1.A study on the cognitive and experience evaluation of "136" leading clinical patients in Shanxi province on the smart ward based on the technology acceptance model

Objective:To explore the cognition and use experience of residents based on technical acceptance model, and provide decision-making information and reference for the promotion and optimization construction of the smart ward.Methods:Based on the technical acceptance model, the research team made cognitive and experience evaluation questionnaire of hospitalization patients of the smart wards and evaluated its reliability. By adopting cross-sectional research methods, 368 patients who were hospitalized in the smart wards of the 10 leading clinical specialty in"136" Xingyi Project in Shanxi Province were selected as research objects from January to April 2022. The cognitive and experience evaluation questionnaire of hospitalization patients of the smart wards were used to conduct investigations and research.Results:Among 368 patients, male 148 cases, female 220 cases, aged 18 to 70 years old. The overall Cronbach α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.887, which had a good degree of reliability. In the cognition and experience evaluation of the smart wards, the five dimensions of perception of usefulness, perception of ease of use, perception safety, attitude and willingness to use were (4.76 ± 0.38),(4.75 ± 0.46), (4.75 ± 0.46), (4.72 ± 0.19), (4.73 ± 0.55), (4.77 ± 0.27) points respectively, the proportion of "very agreed" was 80.16% (295/368); the overall satisfaction of the smart wards scored (4.76 ± 0.35) points, the proportion of "very satisfied" was 79.35% (292/368). Conclusions:The application of the smart ward in the nursing work of inpatients will help optimize the patients′ medical service experience and improve the satisfaction of hospitalization.
2.Application study on the prevention and treatment of spleen aminopeptide oral solution on seasonal allergic rhinitis

Methods:A total of 392 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis were selected from the population of the epidemiological investigation project of allergic diseases in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. The project was led by Department of Allergy, Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Capital Medical University, and assisted by Hohhot First Hospital from April to May 2023. The patients were randomly divided into a spleen aminopeptide group (296 cases) and control group (96 cases) at a ratio of 3∶1, and the enrollment period was from June 1 to 14, 2023. The treatment group was treated with spleen aminopeptide oral solution for 12 weeks starting from 4-6 weeks (±7 days) before the pollen dispersal period, while the control group was treated with a simulated agent of spleen aminopeptide oral solution. Both the treatment group and the control group were treated with oral antihistamines and/or nasal glucocorticoids as needed during the pollen dispersal period. Evaluate the therapeutic effect by comparing the symptom scores, drug scores and quality of life scores of the two groups, and detect the expression levels of cytokines in serum. Symptom scores, quality of life scores, drug scores and laboratory results were compared by independent sample t test/Kruskal-Wallis test and χ2 test/Fisher′s exact test. Results:Compared with the control group, spleen aminopeptide treatment for 12 weeks significantly improved symptoms of nasal congestion [ M( Q1, Q3):2(1, 2) vs. 2(1, 3), H=6.308, P<0.05], nasal itching [ M( Q1, Q3):2(1, 2) vs. 2(1, 3), H=4.966, P<0.05], sneezing [ M( Q1, Q3):2(1, 2) vs. 2(1, 3), H=5.245, P<0.05], runny nose [ M( Q1, Q3):2(1, 2) vs. 2(1, 3), H=5.41, P<0.05] and tearing [ M( Q1, Q3):1(0, 2) vs. 1(0, 3), H=4.664, P<0.05]. At 12 weeks of treatment, the scores of nasal symptoms and ocular symptoms in control group and experimental group were significantly increased compared with baseline ( P<0.05). In experimental group, nasal congestion [ M( Q1, Q3):1(0, 1) vs. 1(0, 2), H=4.042, P<0.05], eye itching/foreign body sensation/redness symptom scores [ M( Q1, Q3):1(0, 2) vs. 1(0, 2), H=5.302, P<0.05] and total scores [ M( Q1, Q3):4(-1, 9) vs. 5(0, 12.5), H=3.958, P<0.05] were significantly increased. The antihistamine drug score of the splenic peptide treatment group at 6 weeks were lower than that of the control group ( H=4.232, P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the antihistamine drug score [ M( Q1, Q3):10(0, 24) vs. 19(2, 36.5), H=6.67, P<0.05] and the total drug score [ M( Q1, Q3):28.5(5, 77.5) vs. 46(6, 155.5), H=3.995, P<0.05] were significantly lower than those of the control group. The serum IL-17A levels of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 6 weeks (0.7±1.77 vs. 0.85±1.67 ,H=10.08, P<0.05) and 12 weeks (0.81±1.63 vs. 0.94±1.73, H=5.196, P<0.05) of splenic aminopeptide treatment. Conclusions:Early treatment with spleen aminopeptide oral solution can significantly improve nasal and ocular symptoms of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis, reduce the use of drugs during the onset period, and improve the quality of life. It may exert an immunomodulatory effect by reducing the expression level of IL-17A in the serum of patients.Objects:To conduct a study on the prevention and treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of spleen aminopeptide oral solution on seasonal allergic rhinitis, and explore its related mechanisms.

