BACKGROUND: For lung transplant recipients (LTRs), rehabilitation management after lung transplantation is a crucial link affecting the recovery of pulmonary function. This study systematically summarizes and generalizes the relevant evidences on postoperative pulmonary function rehabilitation management in LTRs, thereby providing a basis for formulating clinical strategies for postoperative pulmonary function rehabilitation management in this patient population. METHODS: Based on the "6S" evidence model, a systematic search was conducted in domestic and international databases and websites, including UpToDate, BMJ Best Practice, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Database, Guidelines International Network (GIN), and China Yimai Tong Guidelines Network, from the establishment of each database to July 2025. Relevant evidences on postoperative pulmonary function rehabilitation management for LTRs were extracted, and two researchers independently conducted quality assessment, evidence extraction, and integration of the included literature. RESULTS: A total of 18 studies were included, consisting of 3 expert consensuses, 4 systematic reviews/evidence summaries, 4 randomized controlled trials (RCTs), 5 quasi-experimental studies, and 2 cohort studies. A total of 30 pieces of best evidence were summarized, covering 8 themes: rehabilitation assessment, early intervention, exercise training, nutritional management, medication management, respiratory function training, psychological support, and long-term follow-up. CONCLUSIONS Based on evidence-based principles, this study summarizes the best evidence for postoperative pulmonary function rehabilitation training in LTRs and proposes 30 clinically applicable recommendations, which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical implementation of pulmonary function rehabilitation management. Clinical medical and nursing staff should combine specific clinical scenarios and professional judgments to translate the evidence into practice, and provide scientific rehabilitation management and guidance for LTRs.

Objective To explore the research hotspots and latest progress of lung transplantation nursing at home and abroad, and to provide reference ideas and directions for the future related research. Methods Through the collection of CNKI and Web of Science core database, the related literature of lung transplantation nursing from inception to December 2023 was retrieved and CiteSpace software was used to focus on keyword co-occurrence, clustering and emergence. Results A total of 352 Chinese literature and 126 English literature were included in this study, and the number of papers published at home and abroad showed an overall upward trend. There were 34 core authors of Chinese literature and 83 core authors of English literature. The core authors led the team to promote research and promote cooperation at home and abroad. At present, the cooperation among research teams needed to be strengthened. Chinese literature keywords included nursing, lung transplantation, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, lung rehabilitation, lung transplantation surgery, complications. English literature keywords included lung transplanation, quality of life, international society, disease, bone marrow transplantation. There were 15 clusters and 25 emergent keywords in the CNKI database, and 12 clusters and 25 emergent keywords in the Web of Science core database. Conclusion The study of lung transplantation nursing at home and abroad has been paid more and more attention, and the research is getting more and more sophisticated. The future study can realize the holistic care of patients during perioperative period on the basis of clinical diagnosis and nursing technology, and improve the survival of patients after operation.

Objective:To observe the clinical outcomes of continued pregnancy in pregnant women with cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the pregnancy outcomes of 55 pregnant women who were diagnosed with CSP at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University during the first trimester of pregnancy from August 1st, 2018 to October 31st, 2021 and strongly requested to continue the pregnancy.Results:Of the 55 pregnant women, 15 terminated the pregnancy in the first trimester, 1 underwent hysterotomy at 23 weeks of gestation due to cervical dilation, and 39 (71%, 39/55) continued pregnancy to the third trimester achieving live births via cesarean section. The gestational age of the 39 pregnant women delivered by cesarean section was 35 +6 weeks (range: 28 +5-39 +2 weeks), of whom 7 cases at 28 +5-33 +6 weeks, 20 cases at 34-36 +6 weeks, and 12 cases at 37-39 +2 weeks. The results of pathological examination were normal placenta in 3 cases (8%, 3/39), placenta creta in 4 cases (10%, 4/39), placenta increta in 9 cases (23%, 9/39) and placenta percreta in 23 cases (59%, 23/39). Among the 36 pregnant women who were pathologically confirmed as placenta accreta spectrum disorders (PAS) after surgery, the last prenatal ultrasonography showed placenta previa in 27 cases (75%, 27/36) and not observed placenta previa in 9 cases. The median intraoperative blood loss, autologous blood transfusion, and allogeneic suspended red blood cell infusion of 39 pregnant women during cesarean section were 1 000 ml (300-3 500 ml), 300 ml (0-2 000 ml) and 400 ml (0-2 400 ml), respectively. The uterine preservation rate was 100% (39/39), and only 1 case received cystostomy due to intracystic hemorrhage. The birth weight of the newborn was 2 580 g (1 350-3 800 g), and 1 case of mild asphyxia. Conclusions:Pregnant women with CSP who continue pregnancy under close monitoring after adequate ultrasound evaluation and doctor-patient communication could achieve better maternal and infant outcomes, but pregnant women with CSP are highly likely to continue pregnancy and develop into PAS. Effective hemostasis means and multidisciplinary team cooperation are needed in perinatal period for ensuring maternal and fetal safety.

