ObjectiveTo explore the possible mechanisms of Shujin Jiannao Formula （舒筋健脑方） for cerebral palsy. MethodsThirty 7-day-old SD rats were randomly divided into normal group， model group， and Shujin Jiannao Formula group， with 10 rats in each group. The model group and Shujin Jiannao Formula group established a cerebral palsy model by the classic Rice-Vannucci method. After successful modeling， rats in Shujin Jiannao Formula group were given Shujin Jiannao Formula 16 g/（kg·d） by gavage， while the normal group and model group were given normal saline 10 ml/（kg·d） by gavage once a day. After one week of intervention， the rats' body weight was measured， and Zea-Longa scores， the righting reflex test， and the hindlimb suspension test were conducted for assessment； hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining and Nissl staining were used to observe pathological changes in brain tissue， and the number of Nissl-positive neurons was counted； enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was employed to measure levels of inflammatory cytokines in the brain tissue， specifically interleukin-1β （IL-1β） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）； immunofluorescence was used to detect the expression levels of neurofilament protein 200 （NF200） and myelin basic protein （MBP） in brain tissue； Western Blot analysis was conducted to determine the protein levels of phosphoinositide 3-kinase （PI3K）， protein kinase B （Akt/PKB/Rac）， and mammalian target of rapamycin （mTOR） in brain tissue. ResultsCompared with the normal group， rats in the model group showed significantly higher Zea-Longa scores and lower scores in the hindlimb suspension test （P＜0.01）； pathological findings revealed loose structure in the cerebral cortex， hippocampal atrophy， and neuronal damage in brain tissue. Levels of IL-1β and TNF-α elevated， and the number of Nissl-stained positive neurons in the cortex and hippocampal CA1 region reduced， and immunofluorescence intensity of NF200 and MBP， as well as protein expression levels of PI3K and mTOR， significantly decreased （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Compared with the model group， rats in Shujin Jiannao Formula group showed decreased Zea-Longa scores and increased hindlimb suspension test scores （P＜0.05）； pathological damage in brain tissue alleviated， levels of IL-1β and TNF-α reduced， the number of Nissl-stained positive neurons in the cortex and hippocampal CA1 region increased， and the immunofluorescence intensity of NF200 and MBP， as well as the protein levels of PI3K and mTOR， significantly elevated （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. There were no statistically significant differences among the groups in body weight， body-turning time， or AKT protein levels in brain tissue （P＞0.05）. ConclusionShujin Jiannao Formula can improve the neurological function of rats with cerebral palsy， exert neurorestorative effects， and its mechanism of action may be related to the reduction of inflammatory response in brain tissue and the activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.

Pseudorabies virus(PRV)is the etiological agent of pseudorabies in pigs,which is char-acterized by dyspnea,reproductive disorders,and neurological diseases,and it spreads widely a-round the world.Since 2011,the newly emerged PRV variants have resulted in poor immunity pro-tection of traditional vaccine strains,and the original method of vaccine strain preparation is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Therefore,it is urgently needed to develop an efficient screening method of the vaccine strain at present.Using CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology in this study,two single guide RNAs(sgRNA)were designed targeting the virulence gene TK of PRV variant strain CH/JX/2016,and then the enhanced green fluorescent protein the reporter(EGFP)gene was inserted at the TK locus by a homologous repair plasmid.After multiple rounds of plaque puri-fication,the rPRV-ΔTK/EGFP strain was obtained.The results showed the cleavage efficiency of the two sgRNAs was extremely high.The preparation of rPRV-ΔTK/EGFP strain was succeed af-ter only three rounds of purification,and the EGFP expressed normally.The CRISPR/Cas9 system can edit the PRV gene simply,rapidly,and efficiently,and exhibits great potential in the construction of vaccine candidate strains.Meanwhile,the rescued rPRV-ΔTK/EGFP strain not only could be used as a tracer strain in PRV variant infection progresses,but also for subsequent antivi-ral drug screening.

