Objective:To conduct a scope review on the application of ICU diaries in critically ill patients, laying the foundation for further exploration and construction of ICU diary patterns and frameworks that were in line with the national conditions and tailored to different regions and cultural backgrounds. Methods:The Joanna Briggs Institute Reviewer′s Manual was used as the methodological framework, and a computer search was conducted in nine domestic and international databases, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, China Biomedical Literature Database, Cochrane Library, PubMed, and Embase, etc. The search period was from the inception of the databases until March 13, 2023. The included literature was screened, summarized, and analyzed. Results:A total of 19 articles were included. ICU diaries were commonly recorded using a combination of text and visuals, with the involvement of both healthcare professionals and family members. Most patients received ICU diaries approximately one month after their transfer from the ICU. Out of the 15 studies, ICU diaries were found to be effective, while 4 studies indicated no significant improvement in patients′ psychological issues. However, ICU diaries were still considered acceptable by patients and their families. Conclusions:The application of ICU diaries has shown positive significance in critically ill patients, but further research and exploration are needed to investigate its impact on issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and quality of life. In the future, a combination of multiple forms and high-quality research designs with large samples, long periods, and structured approaches should be employed to explore its application effects and long-term outcomes on psychological problems.

Aspirin,a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,is widely used in clinics with definite therapeutic effects and a few adverse drug reactions.Recent studies demonstrated that other effects besides antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects have been discovered, such as anti-cancer,anti-cardiovascular diseases,anti-skeletal muscle diseases, and anti-nervous system diseases. This paper reviewed the therapeutic effects and possible mechanisms of aspirin on cancer, cardiovascular disease,muscle-skeletal disease, and nervous system disease based on the related research status at home and abroad. It will provide clues and a theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use and discover novel pharmacological effects of aspirin in the future.

ObjectiveTo develop a quality control method for the simultaneous determination of multiple active components in Nymphaeae Flos aiming at the problems of the single index for quality control and the relatively low overall quality control level. MethodUltra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)was used to identify and select the index components for quality control with the mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution(A)-acetonitrile(B)for gradient elution (0-2 min, 3%-8%B; 2-4 min, 8%-10%B; 4-13 min, 10%-15%B; 13-19 min, 15%-20%B; 19-26 min, 20%-45%B) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1, detection wavelength of 350 nm, electrospray ionization(ESI), negative ion scanning mode, ion source temperature of 120 ℃, scanning range of m/z 100-1 200, transmit collision energy of 6 eV for low-energy scanning and 25-50 eV for high-energy scanning. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to establish the quality control method for the simultaneous determination of multi-index components with the mobile phase of 0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(A)-acetonitrile(B) for gradient elution(0-30 min, 12%-15%B; 30-60 min, 15%-22%B; 60-90 min, 22%-40%B)and detection wavelength of 350 nm. The preparation method of the test solution for content determination was refluxing extraction for 60 min with 80 times the amount of 70% methanol. ResultBy comparing the retention time, ultraviolet absorption characteristics, MS and MS/MS spectrometric signals in the samples with the reference substances, 8 active components with high contents, including brevifolincarboxylic acid, ellagic acid, rutin, nicotiflorin, astragalin, quercetin, quercetin-3-methylether and kaempferol, were identified qualitatively from Nymphaeae Flos, which were selected as the index components for quality control. Under the established HPLC conditions, the above 8 components could be well separated(resolution>1.5), and showed good linearity(r=0.999 9)between the concentration ranges of 1.99-99.6, 1.76-176, 1.52-75.8, 3.60-180, 0.964-96.4, 1.18-118, 1.94-96.8, 1.04-104 mg·L-1 and the peak areas, respectively. The detection limits of them were 10-49 μg·L-1, and the limits of quantitation were 34-164 μg·L-1. The average recoveries were 97.12%-103.1% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.1%-2.2%. ConclusionA quality control method for simultaneous determination of the multiple active components in Nymphaeae Flos have been developed, which is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can provide a scientific basis for the formulation of quality standard of this herb and lay a research foundation for the transformation of Uygur hospital preparations containing Nymphaeae Flos into new drugs.

At present ICU transition management in China is still in the exploration stage, and the existing research results are difficult to be promoted in the clinic, and the management plan lacks unified and feasible standards. This paper introduces the concept and model of ICU transition management, and provides an overview of the current situation of ICU transition management for patients transferred out of ICU, adverse outcomes for patients transferred out of ICU, and the content of ICU transition management for patients transferred out of ICU, aiming to provide a reference for the formation of a unified and standardized ICU transition management scheme.

Objective: Sweet Tea (ST), derived from the leaves of Lithocarpus polystachyus, is a Chinese folk medicine with wide pharmacological activities. However, the promotive effects of ST water extract on hepatocytes proliferation and its underlying mechanism remains still unknown. In the present study, the beneficial effects of ST water extract on human hepatocytes and its possible mechanism were investigated. Methods: MTT assay was used to detect the safety range of ST; HL7702 cells were divided into four groups: control group, ST low- (50 μg/mL), medium- (200 μg/mL) and high-concentration (800 μg/mL) groups; BrdU ELISA and EDU staining were used to observe DNA content and cell proliferation; Moreover, flow cytometry was applied to analyze the distribution of cell cycle. Furthermore, the expression of cyclin D1, CDK4, HGF/c-Met, Akt, Erk1/2 were detected by Western blot. Results: It was found that ST water extract concentration-dependent promoted human hepatocytes HL7702 cell proliferation within 72 h through accumulating the cells in S phase and G2/M phase. Furthermore, ST water extract up-regulated expression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 proteins. Moreover, ST water extract not only increased HGF expression and phosphorylation of c-Met level, but also activated the phosphorylation levels of AKT, ERK1/2. Interestingly, both of AKT inhibitor A6730 and ERK1/2 inhibitor U0126 reversed the promotive effects of ST water extract, which further confirmed that activation of AKT and ERK1/2 were involved. Conclusion: The findings reveal that ST water extract promoted HL7702 cells proliferation through the stimulation of cell cycle mediated by activating the AKT- and ERK1/2-related pathway.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2021;20(5):518-522
In order to build an "Internet +" innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform, 3,752 undergraduates from 5 medical colleges and universities were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that there was a gap between the expectation of the students and the setting of entrepreneurship and innovation courses, project guidance and so on. In view of the contradiction between the supply of educational resources and the needs of students in medical colleges and universities, we have developed the "Internet +" innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform, that including five main functions and three layers of framework based on cloud computing and open source technology. The platform integrates various resources of medical colleges and universities to make useful exploration for cultivating students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, accelerating the implementation of projects, and promoting the connotation development of innovation.