4.Effects of Different Frequencies of Electroacupuncture on the Degree of Atrophy of the Quadriceps Femoris in Rabbits with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury

Objective To observe the effects of different frequencies of electroacupuncture on the degree of atrophy of quadriceps femoris in rabbits with anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury model;To explore the possible mechanisms of electroacupuncture in treating ACL injury.Methods Totally 24 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,low-frequency electroacupuncture group and high-frequency electroacupuncture group,with 6 rabbits in each group.Except for the blank group,ACL injury models were established in the other groups.On the 7th day after modeling,the low-frequency electroacupuncture group and the high-frequency electroacupuncture group performed electroacupuncture treatment(continuous wave,frequency of 2 Hz and 100 Hz respectively,and left the needle in place for 20 min)at"Xuehai"and"Liangqiu"of the operation side,and the remaining groups were only grasped and immobilized,for 21 days.The mass ratio of the quadriceps femoris was calculated,the histopathological morphology of the quadriceps femoris tissue of the rabbits in each group was observed by HE staining,the expressions of NO,iNOS in quadriceps femoris tissue were detected by ELISA,the content of ROS in quadriceps femoris tissue was detected by fluorescent probe,the protein expressions of PERK,ATF6,IRE1,MuRF1,MAFbx in quadriceps femoris tissue were detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the blank group,the quadriceps femoris muscle mass ratio of the model group rabbits was significantly reduced(P<0.01),with irregular arrangement of muscle cells,accompanied by swelling and atrophy,significant interstitial edema,and extensive inflammatory infiltration,the contents of NO,iNOS and ROS in quadriceps femoris tissue significantly increased(P<0.01),while the expressions of PERK,ATF6,IRE1,MuRF1 and MAFbx proteins significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the quadriceps femoris muscle mass ratio in the low-frequency and high-frequency electroacupuncture groups significantly increased(P<0.01),with regular arrangement of muscle cells,improved swelling and atrophy of cells,and reduced interstitial edema and inflammation,the contents of NO,iNOS and ROS in quadriceps femoris tissue were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the expressions of PERK,ATF6,IRE1,MuRF1 and MAFbx proteins significantly decreased(P<0.01).Moreover,the low-frequency electroacupuncture group had better effects than the high-frequency electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Different frequencies of electroacupuncture intervention in ACL injury rabbits can better delay the degree of quadriceps femoris atrophy,and its mechanism may be related to reducing the expressions of oxidative metabolites NO,iNOS,ROS,and reducing the expressions of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related proteins PERK,ATF6,IRE1 in quadriceps fermoris,which in turn inhibit the expressions of quadriceps atrophy factors MuRF1,MAFbx,and delaying the degradation of quadriceps muscle proteins.The effect of low-frequency electroacupuncture is superior to the high-frequency electroacupuncture.
5.Analysis on the Acupoint Selection Law of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for the Treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction Syndrome Based on Data Mining Technology

