According to the "Regulations on clinical application management of medical technologies", physicians intending to carry out restricted technologies must undergo standardized training and pass assessments in accordance with the clinical application management standards for the respective technology. As ventricular assist technology is classified as a nationally restricted technology, standardized training is one of the essential conditions for its application. This paper primarily explores the standardized training for the clinical application of ventricular assist technology in Shanghai, in light of its background, clinical application, and current training status. It proposes the training requirements for ventricular assist technology, animal training assessment standards, and clinical practice assessment standards in Shanghai, aiming to promote the standardized development and high-quality advancement of ventricular assist technology in Shanghai.

2.Evolution and development of mental health policies for children and adolescents in China
Chinese Journal of School Health 2025;46(9):1246-1251

		                        			Objective:
To systematically review the development and changes in mental health policies within the National Outline for Children s Development in China from 1992 to 2030, providing a reference basis for future formulation of mental health policies among children and adolescent in China.

		                        			Methods:
Based on the four editions of the National Outline for Children s Development in China across different periods from 1992 to 2030, word frequency analysis was used to reveal shifts in policy priorities, and an internationally recognized framework for adolescent health policy analysis was applied to conduct a textual review.

		                        			Results:
Word frequency analysis revealed that the term "psychological" appeared 6 times in the National Outline for Children s Development in China (2001-2010) but increased to 20 times in the National Outline for Children s Development in China (2021-2030) (abbreviated as the National Outline of 2021), while the term "health" rose from 4 times in the National Outline for Children s Development Plan in China in the 1990s to 68 times in the National Outline of 2021. The scope of mental health policy interventions expanded to encompass five key areas:health, safety, education, welfare and legal protection. Textual analysis highlighted that the policies of the National Outline for Children s Development in China were demand driven, prioritized vulnerable groups and continuously broadened their coverage, emphasizing sustainability and appropriateness, and monitoring/evaluation mechanisms. By 2023, 42.3% of primary schools and 64.8% of secondary schools employed full time mental health education teachers. However, the National Outline for Children s Development in China lacked direct evidence of children and adolescents participation in policy formulation, and publicly available mental health data disaggregated by age and gender remained limited.

		                        			Conclusion
Mental health policies of children and adolescents in China have evolved from nonexistence to gradual refinement, yet institutionalized channels for youth involvement in policy development and evaluation remain insufficient, and transparency in age and gender specific mental health data needs improvement.

With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of human living standard, the incidence, fatality and recurrence rates of cardiovascular disease (CVD) are increasing year by year, which seriously affects people's life and health. Conventional therapeutic drugs have limited improvement on the disability rate, so the search for new therapeutic drugs and action targets has become one of the hotspots of current research. In recent years, the therapeutic role of the natural compound rosmarinic acid (RA) in CVD has attracted much attention, which is capable of preventing CVD by modulating multiple signalling pathways and exerting physiological activities such as antioxidant, anti-apoptotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-platelet aggregation, as well as anti-coagulation and endothelial function protection. In this paper, the role of RA in the prevention of CVD is systematically sorted out, and its mechanism of action is summarised and analysed, with a view to providing a scientific basis and important support for the in-depth exploration of the prevention value of RA in CVD and its further development as a prevention drug.

