Objective:To investigate the concern about pollen broadcasting in Chinese population from multiple dimensions and to understand the information about allergic rhinitis (AR) in China by analyzing related factors.Methods:From March 1 to September 30, 2022, a large-scale multi-center cross-sectional survey was conducted based on the Questionnaire Star platform in 21 Chinese hospitals. A total of 7 056 subjects from 7 regions in China: Northeast, North, East, Central, South, Southwest, and Northwest China were included. Basic characteristics (including social demographic characteristics and disease characteristics of AR patients), concern about pollen broadcasting, the willingness of pollen-induced AR (PiAR) patients to receive pollen broadcasting, and the treatment satisfaction rate of AR patients were collected. The chi-square test, multivariate linear regression model, and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the concern about pollen broadcasting in the Chinese population and related factors from multiple dimensions.Results:Among 7 056 subjects, 23.02% were concerned about pollen broadcasting. Among 3 176 self-reported AR and 1 019 PiAR patients, 25.60% and 39.16% were concerned about pollen broadcasting, respectively, which was higher than that of non-AR or non-PiAR subjects ( χ2 value was 21.74 and 175.11, respectively, both P<0.001). Among AR patients, the proportion of spring and autumn allergen-positive patients concerned about pollen broadcasting was higher than that in perennial allergen-positive patients ( χ2 value was 20.90 and 19.51, respectively, both P<0.001). The proportion of AR patients with asthma, sinusitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was higher than those without complications ( χ2 value was 50.83, 21.97, 56.78, 7.62, respectively, all P<0.05). The proportion of AR patients in North China who could find pollen broadcasting locally was 31.01%, significantly higher than those in other regions (all P<0.05). Multivariate linear regression model analysis showed that among PiAR patients, those with higher per capita household income and higher AR disease cognition levels had been concerned about pollen broadcasting in the past, and those complicated with allergic conjunctivitis had stronger intention to receive pollen broadcasting (B value was 0.24, 0.13, 0.66, 0.47, respectively, all P<0.05). The higher the disease cognition level of PiAR patients, the stronger their willingness to actively participate in treatment ( R2=0.72, P<0.001). Only 18.89% of AR patients felt satisfied with the treatment effect. Logistic regression analysis showed that in AR patients, the treatment satisfaction rate was significantly higher among those concerned about pollen broadcasting compared to those who were not ( OR=1.83, P<0.001). Conclusions:Currently, the dissemination of pollen broadcasting in China is hindered by various factors such as disease cognition level. The treatment satisfaction among AR patients remains unsatisfactory.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common disease among women of childbearing age, and hyperandrogenism (HA) is a typical clinical feature of PCOS patients. In recent years, research has found that HA is closely related to the liver function of PCOS patients, in addition to causing reproductive, endocrine, and metabolic disorders. This article provides a review from four aspects: the relationship between PCOS and HA, the impact of HA on liver function in PCOS patients, the mechanism of HA affecting liver function in PCOS, and the intervention of HA on improving liver function in PCOS. The aim is to further raise awareness of the multi system effects of HA on PCOS patients and provide a basis and approach for improving liver function and clinical prognosis in PCOS patients.

Objective To analyze the effect of extended care in patients with gestational heart disease under the mode of multi-disciplinary team(MDT).Methods A total of 116 patients with gestational heart disease admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to nursing method,with 58 patients in each group.All the patients delivered in our hospital,and the control group received routine clinical intervention after delivery.The observation group was given continuous nursing intervention under MDT mode,including team building,intervention implementation and psychological nursing.First,a management team was established and a WeChat group was formed.The team members include 1 deputy chief physician of obstetrics,1 deputy chief physician of cardiology,1 dietitian,1 psychotherapist,1 head nurse of obstetrics,1 head nurse of cardiology,3 responsible nurses of obstetrics and 3 responsible nurses of cardiology.Then the nursing intervention was divided into 3 stages:prenatal,postpartum,and postpartum.Finally,in the hospital and during the follow-up,we communicated with the patients to understand their basic situation,provided targeted guidance,and directed them to shift their attention from negative emotions.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The self-rated abilities for health practices scale(SRAHP)was used to evaluate the patient's health behavior ability(including nutrition status,exercise,health responsibility,and psychological well-being),and atrial fibrillation-quality of life-18(AF-QoL-18)was used to evaluate the patient's quality of life(including physiological,psychological,and sexual function).Cervical local microcirculation(including blood perfusion,capillary tube diameter,microvascular tube diameter),postpartum blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours,postpartum hospital stay,maternal and infant adverse outcomes(including postpartum hemorrhage,heart failure,maternal death,neonatal death)of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,all SRAHP scores,AF-QoL-18 scores and cervical local microcirculation levels in both groups were significantly improved compared to before intervention,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention[nutrition score:25.06±2.31 vs.19.72±2.68,exercise score:25.54±1.45 vs.19.14±3.65,health responsibility score:24.17±2.33 vs.20.54±2.52,psychological well-being score:25.03±1.62 vs.21.34±3.35,blood perfusion(mL/min):1.10±0.18 vs.0.44±0.15,capillary tube diameter(μm):5.94±0.45 vs.3.41±0.67,microvascular tube diameter(μm):56.59±2.13 vs.44.12±3.78,physiological score:3.86±1.13 vs.3.41±1.04,psychological score:4.13±0.64 vs.3.67±1.42,sexual function score:4.02±0.67 vs.3.78±0.75,all P<0.05].The amount of postpartum blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours in the observation group was reduced compared to the control group[2 hours postnatal(mL):95.26±10.53 vs.142.74±18.45,24 hours postnatal(mL):183.61±17.54 vs.262.19±38.56,both P<0.05],and the postpartum hospital stay was shorter than the control group(days:5.07±1.48 vs.8.12±2.45,P<0.05),the total incidence of adverse outcomes was lower than that of the control group[1.72%(1/58)vs.12.07%(7/58),P<0.05].Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention under the mode of MDT cooperation can enhance the ability of healthy behavior,improve cervical local microcirculation,promote postpartum recovery,reduce adverse outcomes of maternal and infant,and improve the quality of life of pregnant heart disease patients to a certain extent.

