Metabolic syndrome (MS) and breast cancer are common diseases of women. Triple negative breast cancer (TNBCs) is one type of breast cancer, which is of much attention in recent years. Important components of MS include central obesity, high blood sugar, high triglycerides and low level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), which increased the inci-dence risk of TNBCs. Common biomarkers of MS including insulin, adiponectin and leptin play an important role in the oc-currence and development of breast cancer, especially TNBCs. Insulin-like growth factor-IImRNA binding protein 3 (IMP3, an oncofetal protein) may be TNBCs’new invasive cancer biomarkers. In this paper, the research progress on the relation-ship between MS and TNBCs is reviewed.

Objective To explore the effect of sodium phosphocreatine (SPC)on myocardi-al protection of patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT)by treatment of radiofre-quency catheter ablation (RFCA).Methods 40 patients with PSVT by treatment of RFCA were ran-domly divided into SPC group (daily intravenous drip of 1 g SPC in 250 ml of normal saline,n =20) and NS group (the same volume of NS only,n =20).Assessment parameters that serum creatine ki-nase (CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB (CK-MB)and cardiac troporin T (cTn T)were temporally investigated from pre-to 72 h after RFCA.Additionally,SPC-related adverse events were recorded. Results Compared with NS group,the overall and peak serum CK,CK-MB and cTn T significantly decreased in SPC group (P <0.05)during 24 hours after RFCA.No SPC-related adverse events were observed.Conclusion SPC shows a myocardial protective effect in patients with PSVT by treatment of RFCA.

ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect about treatment acute coronry syndrome(ACS) by song ling xue mai kang drug used.Methods110 patients with ACS were randomly distributed into treatment group and control group,treatment group included 56 patients,control group included 54 patients,therapy of treatment group added song ling xue mai kang drug base on general treatmnet,but therapy of control group was only general treatment.It was time for four weeks.All patients were examinated blood lipid and C-reactive protein level(CRP) and liver kideny function end of four weeks,and follow-up cardiovascular ischemic event ( reangina attack,remyocardial infarction,heart failure,cardiol vascular death).Results C-reactive protein level of treatment group was less than its of control group,it was significant by statistics test( P ＜0.01 ).It was significant different about cardiovascular ischemic event between treatment group and control group( P ＜ 0.01 ).ConclusionIt was beneficial to patient of acute coronary syndrome about uesd song ling xue mai kang drug,it could reduce inflammatory reactive to happen in ACS,and reduce badness event of cradiolvascular.

Objective To investigate the influence of metformin on metabolic syndrome in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods 52 patients with coronary artery disease and metabolic syndrome were randomly assigned into 2 groups.the control group with 20 cases and the study group with 32 cases.All the patients were treated with standard coronary artery disease therapy and meanwhile the study group was administered with metformin in addition to the basic therapy above.The follow-up time is one year.FPG,2h postprandial glucose,FINS,TG,TC,HDL-C,insulin resistance index and other standards were compared before and after the therapy,and between the 2 groups when the observation was finished.The rate of cardiovascular events was also compared between the 2 groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had lower levels of FPG,2h postprandial glucose,FINS,TG and insulin resistance index when the therapy was completed(P<0.05),and the rate of cardiovascular events was also lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin could lower the levels of glucose,FINS,BMI,TG and insulin resistance index in patients with coronary artery disease and metabolic syndrome.Thus,it could reduce and undermine cardlovascular risk factors,protect the cardiovascular system,reduce the rate of cardiovascular events,which fully benefits the patients.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine on patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure and the changes of plasma level of N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP).Methods 62 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure were randomly assigned to regular treatment group(3 1)and trimetazidine treatment group(31).All of them were given either regular medicine treatment or trimetazidine for 4 weeks.Concentration of NT-proBNP and echocardiography were detected before and after treatment and the correlation between NT-pmBNP and ultra-sound values was studied.Results There was no statistic difference in the NT-proBNP level between two groups before treatment,but after 4-week treatment the NT-proBNP level in both groups were deCreased(P＜0.05),the decline in the trimetazidine group was more significant.The NT-proBNP level was significantly correlated to LVEF and LVEDD(γ=-0.472、0.45 1;P＜0.05).Conclusions Trimetazidine has a positive effect on patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure,and decreases the plasma NT-proBNP level.NT-proBNP Can be used as a follow-up index.

