Biochemical analysis is of great significance in many fields, such as disease diagnosis, environmental pollution source identification, food safety, etc.Immunoassay based on the reaction of antigen and antibody has the characteristics of high speci-ficity and diversity.Compared with other analytical methods such as liquid chromatography, which requires a large and expensive in-strument,immunodetection has the advantages of simplicity and good selectivity and is thus widely used in sample testing.Quench-body(Q-body)is a novel fluorescent immunosensor based on antigen-antibody reaction. It is constructed by labeling antibody fragment with fluorescent dye.Tryptophan in antibody leads to electron transfer and quenching of fluorescent, when it specifically binds with an-tigen,its fluorescence intensity recovers and presents concentration dependence. Therefore, the antigen concentration can be detected by detecting the change of fluorescence intensity of the Q-body.Q-body immunoassay is widely used in the rapid detection of environ-mental pollutants and disease markers due to its simple operation and high sensitivity, which is of great significance for environmental detection and disease diagnosis. In this paper, the principle, construction method, detection technology development and domestic and foreign research progress of Q-body are comprehensively discussed, and the future application of this technology is prospected.

Chinese Journal of Medical Physics 2024;41(7):858-863
Objective To investigate the value of the quantitative analysis of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)and dynamic contrast-enhanced CT in evaluating the efficacy of hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(HAIC)for liver cancer. Methods Fifty patients who were clinically diagnosed with primary liver cancer and treated with HAIC at least 3 times were enrolled in the study.Based on the enhanced CT scans taken within 1 week before the 1st and 3rd HAIC,patients were divided into good response group(CR+PR)and poor response group(SD+PD)according to the modified response evaluation criteria in solid tumor. The hemodynamic parameters[time to peak(TP),peak density(PV),and slope of the rising edge of the time-density curve(SU)]of liver cancer on DSA before treatment and after two HAIC,as well as the changes in the CT values of liver cancer in each phase of CT enhancement were compared, and then sensitivity analysis was conducted.Significant indicators were further analyzed with Logistic regression and ROC curve to assess their efficacies in evaluating HAIC response in liver cancer. Results The differences in pre-treatment CT values and DSA indicators between two groups were trivial(P>0.05).All patients successfully completed HAIC twice. The enhanced CT taken 1 week before the 3rd HAIC showed reductions in the arterial-and venous-phase CT values in good response group(P<0.05),while no significant difference was found in the delayed-phase CT value(P>0.05).At the 3rd HAIC,DSA angiography demonstrated significant reductions in PV and SU,and a significant prolongation of TP in good response group(P<0.05);while there were no significant differences in various indicators in poor response group.Regression analysis showed that arterial-phase CT values and DSA angiography SU were significantly correlated with therapeutic efficacy.ROC curve results indicated that arterial-phase CT values and SU were effective indicators for evaluating therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion The SU from DSA angiography and the CT values from dynamic contrast-enhanced CT which can objectively reflect the changes in blood supply of liver cancer after HAIC and are associated with HAIC efficacy can serve as radiological evidence for evaluating HAIC response.

Objective:To construct "Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of chronic inducible urticaria in China (2023) " based on the Delphi method, and to provide a methodological basis for consensus construction. Methods:After systematic search and evaluation of the literature related to chronic inducible urticaria, the first draft of "Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of chronic inducible urticaria in China (2023) " was written, and a questionnaire was designed for expert consultation. A representative sample of 25 experts was selected to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation via electronic questionnaire in strict accordance with the Delphi method, and the content of the consensus was revised and improved according to the consultation results. Results:The response rates in the two rounds of questionnaire consultation were both 100%, and the expert authority coefficient was 0.92 ± 0.09. In the first round of consultation, the coefficients of variation (CV values) of 9 items were greater than 20%, and the mean agreement degree of 3 items was less than 7 points; in the second round of consultation, the CV values of all items were less than 15%, the agreement degree of the above 3 items whose mean agreement degree was less than 7 points in the first round of consultation all rose to over 7 points, and the median agreement degree of all items was greater than or equal to 8 points. Reliability analysis of the two rounds of questionnaire results showed that the Cronbach α coefficient and standardized Cronbach α coefficient were both greater than 0.9; the P values in the agreement tests by using Kendall′s coefficient of concordance for the two rounds of questionnaire results were both less than 0.001, and the Kendall′s coefficients of concordance were 0.170 and 0.219 in the first and second rounds of questionnaire consultation, respectively. Conclusion:The Delphi method-based "Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of chronic inducible urticaria in China (2023) " is highly representative, authoritative and reliable; this study also provides a methodological reference for the formulation and research of consensus.