Objective:To investigate the status of iodine deficiency disorders in children and pregnant women in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, and to provide a basis for scientific iodine supplementation and adjustment of prevention and control strategies.Methods:According to the requirements of the National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Surveillance Program (2016 Edition), iodine deficiency disorders surveillance was carried out in 18 counties (cities, districts) under the jurisdiction of Ganzhou City from 2018 to 2022. Edible salt and urine samples taken from children aged 8 to 10 and pregnant women were collected to detect salt and urine iodine levels. At the same time, B-ultrasound method was adopted to measure children's thyroid volume, and the goiter rate was calculated.Results:From 2018 to 2022, a total of 27 075 edible salt samples were collected from key populations (children aged 8 - 10 and pregnant women), with a median salt iodine of 25.00 mg/kg and a qualified iodized salt consumption rate of 96.24% (26 057/27 075). The difference in the qualified iodized salt consumption rate among key populations in different years was statistically significant (χ 2 = 29.09, P < 0.001). A total of 18 061 urine samples were collected from children, with a median urine iodine of 192.10 μg/L, there was a statistically significant difference in the urine iodine level of children between different years ( H = 82.59, P < 0.001). A total of 9 014 urine samples were collected from pregnant women, with a median urine iodine of 177.20 μg/L, there was a statistically significant difference in urine iodine level of pregnant women between different years ( H = 78.78, P < 0.001). A total of 8 621 children's thyroid glands were examined, including 34 cases of goiter, with a goiter rate of 0.39%, and the goiter rate showed a decreasing trend year by year (χ 2trend = 11.09, P < 0.001). Conclusions:From 2018 to 2022, the iodine nutrition of children and pregnant women in Ganzhou City is at an appropriate level, the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt (> 90%) and the children's goiter rate (< 5%) met the national iodine deficiency disorders elimination standards. Ganzhou City continues to maintain the status of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.

Bromodomain containing protein 4 (BRD4), as an epigenetic reader, can specifically bind to the acetyl lysine residues of histones and has emerged as an attractive therapeutic target for various diseases, including cancer, cardiac remodeling and heart failure. Herein, we described the discovery of hit 5 bearing 4-phenylquinazoline skeleton through a high-throughput virtual screen using 2,003,400 compound library (enamine). Then, structure-activity relationship (SAR) study was performed and 47 new 4-phenylquinazoline derivatives toward BRD4 were further designed, synthesized and evaluated, using HTRF assay set up in our lab. Eventually, we identified compound C-34, which possessed better pharmacokinetic and physicochemical properties as well as lower cytotoxicity against NRCF and NRCM cells, compared to the positive control JQ1. Using computer-based molecular docking and cellular thermal shift assay, we further verified that C-34 could target BRD4 at molecular and cellular levels. Furthermore, treatment with C-34 effectively alleviated fibroblast activation in vitro and cardiac fibrosis in vivo, which was correlated with the decreased expression of BRD4 downstream target c-MYC as well as the depressed TGF-β1/Smad2/3 signaling pathway. Taken together, our findings indicate that novel BRD4 inhibitor C-34 tethering a 4-phenylquinazoline scaffold can serve as a lead compound for further development to treat fibrotic cardiovascular disease.

