1. Mediating effect of mental health on job burnout and aggressive driving behavior in bus drivers

OBJECTIVE: To explore the mediating effect of mental health on job burnout and aggressive driving behavior in bus drivers. METHODS: A total of 447 bus drivers was selected as study subjects using a convenience sampling method. The status of job burnout, mental health and aggressive driving behaviors were investigated using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey, Symptom Check List 90, and the Aggressive Driving Questionnaire. RESULTS: The score of aggressive driving behaviors of bus drivers were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment dimension score and mental health total score[Spearman correlation coefficient(r_S)=0.23, 0.27, 0.15, 0.34, all P<0.01]. The mental health total score was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions scores(r_S=0.46, 0.47, all P<0.01), and not correlated with personal accomplishment dimension score(r_S=-0.04, P>0.05). Emotional exhaustion can affect aggressive driving behaviors through mental health, and the standardized mediating value was 0.16, accounting for 72.7% of the total effect. Depersonalization can influence aggressive driving behaviors through mental health, and the standardized mediating value was 0.17, accounting for 70.8% of the total effect. CONCLUSION: Mental health plays a mediating role in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and aggressive driving behavior of bus drivers.

Discordance, such as overlap, repetition and inconsistent, of standards is one of the major problems in current standardization affair in China. Therefore, improving the unity and authority of standards through reduction of overlap, repetition and inconsistency has become the main goal of deepening standardization reform in China. This paper summarizes the discordance in public health standards in China, analyzes the major reasons and provides specific strategic suggestions through case analysis of public health standards in the ways of comparisons of same kind standards of other deparments and standards in administration documents and guidelines or technical specifications of academic associations or societies.
3.Effectiveness of Prophylactic Use of Carbapenems for Severe Acute Pancreatitis :A Meta-analysis

OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate effectiveness of prophylactic application of carbapenems for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), and to provide evidence-based reference in clinic. METHODS: Retrieved from PubMed, Embase, Medline, Cochrane Library, CNKI and VIP database,randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about effectiveness of prophylactic application of carbapenems (trial group) versus placebo or non-prophylactic use of antibiotics (control group) for SAP were included, and the retrieval time was from establishment to Dec. 2018. After extracting data from clinical studies that met the inclusion criteria, methodological quality of included studies were evaluated by using Cochrane bias risk assessment tool 5.1.0 and modified Jadad scoring scale, and Meta-analysis was performed for pancreatic infection rate, extrapancreatic infection rate, surgical intervention rate and mortality rate by using Rev Man 5.3 statistical software. RESULTS: A total of 8 RCTs were included, involving 544 patients. Meta-analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in the pancreatic infection rate [RR=0.84, 95%CI (0.58, 1.22), P=0.36], extra-pancreatic infection rate [RR=0.76, 95%CI (0.43, 1.35), P=0.35] and surgical intervention rate [RR=0.93, 95%CI (0.65, 1.32), P=0.68] or mortality rate [RR=0.99, 95%CI(0.59,1.65), P=0.97] between 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS: The prophylactic use of carbapenems can not reduce pancreatic or extra-pancreatic infection rate, surgical intervention rate and mortality rate.

The difference was statistically significant (P=0.002) . For patients in Bortezomib regimen, the ORR of CD45(+) and CD45(-) group was 35.71% and 66.25%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P=0.005) . ③The median progress free survival (PFS) of CD45(+) group and CD45(-) group was 29.8 (95%CI 10.0-59.0) months vs 34.5 (95%CI 6.0-69.0) months (χ(2)=14.59, P<0.001) and the median overall survival (OS) was 32.5 (95%CI 10.0-68.0) months vs 37.6 (95%CI 6.0-78.0) months (χ(2)=11.42, P=0.001) , respectively. Among the patients in bortezomib regimen, The median PFS and median OS of CD45 (+) group and CD45(-) group were 30.3 (95%CI 10.0-59.0) months vs 36.3 (95%CI 6.0-69.0) months (χ(2)=14.75, P=0.001) and 34.0 (95%CI 10.0-68.0) months vs 39.5 (95%CI 6.0-78.0) months (χ(2)=10.62, P=0.001) . ④Cox risk regression model analysis showed that serum creatinine≥176.8 μmol/L (HR=5.078, 95%CI 1.744-14.723, P=0.001) , CD45 positive (HR=14.504, 95%CI 0.168-0.42, P=0.001) , LDH≥220 IU/L (HR=1.308, 95%CI 1.16-2.417, P=0.015) were independent risk prognostic factors. Conclusion: CD45 expression is a risk prognostic factor of MM patients. Bortezomib did not improve the poor prognosis of CD45(+) MM patients.

