology novelty management system are analyzed.Result/Conclusion The standard can better guide the scientific and technical novelty search institutions,standardize the writing of scientific and technical novelty search reports,improve the quality of scientific and technical novelty search reports,and help promote the healthy development of scientific and technical novelty search of TCM.The scientific and technical novelty management system based on the standard improves the efficiency of novelty search.

Objective:To investigate the modified application of orbicularis oculi muscle-levator aponeurosis composite tissue flap fixation technique (modified Park method) in double-eyelid surgery.Methods:From June 2019 to March 2021, 823 patients included 92 males and 731 females, aged from 18 to 45 years with mean (31.4±7.9) years, in which 142 patients with slightly ptosis were selected to receive the treatment in the Department of Plastic Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Nangjing University of TCM. The symmetry of bilateral double eyelids after operation was evaluated by the third party. The marginal reflex distance (MRD1) was measured before and 6 months after operation, and the difference between preoperative and postoperative MRD1 (ΔMRD1) was calculated. And the postoperative complications were counted. The patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months after surgery to evaluate the long-term results.Results:The patients were followed up for 4-22 months (mean 10 months) after operation. And the incisions of all the 823 cases had primary healling. Most patients had smooth upper eyelid crease, upturned lashes and dynamic fold. The skin tended to spread evenly without dimple. The symmetry evaluation by the third party showed that there were 764 patients with symmetry and basic symmetry after operation, the symmetry rate was 92.8%; 59 patients with asymmetry, the asymmetry rate was 7.2%. The data of MRD1 increased significantly 6 months after operation, from (3.25±0.72) mm to (3.64±0.61) mm, and the ΔMRD1 was (0.38±0.76) mm ( t=-20.41, P<0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The double eyelid line became shallow in 8 cases and disappeared completely in 3 cases. The double eyelid curve of the patients was natural and smooth after the operation. And there was no obvious sunken scar and pretarsal fullness. Conclusions:The " modified Park technique" blepharoplasty can obtain a more firm, symmetrical and natural appearance. And the mild ptosis could be corrected by this method. The anatomical structure can be identified clearly, and the surgical results are highly repeatable. It is worth promoting.

Recently, herbal medicine including traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has gained huge attention in the world. In 2015, the global trades of herbal medicine reached 93.15 billion US dollars. And, the latest statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People's Republic of China showed that total sales of Chinese patent medicine and raw herbs reached 120 billion US dollars in 2014. Therefore, the aim of this study was to analyze the situation of international marketing on herbal medicine and how much TCM shared in it. The PubMed database, search engines and government websites and research reports were searched for analyses. The results showed that total trades of TCM products in both domestic and foreign markets, were about 135 billion US dollars, including Chinese patent medicine, raw herbs, herbal extracts, herbal health care products, whose proportion of the global marketing was 80%.

Objective To assess the outcome of vesicoureteral reflux after augmentation cystoplasty in patients with neurogenic bladder.Methods Between January 2008 and January 2014,a total of 25 patients,with a hypocompliant bladder associated with vesicoureteral reflux confirmed by video-urodynamics preoperatively,were recruited in this study.They all had undergone bladder augmentation with a generous detubularized segment of bowel at our institution.No effort had been made to correct existing reflux.Preoperatively assessment included urinalysis,kidney function tests,ultrasonography,video-urodynamic evaluation.All patients had various degrees of vesicoureteral reflux.The status of vesicoureteral reflux and bladder function were studied by video-urodynamic.Results Mean follow-up was 2.2 years (range 0.5 to 5.5 years).The video-urodynamics manifested a significant improvement of bladder capacity,diminution of intravesical pressure and resolution of reflux after bladder augmentation.Of the 25 patients,20 (80％) no longer had reflux,3 (12％) had improvement,2 (8％) had no change.Sixteen of 18 with grades Ⅰ to Ⅲ (89％),all refluxing units with grade Ⅳ to grade Ⅴ (100％) showed complete cessation of reflux.Symptomatic urinary infection was not found after surgery.Conclusions Augmentation enterocystoplasty without ureteral reimplantation is effective and adequate for patients with high pressure and hypocompliant neurogenic bladder.Therefore,ureteral reimplantation is not necessary underwent when augmentation enterocystoplasty is recommended to patients with neurogenic bladder and vesicoureteral reflux.

This report investigated the development of technological searching-novelty, discussed the issues existing in technological searching-novelty, proposed the pattern and methods for constructing converge platform of TCM data searching-novelty, and finally emphasized its importance.

The Document Retrieval Center of TCM, founded in 1992, plays an important role in the novelty retrieval of TCM scientific researching projects and clinic researches. But there are still some problems needed to be improved. The author suggests that relative governmental agents and staffs who engage in novelty retrieval should think highly of the novelty retieval of TCM to establish and consummate relative rules and regulations in order to provide the qualified services.

The novelty research is very important for the new drug declaration. This article points out the methods on how to fill in the application, how to grasp the research content correctly and how to formulate retrieval methods in the process of novelty research.