Objective: To investigate the promoting effect of local compression and fixation on the healing of anterior tibial flask-like wound after debridement and suture. Methods: A retrospective case control study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 57 patients with simple anterior tibial flask-like wound admitted to the Second Hospital of Shandong University from May 2017 to June 2018. There were 32 males and 25 females, aged 20-60 years [(41.4±8.1)years]. The length of wound ranged from 1 to 10 cm. All patients had only acute skin and soft tissue injury, without any fracture, large area skin defect, large area avulsion injury, or chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus and lower limb vascular disease. The study group contained 37 patients who were treated with local pressure dressing and limb fixation after debridement and suture while the control group included 20 patients who were treated with simple dressing after debridement and suture. At 3, 5, 7, 14, and 21 days after operation, the size of the wound, the type and quantity of exudate, the color of skin around the wound and the type of wound tissue were compared, and the healing time was recorded. Results: All patients were followed up for 30-90 days [(52.2±3.5) days]. Three days after operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). On the 5th day after operation, the scores of exudate amount, skin color surrounding wound and tissue types of the wound bed in the control group and the study group were (4.2±0.7)points ∶(3.3±0.6)points, (3.5±0.7)points ∶ (2.5±0.6)points, (3.4±0.6)points ∶ (2.5±0.5)points (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of the size of wound and the type of exudate (P>0.05). On the 7th day after operation, the scores of the size of wound, type of exudate, amount of exudate, skin color around the wound and the type of wound tissue in the control group and study group were (3.5±0.5)points ∶ (2.5±0.7)points, (3.4±0.7)points ∶ (2.4±0.5)points, (4.0±0.8)points ∶ (2.8±0.5)points, (3.4±0.5)points ∶ (1.3±0.5)points, (3.3±0.5)points ∶ (2.1±0.4)points (P<0.05). On the 14th day after operation, the scores of the scores of the size of wound, type of exudate, amount of exudate, skin color around the wound and the type of wound tissue in the control group and study group were (2.9±0.6)points ∶ (1.2±0.7)points, (2.8±0.7)points ∶ 0 point, (3.3±0.7)points ∶ (1.0±0.0)points, (3.1±0.6)points ∶ (1.1±0.4)points, (3.0±0.6)points ∶ (1.2±0.5)points (P<0.05). Twenty-one days after operation, the scores of the scores of the size of wound, type of exudate, amount of exudate, skin color around the wound and the type of wound tissue in the control group and study group were (2.5±0.7)points ∶ 0 point, (2.5±0.5)points ∶ 0 point, (3.0±0.7)points ∶ (1.0±0.0)points, (2.6±0.7)points ∶ (1.1±0.3)points, (2.6±1.1)points ∶ 0 point (P<0.05). The wound healing rate was 100% in both groups. The wound healing time of the control group and the study group was (28.3±6.7)days and (15.2±0.9)days respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion For anterior tibial flask-like wound, local pressure bandaging and fixation after debridement and suture can significantly promote wound healing compared with conventional simple bandaging, with the advantages of better healing quality and shorter healing time.