Objective To analyze and summarize the acupoint selection law of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome(TMD)using data mining technology.Methods Clinical literature about acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of TMD was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase and Cochrane Library from the establishment of the databases to March 1,2024.Excel 2021 was used to establish a prescription database of acupoints.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 were used to analyze the frequency of use of acupoints,meridians,locations,specific acupoints,and the analysis of association rules,factor analysis,and clustering analysis.Results A total of 480 articles and 480 prescriptions were included in the study,containing 90 acupoints,with a total frequency of 2 290 times.The high-frequency acupoints were Xiaguan,Hegu,Jiache,Tinggong and Ashi point;the commonly used meridians were the stomach meridian,large intestine meridian,small intestine meridian,bile meridian,and triple-energizer meridian;the most frequently chosen acupoints were the Jiaohui acupoints,Yuan acupoints and Wushu acupoints;and mostly involved acupoints were located at the head and neck area,the upper limb area and the lower limb area.The association analysis showed that the top five combinations were"Xiaguan-Hegu","Xiaguan-Jiache","Xiaguan-Hegu-Jiache","Xiaguan-Tinggong","Xiaguan-Tinggong-Jiache";clustering analysis showed that five valid clusters were extracted;factor analysis extracted seven valid common factors.Conclusion The core acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of TMD is Xiaguan-Hegu-Jiache-Tinggong,and mainly follows the principle of combining proximal and distal acupoints.
6.A prospective randomized multicenter trial for lymphadenectomy in early-stage ovarian cancer: LOVE study

Background:
The Lymphadenectomy in Ovarian Neoplasms (LION) study revealed that systemic lymphadenectomy did not bring survival benefit for advanced ovarian cancer patients with clinically normal lymph nodes and was associated with a higher incidence of operative complications. However, there is no consensus on whether lymphadenectomy has survival benefit or not in early epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC).
Methods
We designed the LOVE study, a multicenter, randomized controlled, phase III trial to compare the efficacy and safety of comprehensive staging surgery with or without lymphadenectomy in stages IA-IIB EOC and fallopian tube carcinomas (FTC). The hypothesis is that the oncological outcomes provided by comprehensive staging surgery without lymphadenectomy are non-inferior to those of conventional completion staging surgery in early-stage EOC and FTC patients who have indications for post-operative adjuvant chemotherapy. Patients assigned to experimental group will undergo comprehensive staging surgery, but lymphadenectomy. Patients assigned to comparative group will undergo completion staging surgery including systematic pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy. All subjects will receive 3–6 cycles of standard adjuvant chemotherapy. Major inclusion criteria are pathologic confirmed stage IA-IIB EOC or FTC, and patients have indications for adjuvant chemotherapy either confirmed by intraoperative fast frozen section or previous pathology after an incomplete staging surgery. Major exclusion criteria are non-epithelial tumors and low-grade serous carcinoma. Patients with severe rectum involvement which lead to partial rectum resection will be excluded. The sample size is 656 subjects. Primary endpoint is disease-free survival.
7.Construction of a risk classification prevention plan for medical adhesive related skin injury at the PICC site of tumor patients

Objective:To construct a risk classification prevention plan for medical adhesive related skin injury at the peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) site of tumor patients, so as to provide reference for preventing PICC related skin damage.Methods:The overall period of this study was from April to July 2022. Based on evidence-based search of domestic and foreign literature, and combined with preliminary investigation results, a preliminary framework index for the risk classification prevention of medical adhesive related skin injury at the PICC site of tumor patients was constructed. A total of 20 venous therapy experts from 14 Class Ⅲ hospitals in Shanxi Province were selected by purposive sampling. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with experts to determine the risk classification prevention plan for medical adhesive related skin injury at the PICC site of tumor patients.Results:The effective response rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 100%, with expert authority coefficients of 0.94 and Kendall's harmony coefficients of 0.12 and 0.16, respectively, with a statistically significant difference ( P<0.001). The final constructed risk classification prevention plan for medical adhesive related skin injury at the PICC site of tumor patients included 6 first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators. Conclusions:The risk classification prevention plan for medical adhesive related skin injury at the PICC site of tumor patients in this study is scientific, targeted, and practical, and can provide practical guidance for the prevention of PICC-related skin injury.