ObjectiveTo analyze the quantity-quality transfer of standard decoction of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma(GRR) decoction pieces produced by fresh and traditional cutting, and to provide reference for quality control and application development of the decoction pieces produced by fresh cutting. MethodTen batches of representative GRR decoction pieces produced by fresh and traditional cutting and their standard decoctions were prepared by standard process, and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) fingerprint of the standard decoction was established and performed on an Agilent EC-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 2.7 μm) with acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B) as the mobile phase for gradient elution(0-23 min, 18%-21%A; 23-35 min, 21%-28%A; 35-80 min, 28%-32%A), and the detection wavelength was 203 nm. Then similarity evaluation, principal component analysis(PCA) and partial least squares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA) of fingerprint of the standard decoction were performed to screen the differential components with variable importance in the projection(VIP) value>1. Quantitative analysis was carried out on the screened known differential components, and combined with the indicators of the dry extract rate and the transfer rate, to explore the differences in the quantity-quality transfer between the standard decoction of GRR decoction pieces produced by fresh and traditional cutting. ResultThe fingerprint similarity of the standard decoction of GRR decoction pieces produced by fresh and traditional cutting was more than 0.950, and 18 common peaks were identified, including 9 identified common peaks. The results of PCA and PLS-DA showed that there were some differences in the contents of index components between the two standard decoctions. The contents of ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Ro in GRR decoction pieces produced by fresh cutting were higher than those in traditional decoction pieces, while the contents of ginsenoside Rb1, Rc , Rb2 and Rd were lower than those in traditional decoction pieces. The contents of ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rb1 and Ro in the standard decoction of GRR decoction pieces produced by fresh cutting were higher than those in the standard decoction of traditional decoction pieces, while the contents of ginsenoside Rc , Rb2 and Rd were comparable between the two standard decoctions. Compared with the standard decoction of the traditional decoction pieces, the average transfer rates of ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1, Rc, Rb2 and dry extract rate of the standard decoction of GRR decoction pieces produced by fresh cutting were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the average transfer rate of ginsenoside Re and Rd also increased, but the difference was not statistically significant. ConclusionThe dry extract rate, content and transfer rate of index components of standard decoction of GRR decoction pieces produced by fresh cutting are better than those of the standard decoction of traditional decoction pieces, which can provides data support for the subsequent clinical application of fresh cutting products.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of acute stent implantation during endovascular treatment for patients with emergent large vessel occlusion due to intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis. Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out on 46 patients with emergent large vessel occlusion due to intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis who received endovascular treatment at the Strategic Support Force Medical Center from January 2015 to August 2022. Twenty-seven patients underwent balloon angioplasty alone and 19 patients underwent acute stent implantation. The baseline characteristics, modified thrombolysis in cerebral infarction (mTICI) score of the responsible vessels, modified Rankin scale (mRS) score 90 days after operation, incidence of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage and mortality of the two groups were evaluated. Results:The proportion of effective recanalization of the offending vessels (mTICI≥2b) in the acute stenting group was slightly higher than that in the balloon angioplasty group (16/19 vs. 81.5%), but the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05). Besides, there was no significant difference in the median of mRS between the acute stenting group [3.0(0, 4.0)] and the balloon angioplasty group [4.0(1.0, 5.0)] 90 days after operation ( P>0.05). In terms of safety, the incidence of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage and mortality were comparable between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:The effect of acute stent implantation during endovascular treatment for patients with emergent large vessel occlusion due to intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis is not inferior to that of balloon angioplasty, and it does not increase the risk of intracranial bleeding complications.

Objective:To identify the independent factors of unplanned interruption during continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and construct a risk prediction model, and to verify the clinical application effectiveness of the model. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on critically ill adult patients who received CRRT treatment in the intensive care unit (ICU) of Zhejiang Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 for model construction. According to whether unplanned weaning occurred, the patients were divided into two groups. The potential influencing factors of unplanned CRRT weaning in the two groups were compared. The independent influencing factors of unplanned CRRT weaning were screened by binary Logistic regression and a risk prediction model was constructed. The goodness of fit of the model was verified by a Hosmer-Lemeshow test and its predictive validity was evaluated by receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC curve). Then embed the risk prediction model into the hospital's ICU multifunctional electronic medical record system for severe illness, critically ill patients with CRRT admitted to the ICU of Zhejiang Hospital from November 2022 to October 2023 were prospectively analyzed to verify the model's clinical application effect.Results:① Model construction and internal validation: a total of 331 critically ill patients with CRRT were included to be retrospectively analyzed. Among them, there were 238 patients in planned interruption group and 93 patients in unplanned interruption group. Compared with the planned interruption group, the unplanned interruption group was shown as a lower proportion of males (80.6% vs. 91.6%) and a higher proportion of chronic diseases (60.2% vs. 41.6%), poor blood purification catheter function (31.2% vs. 6.3%), as a higher platelet count (PLT) before CRRT initiation [×10 9/L: 137 (101, 187) vs. 109 (74, 160)], lower level of blood flow rate [mL/min: 120 (120, 150) vs. 150 (140, 180)], higher proportion of using pre-dilution (37.6% vs. 23.5%), higher filtration fraction [23.0% (17.5%, 32.9%) vs. 19.1% (15.7%, 22.6%)], and frequency of blood pump stops [times: 19 (14, 21) vs. 9 (6, 13)], the differences of the above 8 factors between the two groups were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that chronic diseases [odds ratio ( OR) = 3.063, 95% confidence interval (95% CI) was 1.200-7.819], blood purification catheter function ( OR = 4.429, 95% CI was 1.270-15.451), blood flow rate ( OR = 0.928, 95% CI was 0.900-0.957), and frequency of blood pump stops ( OR = 1.339, 95% CI was 1.231-1.457) were the independent factors for the unplanned interruption of CRRT (all P < 0.05). These 4 factors were used to construct a risk prediction model, and ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) predicted by the model was 0.952 (95% CI was 0.930-0.973, P = 0.003 0), with a sensitivity of 88.2%, a specificity of 89.9%, and a maximum value of 1.781 for the Youden index. ② External validation: prospective inclusion of 110 patients, including 63 planned interruption group and 47 unplanned interruption group. ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of the risk prediction model was 0.919 (95% CI was 0.870-0.969, P = 0.004 3), with a sensitivity of 91.5%, a specificity of 79.4%, and a maximum value of the Youden index of 1.709. Conclusion:The risk prediction model for unplanned interruption during CRRT has a high predictive efficiency, allowing for rapid and real-time identification of the high risk patients, thus providing references for preventative nursing.