8.Expression and roles of long non-coding RNA ZFAS1 in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To determine the expression levels of zinc finger antisense 1 (ZFAS1) in tumor tissues of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and investigate the biological roles of ZFAS1 in NSCLC.Methods The relative expression levels of ZFAS1 in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients were determined by using real-time fluorescent qRT-PCR.RNA interference was used to knock down ZFAS1 expression in A549 cells.The proliferations of A549 cells with ZFAS1 knockdown were determined by cell counting and cell colony formation assays.Flow cytometric analysis was used to determine the cellular cycle distribution and apoptosis of the A549 cells with ZFAS1 knockdown.Transwell migration and matrigel invasion assays were used to determine the migration and invasion of the A549 cells with ZFAS1 knockdown.The gene expression levels of cyclin D1,Bcl2,N-cadherin,ZEB1,Slug and Twist were determined by real-time fluorescent qRT-PCR.Results The mean expression levels of ZFAS1 in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients [0.01 (0.002 to 0.054)] were significantly higher than those in the adjacent non-cancerous tissues [0.002 (0.001 to 0.012)] (Z =-2.638;P < 0.01).After ZFAS1 knockdown,the proliferation of A549 cells was remarkably retarded (P < 0.01).The percentage of cells at G1 phase was increased while the cells at S phase was decreased (P < 0.01).The rate of apoptotic cells was significantly increased in A549 cells with ZFAS1 knockdown (P < 0.01).A549 cells showed decreased migration and invasion abilities after ZFAS1 knockdown (P <0.01).The expression levels of cyclin D1,Bcl2,N-cadherin,ZEB1,Slug and Twist genes were decreased in ZFAS1 knockdown A549 cells (P < 0.05).Conclusion ZFASI was highly expressed in the tumor tissues of NSCLC patients.ZFAS1 knockdown induced cell cycle arrest,cell apoptosis and suppression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT),leading to the inhibition of proliferation,migration,and invasion of NSCLC cells.
9. Efficacy of combination of ATRA, ATO and anthracyclines induction therapy in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia

Objective:
To explore the efficacies of regimens of three-drug induction therapy (ATRA+ATO+anthracyclines) versus two-drug induction therapy (ATRA+ATO) in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).
Methods:
Of 184 patients diagnosed with APL from January 2009 to March 2016, 58 patients underwent three-drug induction therapy, while the rest were treated with two-drug induction therapy. Three-drug induction therapy was of ATRA (20 mg·m-2·d-1, d1-28) + ATO (0.16 mg·kg-1·d-1, d1-28) + Idarubicin (8 mg·m-2·d-1, d3-5) /daunorubicin (40 mg·m-2·d-1, d3-5) , while two-drug induction therapy ATRA+ATO with the same doses and methods as above. Of 184 cases, 69 cases accompanied with WBC counts>10×109/L, 115 cases with WBC counts≤10×109/L at onset.
Results:
①Short-term efficacy: After one cycle induction therapy, the rates of hematologic remission, genetic remission, molecular remission and induced differentiation syndrome (DS) in three-drug regimen group were 98.3%, 87.9%, 72.4% and 0 respectively, while those in two-drug regimen group were 87.3%, 65.9%, 51.6% and 12.7% respectively. Objective Based on the structure-activity relationships on the reported antifungal agents bearing quinoline or thiophene moieties ,novel compounds bearing both quinoline and thiophene were designed ,synthesized ,and evaluated for in vitro antifungal activity against Candida albicans .Methods With 5-cyanothiophene-2-carbaldehyde or 5-cyanothiophene-3-car-baldehyde as starting materials ,13 compounds were synthesized via reductive amination ,reduction of cyano group and amida-tion of quinoline-or isoquinoline-carboxylic acid .Their chemical structures were characterized by 1 H NMR and MS . In vitro antifungal screening against Candida albicans SC5314 was performed with the microbroth dilution method .Results All the compounds exhibited potent antifungal activities against Candida albicans .Among them ,compound 6k showed the highest an-tifungal activity with MIC80 value of 0 .5 μg/ml ,which is same potent as fluconazole .Conclusion The designed compounds bearing both quinoline and thiophene exhibited potent antifungal activities ,and deserve further research .