Objective: To investigate the preparation of bioactive denatured acellular dermal matrix (DADM) from burn mice riched in mice bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Methods: Twelve BALB/c mice were collected and 20% total body surface area scalds (hereinafter referred to as burns) with deep partial thickness were inflicted on the back skin of each mouse. After removing epidermis, the burned skin were collected and divided into Triton X-100 group and elhylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) group according to the random number table, with 15 samples in each group. Samples in Triton X-100 group and EDTA group were respectively placed in mixture of 2.5 g/L Triton X-100 and 2.5 g/L trypsin solution and mixture of 0.2 g/L EDTA and 2.5 g/L trypsin solution for sustained vibration and elution for 24 hours to make mice DADM. The general appearance of DADM was observed. The structure and arrangement of collagen fibers of DADM were observed by scanning electron microscope and tissue structure of DADM were observed by fluorescence microscope. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) from mice were transplanted in mice DADM in the two groups with concentration of 2×105 cells per well to prepare bioactive mice DADM. After cultured for 3 days, tissue structure of bioactive mice DADM was observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining, distribution and number of BMSCs of bioactive mice DADM were observed by immunofluorescence staining. Proliferation of BMSCs of bioactive mice DADM after cultured for 2 h, 1 d, 3 d, and 5 d was detected by cell count kit-8. Data were processed with analysis of variance for repeated measurement and t test. Results: (1) Mice DADM in the two groups were white in appearance with certain tenacity and elasticity. Mice DADM in the two groups maintained good three-dimensional porous network structure. Collagen fibers of mice DADM in EDTA group were with good continuity, and collagen fibers of mice DADM in Triton X-100 group were fractured in varying degrees. Mice DADM in the two groups were decellularized completely, and the collagen fibers were loose and arranged disorderly. The continuity of tissue structure of mice DADM in EDTA group was better than that of mice DADM in Triton X-100 group. (2) After cultured for 3 days, the BMSCs in bioactive mice DADM in the two groups were evenly distributed. The number of bioactive BMSCs in mice DADM in EDTA group was 37±7, which was significantly more than that of mice DADM in Triton X-100 group (25±8, t=0.128, P<0.05). The proliferation of bioactive BMSCs in mice DADM in Triton X-100 group and EDTA group was similar at 2 hours and on day 1 after cultured (t=1.292, 0.656, P>0.05). On 3, 5 days after cultured, the proliferation of bioactive BMSCs in mice DADM in EDTA group was significantly higher than that of mice DADM in Triton X-100 group (t=2.309, 14.128, P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions Mice DADM prepared by decellularization of EDTA has better three-dimensional porous network structure and good continuity of collagen fiber. The BMSCs in bioactive DADM from burn mice prepared by transplanting BMSCs are evenly distributed with large quantity and strong proliferative capacity, which has the potential to be good autologous dermal substitute.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction and purification technology of total flavonoids from Engelhardia roxburghi-ana,and to establish the method for the content determination of 3 kinds of effective components. METHODS:Using the extrac-tion transfer rate of astilbin as index,single factor test was used to investigate extraction solvent,extraction method,volume frac-tion of percolation solvent ethanol,percolation material-liquid ration,soaking time before percolation and percolation rate of extrac-tion technology,and volume fraction of eluant ethanol in AB-8 resin purification technology. The contents of 3 effective compo-nents as astilbin,texifolin and engelitin in total flavonoids from E. roxburghiana were determined by HPLC. RESULTS:The opti-mal extraction technology was using 70% ethanol as extraction and percolation solvent,percolation extraction,soaking for 8 h be-fore percolation,percolation material-liquid ratio of 1∶16(g/ml),percolation rate of 30 ml/(min·kg). The purification technology was diluting the solution to 0.5 g (crude drug)/ml with water,ethyl acetate extraction,dissolved extract with 50% ethanol after evaporated to dryness,AB-8 resin for sampling,eluted with 50% ethanol,concentrating and drying. In verification test,extraction transfer rate of astilbin was more than 80%(RSD=0.42%,n=3). The contents of astilbin,taxifolin and engeletin in total flavo-noids from E. roxburghiana by purified were 57.94%,3.72% and 2.83%,respectively;the contents of 3 components accounted for 64.00% of total flavonoids. CONCLUSIONS:The extraction and purification technology is stable,rational and reliable;the content determination method of 3 effective components in total flavonoids of E. roxburghiana is accurate,simple and producible.

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of ERα (estrogen receptorα),ERβ(estrogen receptorβ),PR,and Bcl-2 of endometrial polyps.Methods 50 cases of endometrial polyp patients were studied.And 45 cases of endometrial normal subjects were selected as the control group.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detected the FSH,LH,E2,P,T and PRL six levels of the two groups.And endometrial ERα two groups of patients,ERβ,PR and Bcl-2 expression was studied.Results The FSH,LH,E2,P,T and PRL six levels of the two groups were no significant difference(P ＞0.05).Polyps in patients with proliferative phase of ERα,ERβ expression levels of the normal group had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),the expression level of PR(0.47 ± 0.02) point was significantly lower than that of the normal group(0.53 ± 0.02) point (t =10.383,P =0.000),Bcl-2 expression levels(0.53 ± 0.04) point was significantly higher than that of the normal group (0.49 ± 0.02) point (t =4.322,P =0.000).Polyps in patients with secretory phase of ERα,Bcl-2 expression levels (0.46 ± 0.07;0.43 ±0.04)point were significantly higher than that of the normal group (0.37 ± 0.05 ;0.39 ± 0.03) point (t =5.007,P =0.000; t =3.834,P =0.000),the expression level of PR (0.42 ± 0.02) point was significantly lower than that of the normal group (0.46 ± 0.01)point(t =8.486,P =0.000),there was no significant difference in expression levels between the two groups ERβ(P ＞0.05).Between the two groups displayed,ERα,PR proliferative phase of the normal group and the polyp group,the expression levels of Bcl-2 were significantly higher than that of the secretory phase (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The increase of the ERα,Bcl-2 expression levels,and the reduction of the level of PR expression in patients with endometrial polyps are closely related.

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid and berberine hydrochloride in Dihuang sprays. Methods:A ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phos-phoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the column temperature was 30℃, and the detection wavelength wassetat270nm.Results:Thelinearrangeofgallicacidandberberinehydrochloridewas20.36-305.40 μg·ml-1(r=0.9996) and 20.08-301.20 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 8), respectively. The average recovery was 98.9%(RSD =1.3%) and 98.5%(RSD =1. 5%) , respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable and accurate, which can be used in the determination of gallic acid and berberine hydrochloride of Dihuang sprays.
