Objective:
To explore the mediating role of psychological and physical aggression in the association between maternal emotional symptoms with emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children, so as to provide references for effective intervention of risk factors related to childrens emotional and behavioral problems.
Methods:
A longitudinal study was conducted to select 12 kindergarten children and their mothers in Wuhu City, Anhui Province by using stratified clustering sampling. The baseline survey was carried out in June 2021, followed up every six months, and a total of 3 followups were administered. Totally 853 valid questionnaires of junior class children were included by the survey data from baseline, second and thirl followups. The Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21), the Parent-Child Conflict Tactics Scales (CTSPC) and the Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) were used to measure maternal emotional symptoms, psychological and physical aggression, and childrens emotional and behavioral problems, respectively.
Results:
The physical aggression of mothers towards children in boys was higher than in girls (t=3.53, P<0.05). The results of correlation analysis showed that maternal depressive symptoms were positively correlated with psychological aggression, physical aggression and childrens SDQ scores (r=0.20, 0.21, 0.18, P<0.01), maternal anxiety symptoms were positively correlated with psychological aggression, physical aggression and childrens SDQ scores (r=0.24, 0.22, 0.10, P<0.01), respectively; maternal stress symptoms were positively correlated with psychological aggression, physical aggression. The SDQ scores were positively correlated (r=0.26, 0.25, 0.18, P<0.01), and the scores of maternal psychological aggression and physical aggression were positively correlated with the SDQ scores of children (r=0.12, 0.16, P<0.01). The mediating analysis showed that after controlling for related confounding factors, psychological aggression played a partial mediating effect in the association between maternal depressive symptoms and childrens emotional and behavioral problems, and the mediating effect ratio was 8.05%. Physical aggression played a partial mediating effect in the association between maternal depression, anxiety and stress symptoms and childrens emotional and behavioral problems, which were 15.94%, 11.73% and 12.54% (P<0.05), respectively.
Conclusions
Psychological and physical aggression play mediating roles in the association between maternal emotional symptoms and childrens emotional and behavioral problems, and actively improving maternal emotional symptoms and their childrens discipline methods can help reduce the occurrence of emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children.

Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.

Aim To study the role of Cx43 hemichannel in rats with acute incision pain. Methods Adult male rats were randomly divided into normal saline group(C group), incision pain group(I group), Gap19 group. Western blot was used to determine the expression of Cx43 and GFAP at 6 h, 3 d and 7 d after paw incision surgery of rats. The rats were intrathecal injected with Gap19 30 min before incision surgery, followed by the measurement of the paw withdrawal threshold to mechanical stimuli at several time points. Immunofluorescence was used to detect the expression of Cx43 and GFAP. ELISA was performed to detect the different inflammatory cytokine levels in rats after surgery. Results Compared with group C, the expression of Cx43 and GFAP of rats increased significantly 6 h after incision surgery in group I, while their expression at postoperative 3 d and 7 d showed no obvious alteration. Compared with the preoperative baseline, the mechanical paw withdrawal threshold in I group and Gap19 group rats was significantly reduced at 2 h, 6 h, 24 h and 3 d post-incision(P<0.01), but it had no obvious change on postoperative 7 d. Compared with group I, the mechanical paw withdrawal threshold in rats of Gap19 group increased 2 h, 6 h, 24 h post-incision, while it showed no statistical difference on 3 d and 7 d post-incision. Compared with group C, immunofluorescence results showed that the expression of GFAP and Cx43 in spinal cord dorsal horn astrocytes also increased significantly in Group I 6 h after incision surgery. Compared with group I, GFAP and the expression of Cx43 were markedly reduced in Gap19 group. There was no statistical difference on 7 d post-incision. Compared with those in group C, the inflammation factors including IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-αobviously increased in group I. However, in contrary to the rats in group I, the rats pretreated with gap19 showed increased expression of Cx43 and GFAP in spinal cord dorsal horn. Conclusions Specific inhibition of Cx43 hemichannel significantly suppresses astrocyte activation and alters the inflammatory microenvironment in the spinal cord dorsal horn and reduces postoperative hyperalgesia in rats with acute incision pain.

Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines (English Ed.) 2021;19(9):666-674
Plant-derived labdane-related diterpenoids (LRDs) represent a large group of terpenoids. LRDs possess either a labdane-type bicyclic core structure or more complex ring systems derived from labdane-type skeletons, such as abietane, pimarane, kaurane, etc. Due to their various pharmaceutical activities and unique properties, many of LRDs have been widely used in pharmaceutical, food and perfume industries. Biosynthesis of various LRDs has been extensively studied, leading to characterization of a large number of new biosynthetic enzymes. The biosynthetic pathways of important LRDs and the relevant enzymes (especially diterpene synthases and cytochrome P450 enzymes) were summarized in this review.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2021;29(3):669-676
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the changes in the gene expression profile of T cells in CML patients after TCRζ up-regulation expression, and to explore the molecular mechanism of T cell reactivation after transgenic up-regulation of TCRζ.
METHODS:
The peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) from 3 newly untreated chronic-stage CML patients were collected, and the CD3
RESULTS:
A total of 2248 differentially-expressed genes were obtained, including 553 up-regulated genes and 1695 down-regulated genes in experimental group as compared with those in control group (P<0.05) . The GO and KEGG enrichment analyses showed that differentially expressed genes involved in the biological processes related to T cell immune function, such as TCR signaling pathway, T cell proliferation and activation. Some of core genes involved in promoting the TCR signaling pathway, T cell proliferation, activation and apoptosis pathways were significantly up-regulated, while some core genes involved in inhibiting T cell activation were significantly down-regulated.
CONCLUSION
The molecular mechanism of the significantly improved T cell activation and proliferation ability in CML patients after TCRζ up-regulation may be related to the differential transcripts mediated signaling pathways of T cell activation, proliferation and apoptosis.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2021;55(8):799-804
Objective:To develop a radiomics nomogram model based on CT to distinguish arteriovenous malformation(AVM) intracerebral hemorrhage from primary intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:One hundred and thirty-five patients with cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by operation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were analyzed retrospectively, including 52 patients with AVM cerebral hemorrhage and 83 patients with primary cerebral hemorrhage. Radiomics features were extracted from baseline CT, radiomics score (Radscore) was calculated and radiomic labels were constructed. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used for clinical features combined with CT signs to establish a clinical model. And then the nomogram model was generated according to the Radscore and the clinical model. The ROC curve and decision curve analysis (DCA) were used to evaluate the discrimination performance of the model. Results:Six features were selected and used to establish radiomic labels. The clinical model consisted of age (OR: 4.739, 95%CI 1.382-16.250) and hematoma location (OR: 0.111, 95%CI 0.032-0.385), while the nomogram model consisted of age, hematoma location and Radscore. In the training group, there was a significant difference between the nomogram model [area under curve (AUC) 0.912] and the clinical model (AUC 0.816), the radiomics model (AUC 0.857) ( Z=2.776, 2.034, P=0.006, 0.042, respectively); While in the validation group, there was no significant difference between the nomogram model (AUC 0.919) and the clinical model (AUC 0.788), the radiomics model (AUC 0.810) ( Z=1.796, 1.788, P=0.073, 0.074, respectively). DCA analysis showed that the clinical value of the nomogram model was superior to the clinical model and radiomic model. Conclusion:The radiomics nomogram can effectively distinguish AVM-related cerebral hemorrhage from primary cerebral hemorrhage, which is helpful for clinical decision-making.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Traditional Medical Formulae 2021;27(9):184-192
Objective:In view of the complexity of the "Prescription-Formula-Dosage-Property" relationship of Tibetan medicine and the outstanding common relationship,it is difficult to reveal the hidden and specific rules of clinical medication of Tibetan medicine. Method:Based on the attribute partial order structure and the vector structure model of "Ro-Nus-Zhu-Rjes"(Taste,Post-Digestive Tastes and Potency),clustering analysis and other methods and software, this study analyzed the "Prescription-Formula-Dosage-Property" relationship of 184 commonly used prescriptions in the 1995 edition of the standards issued by the Ministry of Tibetan medicine(SIMTM). Result:Among them, the analysis of the relationship between prescription and formula found that 11 prescriptions with the largest common attribute, such as Chebulae Fructus and Carthami Flos, were the key components of classification and compatibility, which could effectively classify the 8 kinds of prescriptions for the treatment of lung disease, tripa disease and blood fever. Among them, the san Yin and auxiliary viscera function prescriptions, such as Sanguotang powder and Liuwei Liangyao powder, had the strongest commonality. According to the analysis of relationship between formula and dosage ,the dosage of Chebulae Fructus,Carthami Flos, pomegranate seed,Phyllanthi Fructus was the highest, which suggested that these drugs were often used as primary drugs, while the Liuwei Liangyao powder, such as Amomi Fructus Rotundus and Tsaoko Fructus, had a higher frequency but a lower dose, which mainly played a role in regulating the overall drug property of the prescription and protecting the viscera. The Tibetan medicine-specific drugs including Moschus,Bovis Calculus, and Zhaxun, which were used in a high frequency but very low dose, had the effect of enhancing the drug property and guiding the affected part. According to the analysis of the relationship between dosage and property, there were many prescriptions belonging to cool nature, accounting for 75.6%. It was found that 67 prescriptions did not conform to the efficacy due to their different dosage. Conclusion:There are many common components and common usages in Tibetan medicine prescriptions. If these common associations are not treated,it will lead to the result that all diseases take these common associations as the core, but the hidden key factors cannot be solved. Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to sensitivity and specificity at the multi-dimensional level of "prescription-formula-dosage-property",so as to reveal the clinical medication thought of Tibetan medicine more effectively.

Chinese Herbal Medicines 2021;13(1):90-97
Sandalwood essential oil has been widely used not only as natural medicines but also in perfumery and food industries, with sesquiterpenoids as its major components including (Z)- α-santalol and (Z)-β-santalol and so on. The mature heartwoods of Santalum album, Santalum austrocaledonicum and Santalum spicatum are the major plant resources for extracting sandalwood essential oil, which have been overexploited. Synthetic biology approaches have been successfully applied to produce natural products on large scale. In this review, we summarize biosynthetic enzymes of santalenes and santalols, including various santalene synthases (STSs) and cytochrome P450 monooxygenases (CYPs), and then highlight the advances of biotechnological production of santalenes and santalols in heterologous hosts, especially metabolic engineering strategies for constructing santalene- and santalol-producing Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