Objecitve To investigate the relationship between placental growth factor and acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods 70 cases of patients with acute chest pain were enrolled. 36 cases of patients who is posi-tive on cardiac troponin T(cTnT) as treatment group, 24 patients who is negative on cTnT as control group, blood of all patients were detected about PLGF and cTnT in hospital,and coromary angiography examination, Gemini score is used to evaluate coronary artery lesion. Result PLGF and cTnT were elevated in ACS, it had significant difference between two groups(P <0. 01) ,PLGF and cTnT are significantly positive correlated(r= 1.2,P <0. 01), PLGF and cornorary artery lesion severity are significantly positive correlated(r = 1 ,P <0. 01). Conclusion PLGF is helpful to predict ACS attack to comorary heart disease,higher PLGF predicts unstable to coronary artery lesion in coronary heart disease.

Objectlve To study the therapeutic efficacy of the combined medication of ShiHuiDa and capto pril on patients with by Opertension and coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients witll hypertension complicated with coronary disease were included in this study.They were randomly dirided in to treatment group and control group,every group is forty patients.Treatment group treated by ShiHuiDa and captopril,control group treated by hydrocblorothiazide nitrendipine and dinitrosorbide.Blood pressure angina pectoris relief and electrocardlogram were observed after eight weeks therapy.Results Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in treatment group is less than control group,it is obviously better than control group about depressurization effect,it has significant difference by statistical test.Angina pectoris relief rate and electrocardiogram improve rate in treatment group is better than control group,it has significant difference.Conclusion The combined medication of ShiHuiDa and captopril is not only effective in lowering blood pressure and stronger and persistence,but also in relieving angna pectoris attack.

AIM: To study the effect of extract from Pongamia pinnata roots on anti-inflammation and analgesia and acute toxicity. METHODS: The models of mice ear edema induced by xylene and Cotton pellet granuloma in rats to observe the anti-inflammation effect of PRE via oral administration. The effect of PRE on analgesia was tested by measuring the latent period licking hind foot with the hot plate method and counting body twisting induced by acetic acid in mice. The acute toxicity of PRE was measured by the method of Bliss. RESULTS: PRE could significantly inhibit the ear edema caused by xylene in mice, granuloma hyperplasia caused by cotton in rats. It could significantly prolong the pain threshold on hot-plate in mice, reduce the writhing times in mice. The LD50 of PRE was 6. 371 8 g/kg, its 95% confident limit was 5. 408 4-7. 723 2 g/kg. CONCLUSION: PRE has obvious effect on anti-inflammation and analgesia and the lower acute toxicity.

AIM To investigate the therapeutic effect of ethyl acetate extract from Pongamia pinnata roots (PREA) on ethanol-induced gastric lesions. METHODS The experimental gastric mucosal injuries were prepared by ig ethanol to rats, and the protective effect of PREA was evaluated by calculating lesion index, observing pathological changes, and measuring the contents of nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde (MDA), and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) from gastric mucosal tissue. In addition, gastric secretary and gastric wall adherent mucus were studied with the pylorus-ligation rat model. RESULTSCompared with the model control group, PREA (50, 150 and 450 mg·kg-1, ig) dose-dependently prevented the gastric mucosal damages induced by ethanol, its inhibition rates were 28.7%, 57.7% and 78.7 %, respectively. The pathomorphology lesions of mucosal tissue were obviously ameliorated. PREA obviously antagonized the ethanol-induced elevation of MDA content, and reduction of NO level and SOD activity of gastric mucosa. PREA significantly reduced gastric juice volume, free acidity, total acidity and total acid output, but didn′t affect the pepsin activity. Moreover, PREA obviously increased adherent mucus quantity of stomach wall, as well as free mucus quantity dissolved in gastric juice of pylorus-ligation rat. CONCLUSIONPREA has protective effect on ethanol-induced gastric mucosal injuries, which suggests that PREA may be used for protection or treatment of human ethanolinduced gastric lesions.
