Objective To investigate the changes in serum levels of chemokine ligand 19(CCL19),soluble co stimulatory molecule B7-H3(sB7-H3),and soluble programmed death protein 1(sPD-1)in patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU)and their predictive value for recurrence. Methods A total of 320 patients with ROU accepted by our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were collected as the study subjects, namely the ROU group.During the same period,320 healthy volunteers without oral diseases who underwent physical ex-amination in our hospital were regarded as the reference group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was applied to detect levels of CCL19,sB7-H3,and sPD-1 in serum.Pearson method was applied to analyze the correlation between the expression levels of CCL19,sB7-H3,and sPD-1 in the serum of ROU patients and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).ROC curve was applied to analyze the predictive value of serum levels of CCL19,sB7-H3,and sPD-1 in patients with ROU for recurrence. Results Compared with the reference group, the serum levels of CCL19 and sPD-1 in the ROU group were obviously increased, while the level of sB7-H3 was obviously reduced(P<0.05).The serum lev-els of IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-α in the ROU group were obviously higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the levels of CCL19 and sPD-1 in the serum of ROU patients were positively correlated with the levels of IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-α,while the level of sB7-H3 was negatively corre-lated with the levels of IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-α(P<0.05).Compared with the non recurrent group, the serum levels of CCL19 and sPD-1 in the recurrent group were obviously increased, while the level of sB7-H3 was ob-viously reduced(P<0.05).The AUC of combined detection of CCL19,sB7-H3,and sPD-1 in serum for pre-dicting the recurrence of ROU patients was higher than the AUC of single detection of three factors[ZCCL19-the combination of the three-3.-294,P=0.001;ZsB7-H3-the combination of the three=4.348,P<0.001;ZsPD-1-the combination of the three 4.990,P<0.001].Conclusion CCL19 and sPD-1 are highly expressed in the serum of ROU patients, while sB7-H3 is lowly expressed. These three factors have certain value in predicting the recurrence of ROU.

Objective A neuroblastoma(NB)liver transplantation model was established and compared with the adrenal orthotopic transplantation model to explore its characteristics. Methods 5× 105 SK-N-SH cells were implanted along the long axis of the left lobe of mouse livers with a micro-injection needle. The growth, metastasis, expression of related genes, and histopathological changes of tumors were detected after the modeling. Results The tumor formation rate in mice inoculated with tumor cells reached 100%after 21 days, and tumor growth, metastasis, related gene expression changes, and pathological characteristics were apparent. Conclusions In this study,a neuroblastoma liver transplantation model was successfully constructed via a relatively simple surgical method to provide a more suitable choice for future scientific NB experiments.

To investigate the possibility of microsurgical anastomosis of artery, vein and lymphat-ic vessel under 3-dimension screen without eyepiece. Methods During March, 2019, 2 cases (48 and 62 years old) were operated for breast reconstruction, chest wall deformity modified, and axillary scar contracture release, under 3-dimension screen without eyepiece.Deep epigastric artery perforators (artery and vein) dissections were carried on, and microsurgical anastomosis of artery, vein and lymphatic vessel were finished. Coupler was used to do the end-to-end anastomosis of veins (2.5 mm), interrupted suture end-to-end anastomosis with 9-0 nylon for artery (2.0 mm). Reverse arm lymphatic dynamic fluorescence methylene blue tracer under Near Infrared Imaging was used to test the func-tion of lymphatic system. The ends of 2 dominant drainage lymphatic vessels was found in the released axillary area (0.2 mm and 0.3 mm, respectively), and were anastomosis to the vein (0.5 mm) of lateral chest lymphatic tissue.Im-mediate methylene blue tracer under near infrared imaging was used to confirm the patency of lymphatic vessels-veins anastomosis and follow-up post operation. Flap were monitored use HHD. Results Two patients recovered well, and the flaps survived completely with appreciated appearances. The lymphedema of the arms were getting better, the peripheral diameter was reduced by about 2.0 cm compared with that before operation. Conclusion The technique of microsurgical anastomosis of artery, vein and lymphatic vessel without eyepiece under 3-dimension screen is possi-ble and safe.
