Objective:To explore the effect of feedback early rehabilitation nursing on cognitive function, motor function and self-care ability of elderly stroke patients. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 100 stroke patients who were admitted to Shaoxing City Keqiao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention, while the observation group received feedback early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. Score of Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA) , simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function (FMA) , Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale (ESCA) , treatment compliance of patients were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, LOTCA and FMA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The ESCA total score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Feedback early rehabilitation nursing is beneficial to improve the cognitive and motor function and self-care ability of stroke patients. It is beneficial to improve the treatment compliance of stroke patients.
