Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing operation process in patients underwent seated saline infusion test. Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021, a total of 163 patients underwent seated saline infusion test in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method, 50 patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2020 were set as the control group (using routine nursing process), 113 patients admitted from January to December 2021 were set as the observation group (using improved standardized nursing operation process). The fluctuation of systolic blood pressure, heart rate and blood potassium during the experiment, the blood potassium concentration, the occurrence of adverse reactions and satisfaction after experiment were compared between the two groups. Results:During the experiment, the incidence rate of decreased blood potassium, increased systolic blood pressure and increased heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). After experiment, the serum potassium concentration of the observation group was higher than that before experiment and that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). After experiment, the number of adverse reactions of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). After experiment, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Standardized nursing operation process can reduce the incidence of can reduce the incidence of elevated blood pressure, elevated heart rate and decreased blood potassium in patients underwent seated saline infusion test, reduce the adverse reactions of patients, and ensure the safety of patients during the test.

Objective:To measure the salary satisfaction level of medical staff in county-level public hospitals and provide reference for the design of policy reforms. Method:Eight county-level public hospitals were investigated. All analyses were performed using SPSS 19. 0 via statistical description and binary logistic regression. Results: The total salary satisfaction of the medical staff was 48 . 8%, and the average score was 54 . 05 ± 18 . 04 . The welfare satis-faction is the lowest (38. 8%), and the average score is 7. 98 ± 3. 51. Logistic regression analysis shows that the ac-ademic degree, department category, working hours per week, acceptance of bribes, and officially budgeted posts are the main factors affecting overall compensation satisfaction. Conclusion:The overall salary satisfaction level of medi-cal staff in county-level public hospitals is very low, and the welfare satisfaction is the lowest. Establishing the rea-sonable level of compensation, the rise of compensation, and the welfare mechanism are feasible choices to improve salary satisfaction.

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological intervention on children patients after the operation of pedo-oblique inguinal hernia. Methods 960 children patients were randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups with 480 cases in each group, the control group adopted routine nursing measures, the experimental group also received psychological intervention based upon base nursing. The postoperative pain, wound flare and the recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results 193 patients had postoperative pain, 2 patients had wound flare and 3 patients recurred in the experimental group. 310 patients had postoperative pain,36 patients had wound flare and 11 patients recurred in the control group. Conclusions Psychological intervention can decrease the postoperative complication of pedooblique inguinal hernia, psychological nursing must be paid attention to in nursing work.