Lung diseases such as lung cancer and COVID-19 seriously endanger human health and life safety, so early screening and diagnosis are particularly important. computed tomography (CT) technology is one of the important ways to screen lung diseases, among which lung parenchyma segmentation based on CT images is the key step in screening lung diseases, and high-quality lung parenchyma segmentation can effectively improve the level of early diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases. Automatic, fast and accurate segmentation of lung parenchyma based on CT images can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of low efficiency and strong subjectivity of manual segmentation, and has become one of the research hotspots in this field. In this paper, the research progress in lung parenchyma segmentation is reviewed based on the related literatures published at domestic and abroad in recent years. The traditional machine learning methods and deep learning methods are compared and analyzed, and the research progress of improving the network structure of deep learning model is emphatically introduced. Some unsolved problems in lung parenchyma segmentation were discussed, and the development prospect was prospected, providing reference for researchers in related fields.

Cardiovascular disease is one of the important factors that threaten the health of residents, ranking the first among various causes of death, so the monitoring and diagnosis of human cardiovascular health is particularly important. Compared with traditional brachial artery pressure, central arterial pressure (CAP) has a higher correlation with the occurrence of many cardiovascular events. The measurement of CAP can more accurately reflect the real situation of human blood pressure, and provide an important basis for diagnosis and disease prevention. Therefore, the realization of high-precision, high-generalization ability and low-cost non-invasive measurement of CAP has always been the research focus in this field. This article combines the relevant literature in China and abroad to summarize the current status of CPA measurement, introduces related research progress from two aspects, namely parameter measurement and waveform measurement, and discusses the characteristics of the existing methods and the future development.
10.Nodular fasciitis of the breast: a clinicopathological and genetic analysis of seven cases

Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological and genetic features of nodular fasciitis of the breast (NFB).Methods:The clinical and histologic features of seven NFBs were retrospectively reviewed. Immunohistochemistry, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were performed.Results:All the seven patients were female, with a mean age of 36 years (range from 15 to 51 years). The duration of the lesion ranged from 10 days to 2 years. There was no history of trauma for all patients. The lesions occurred in the upper quadrant (4 cases), the lower quadrant (2 cases) and the axillary tail region (1 case). The maximum diameter was 1.0-3.5 cm. All cases showed similar morphology as nodular fasciitis occurring elsewhere in the body. They were composed of plump spindle cells arranged in short bundles or fascicles within a loose collagenous/myxoid stroma. Erythrocyte extravasation, mixed chronic inflammatory cells infiltration and microcystic changes were typically seen. Mitoses were present, with no atypical mitoses observed. The spindle cells were positive for smooth muscleactin(SMA, 6/6), CD10(2/3), and negative for desmin, β-catenin, CD34, CKpan, EMA, S-100, p63 and ALK-1.The Ki-67 index were 5%-15%. USP6 gene rearrangement was found in six cases and MYH9-USP6 gene fusion in two cases. Local resection was performed in six cases. Spontaneous regression was observed in one case. Follow-up of all seven cases revealed no recurrence or metastasis.Conclusions:Although rare, NFB can mimic breast cancer clinically, radiologically and histologically. It should be always considered in the differential diagnosis for the spindle cell proliferations of the breast. A diagnosis of NFB can be achieved basing on the typical clinicopathological presentation. FISH detection of USP6 gene rearrangement in challenging cases is of great value.