In order to obtain the three-dimensional pulse information and blood pressure waveform needed in the study, a radial artery simulation platform with programmable controlled injection pump as the core was constructed by using the circulation theory of human cardiovascular system and pulse wave formation mechanism. Gaussian function model was selected to synthesize multi-type pulse wave to program and drive the platform. The three-dimensional pulse information and blood pressure waveform of the simulated radial artery were collected by binocular visual pulse detection system and pressure transmitter respectively, and the platform stability and repeatability were tested by Pearson correlation. The experimental results show that the radial artery simulation platform is stable, reliable and repeatable, and can generate multiple types of three-dimensional pulse information and blood pressure waveform at the simulated radial artery. The platform is simple in structure, low in cost, and produces many types of pulsating flow. It provides an experimental research platform for revealing the relationship between the three-dimensional pulse information of radial artery and the change of pressure inside the vessel, as well as the prediction of blood pressure waveform from the three-dimensional pulse information.

Chinese Journal of Stomatology 2021;56(6):557-564
Objective:To investigate the effect of antibiotics application in perioperative period on carotid artery and serum interluekin-6 (IL-6) in chronic periodontitis (CP) rats with hyperlipidemia (HL) or diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods:The models of CP rats with HL or DM were established in different batches. The rats were divided into groups as follows: A and A' were normal control groups, n=7 in each group; B(HL) and B'(DM) were groups of HL and DM, n=7 in each; C(HL+CP) and C'(DM+CP) were groups of CP with HL and CP with DM, n=21 in each. After the establishment of the models, groups C and C' were divided into C1 and C1' non-intervention group, C2 and C2' simple tooth extraction group and C3 and C3' antibiotic-assisted tooth extraction, with 7 rats in each of the groups. Two time interventions were performed to extract experimental teeth (bilateral maxillary first and second molars) in groups C2, C2', C3 and C3'. Serum samples were collected at 5 time points before and after tooth extraction (T1: before the first tooth extraction; T2: one week after the first tooth extraction; T3, T4, T5: the first, third and fifth week after the second tooth extraction), respectively. The absolute content of IL-6 in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ratio of the absolute content in the experimental groups and control groups were calculated as the relative content of IL-6. At the end of the experiments, all rats were euthanasia and the bifurcation vascular tissues of carotid artery were collected for the observation of the carotid artery pathology and plaque formation and the measurement of the thickness of carotid intimal-medial layer (IMT). Results:Carotid artery pathology observation showed the IMT in group C was significantly thickened and the group C2 was the most thickened one (compared with group A, P<0.01). Elastic fibers in groups C1 and C2 were disordered or even broken and disappeared, presenting typical atherosclerotic plaques, which were diffuse calcium salt deposits in the intimal-medial layers and protrude into the lumen. Elastic fibers in group C3 were ranged in ordered relatively without obvious fracture and the number of plaques was significantly reduced. The vascular walls in rats of groups B' and C' were incomplete, the IMTs had no obvious changes, elastic fibers were ranged disorderly and broken and the smooth muscle cells had vacuolar changes. In group C2', the vascular wall was significantly thinned and calcified plaques appeared in the artery, which showed multiple calcification lesions penetrating through the intimal-medial layer or even the whole layer. The vascular wall of group C3' was integrity and the elastic fibers arranged relatively clutter-free, the number of plaques was reduced. Results of detections of IL-6 showed the relative contents of IL-6 in groups B, B', C1, and C1' increased with time. At T3 time point, the relative contents of IL-6 in groups C2 and C3 reached the peak, C2 was 10.4 times of group A and C3 was 9.5 times of group A, and then decreased to different low levels. At T5 point, comparisons of the relative contents of IL-6 showed C3 < C2 < C1 (3.2 times, 5.4 times, 9.6 times of group A, respectively). The relative contents of IL-6 in groups C2' and C3' reached the peak at T2 point (4.9 times and 4.5 times of group A, respectively), and then decline with time. At T5 point, comparisons of the relative contents of IL-6 showed C3'< C2'< C1' (1.2 times, 1.4 times and 3.1 times of group A, respectively). Conclusions:Blood vessels were observed more obvious thickened in the tooth extraction without antibiotic of HL+CP rats with calcifications increase. Blood vessels of DM+CP rats became thin and fragile and even the integrity was damaged. Perioperative use of antibiotics might reduce the carotid artery lesions and decrease serum levels of inflammatory cytokines.