Objective:To investigate the safety and effectiveness of robot-assisted total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods:From August 2021 to March 2022, the data of 69 patients who received robot-assisted TKA for inflammatory disease of knee in 6 hospitals were collected, including 24 males and 45 females, aged 52±6 years (range, 46-72 years), including 53 cases of knee osteoarthritis,10 cases of rheumatoid arthritis, and 6 cases of traumatic arthritis. Imaging data examination of patients was completed according to the multicenter specification. Preoperatively, the patient's CT data were extracted before surgery and a personalized prosthesis positioning plan was designed by the robotic system to determine the prosthesis size, lower limb force lines, and femoral and tibial osteotomy volumes; intraoperatively, the osteotomy template was robotically controlled to complete the osteotomy according to the prosthesis positioning plan, and the intraoperative osteotomy volumes were measured to verify the accuracy of the robot-assisted TKA osteotomy with the preoperative planning. Postoperatively, the lateral angle of the distal femur, the medial angle of the proximal tibia and the hip-knee-ankle angle were measured in the coronal plane according to radiographs; the postoperative outcome was evaluated 3 months after operation, using the American Knee Society score (KSS), including the KSS knee score and functional score.Results:The operative time was 97.3±2.3 min (range, 80-110 min) and the amount of bleeding was 320.0±6.2 ml (range, 300-350 ml) in 69 patients. Three months after operation, the mean range of motion of knee joint was increased from 82.2°±1.1° before surgery to 119.7°±0.8° after surgery ( t=27.65, P<0.001), and the line of force of lower limb was improved from 160.9°±0.5° before surgery to 178.0°±0.2° after surgery ( t=32.03, P<0.001). KSS-knee score increased from 54.8±0.7 points before operation to 85.0±0.5 points after operation, and KSS-functional score increased from 56.5±0.7 points before operation to 85.9±0.4 points after operation, the difference was statistically significant ( t=35.45, 36.58, P<0.001). The proportion of patients with intraoperative femoral and tibial osteotomies within 2 mm osteotomy error compared with preoperative planning was 97% for the lateral tibial plateau, 100% for the medial tibial plateau, 100% for the lateral distal femur, 99% for the medial distal femur, 93% for the lateral posterior femoral condyle, and 100% for the medial posterior femoral condyle; The proportion of patients with postoperative anteroposterior X-ray measurement angle error within 3° was: 100.0% for the distal lateral femoral angle, 100.0% for the proximal medial tibial angle, and 100% for the hip-knee-ankle angle. No complications occurred in all patients except for one case in which fat liquefaction occurred in the postoperative wound. Conclusion:Robot-assisted TKA is a safe and effective surgical method for the treatment of inflammatory disease of knee with accurate prosthesis installation and good postoperative recovery of lower limb alignment.

This paper summarizes the development status of prognostic risk assessment tools for venous leg ulcer(VLU) wounds at home and abroad, summarizes and analyses the risk factors affecting the long-term prognosis of patients with VLU, aims to summarize the practical experience of the development and application of risk assessment for VLU at home and abroad to guide the clinical nursing work in China, so as to form a risk assessment scale for VLU.

Objective To explore the effect of medical and nursing integration notification on the truth knowing rate,anxiety,depression and quality of life in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Meth-ods From February to March 2017,34 patients for the first time needing chemotherapy were included as control group,using normal disclosure.From June to July 2017,35 cases for the first time needing chemother-apy were included as the experimental group. The experimental group was informed of the medical and nurs-ing integration notification. The truth knowing rate,anxiety,depression and quality of life were compared be-fore and after three cycles of chemotherapy. Results After three cycles of chemotherapy,the truth knowing rate of patients in the experimental group (completely 57.14%,partly 34.29% and none 8.57%) was signifi-cantly different with the control group (completely 29.42%,partly 35.29% and none 35.29%,P＜0.01). The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group(39.43±4.60,41.86±5.23) were significantly low-er than those before chemotherapy(42.37±4.76,45.69±5.49,P＜0.01). The scores of anxiety and depression in the control group (45.74±5.20,49.74±5.42) were significantly higher than those before chemotherapy (42.77±5.62,45.56±6.27,P＜0.01).After three cycles of chemotherapy,the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P＜0.01). After three cycles of chemotherapy, the total health status,body function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function,fa-tigue,nausea and vomiting,and loss of appetite were statistically significant between the experimental group and control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The medical and nursing integration notification has a positive effect on the truth knowing rate,anxiety,depression and quality of life in cancer patients undergoing chemo-therapy.