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety between spleen total resection splenectomy and spleen partial splenectomy in the treatment of patients with traumatic spleen rupture.Methods:84 cases of patients with traumatic spleen rupture from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups.42 cases in the spleen total resection group were treated with spleen total resection,while the other 42 cases in the spleen partial nephrectomy group were treated with spleen partial splenectomy.The operative effect,the levels of platelet count,serum IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 + / CD8 + levels before and after treatment,the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,length of hospital stay of spleen partial nephrectomy group were shorter than those of the spleen total resection group,but the operation time of research group was longer than that of the spleen total resection group (P＜0.05).The platelet count,CD8+ of spleen partial nephrectomy group were lower than those of the spleen total resection group (P＜0.05).The IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ of spleen partial nephrectomy group were significantly higher than those of the spleen total resection group (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the spleen partial nephrectomy group was lower than that of the spleen total resection group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Spleen partial splenectomy was more effective than spleen total resection in the treatment of traumatic splenic rupture,which had little effect on the platelet and immune function.

Objective To realize information sharing and medical resources integration in different medical enterprises.Methods In accordance with IHE XDS-I image data registration-distribution model,regional data exchange center was set up so that the medical images and report data could be exchanged and shared,and the regional medical network could be smoothly upgraded in interconnection.Results Exchange and sharing of medical images and reports were realized.Standard IHE data interface was prepared for future images exchange between different hospitals.XDS-I model in domestic hospitals were put into practice.Conclusion The structure design of data center is feasible,reliable and effective.

Objective To investigate the possibility to create versatile system recovery disc for PACS workstation using the software Ghost 11. Methods Firstly, PACS and Windows software was installed into a PACS workstation. Secondly, S&R&S V9.7 1112F intelligent system -packaging tool and DllCacheManager_V1.6 Dllcache backup -restore tool were used to package the system. Finally, Ghost 11 was adopted to produce mirror image of the system. Results The image could recover system easily. Conclusion The system-recovery disc created by Ghost11 can significantly minimized the workload when the PACS workstation runs into error and improves the maintenance efficiency.

With extensive application of interventional radiology technique, skilled and standardized manipulation of DSA is very helpful for interventional operations. It is introduced in this paper how to operate the Siemens dBA which is the first domestic one and settle with the problems met in routine work.

Objective To study how to finish radiography work satisfactorily under emergency situations. Methods Analyses and sum-up were performed from three aspects, including X -ray diagnostic vehicle, radiography and PTSD. Results The vehicle-mounted X-ray machine was kept good state during high strength utilization. 620 cases from the disaster area were examined and the diagnosing quality was better than usual. Conclusion Such aspects are very important for emergency application of vehicle-mounted X-ray machine as the daily maintenance of the machine, high technical level and proper mental intervention.

Digital X-ray imaging technique has been developing rapidly in recent years, and makes it possible for people to be radiated by lower X-ray dose than before to get the images for diagnosis. Current development in 7 aspects about digital roentgenography is introduced in this article.

Objective To assess the usefulness of the DPF with Store Fluoro for interventional treatment. Methods Store Fluoro were performed in 187 cases and the dose was compared with that not using it. Results The doctor and the patients′ radiology dose and the volume of the contrast were all reduced. Conclusion The Store Fluoro plays an important role in interventional treatment.

Objective To summarize the quality control method of the SOLO CR system running in high efficient-reliable-stablestatus and to obtain the high quality digital imaging.Methods In order to keep the system operating normally,we make the detail plan ofquality control in combination with practical status such as working status and frequency of use,and implement properly maintenance andrepairing for 3 AGFA ADC SOLO CR.Results To ensure the 3 CR system operating normally and steadily,and achieve good results asexpected in 2 years.Conclusion The suitable and effective quality control is necessary.It provides the reliable ensuring for outputting high quality digital imaging.