Objective To investigate the current situation of healthcare-associated infection(HAI)in hospitals in Yunnan Province in 2015, and provide basis for formulating HAI control measures.Methods A cross-sectional survey on HAI prevalence rate , antimicrobial use,and pathogenic detection in 116 hospitals in Yunnan Province were conducted by combined methods of bed-side survey and medical record reviewing.Results A total of 64 386 hospitalized patients participated in the survey, the prevalence rate of HAI was 2.11%(n=1 357), and case prevalence rate was 2.29%(n=1 476).Difference in prevalence rates of HAI, antimicrobial usage rates, and pathogenic detection among hospitals of different beds were all significant(all P <0.01).The top 3 departments of HAI distribution were intensive care units(20.99%), burn departments(8.00%), and hematology departments (7.34%);the main infection site was lower respiratory tract(42.68%);HAI mainly caused by gram-negative bacteria(69.28%), the major were Escherichia coli , Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Antimicrobial usage rate at the survey day was 35.62 %, bacterial detection rate in patients receiving therapeutic antimicrobial use was 59.56%.Conclusion The cross-sectional survey on prevalence of HAI is helpful for understanding the current status of HAI, calculation of the percentile distribution of each index can promote self-evaluation for HAI-related work in each hospital.

Truth disclosure of cancer patients is becoming more and more recognized in the world.Truth disclosure is usually regarded as the doctor's responsibility.However,the nurse has become an active participant in the truth disclosure of cancer patients both intentionally and inadvertently.This article systematically reviewed the role of nurses at home and abroad in informing patients with cancer the truth so as to provide guidance for the clinical practice.In April 2017,we retrieved articles in Pubmed,Chinese CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,and retrieval time is not restricted.A total of 92 literatures were retrieved and 8 articles were retrieved by manual searching.Finally,23 articles were included.Through systematic review of the literature,nurses are found to play an important role in informing cancer patients the truth.Compared with physicians,nurses have a more positive attitude for truth disclosure.Nurses have the most contact with patients and family members,if the nurses have plans to communicate with the families on telling the truth to cancer patients,there will be a positive impact on the truth disclosure attitude of family members.It is necessary to explore the strategy of truth disclosure for cancer patients with integrated medical staff in the future.

Objective To evaluate the application and efficacy of 6S quality management methods in drug clinical trials of oncology department.Methods By using 6S (Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seiketsu,Shitsuke,Safety) quality management methods,quality about mastering level of good clinical practice (GCP) knowledge,sample collection and drug management etc.were controlled,and efficacy after the quality control was evaluated.Results After implemention of 6S quality management,rate of achieving GCP certificate was increased to 77.80％,accuracy rate of sample collection and accuracy rate of medicine preparation were increased to 100.00％,and the rate of relearning study protocol was increased to 100.00％,and subjects' satisfaction was improved significantly.Conclusion The implementation of 6S quality management methods could effectively enhance the quality of drug clinical trials in oncology department.

Objective To investigate the Demodex infection status and influencing factors in medical students in Wuhu City. Methods The mite specimens were collected by the cellophane tape method,and the influencing factors were investigated through the questionnaires. Results A total of 316 medical students were surveyed,117 students were infected with Demodex mite,and the total infection rate was 37.03%. There was no significant difference between the male and female in the infection rate( χ2 = 0.00,P > 0.05). Of the 117 infected cases,the infection rate of simple Demodex folliculorum was 51.28%,the infec-tion rate of simple Demodex brevis was 24.79%,and the rate of mixed infections was 23.93%. The rate of the mild infection (83.76%)was significantly higher than that of the moderate infection(12.82 %)and that of the severe infection(3.42%). The infection rate in the forehead was the highest(29.41%). Among the students with the oily skin,the infection rate of Demodex mite was related to sex. The infection rate of simple Demodex brevis in the male(3.70%)was lower than that in the female (16.42%)( χ2 = 6.92,P < 0.05),while the rate of the mixed infections in the male(17.28%)was higher than that in the fe-male(4.48%)( χ2 = 5.91,P < 0.05). The infection rate of facial skin with symptoms(51.80%)was higher than that of normal facial skin(33.05%)( χ2 = 9.14,P < 0.01). There was no significant difference between the infection rate of Demodex mite and the living habits and other factors. Conclusions There is some infection of Demodex in the medical students. The infection rate of facial skin with symptoms is higher than that of the normal facial skin. So we should strengthen the prevention and treat-ment of Demodex infection in medical students.
