Objective To investigate and assess the risk signals of adverse drug events(ADEs)associated with the post-marketing 4 long-acting anticholinergic antagonists(LAMA),including adionium bromide, glycopyrronium bromide, umeonium bromide, and tiotropium bromide,to provide references for clinically safe prescribing practices. Methods Four LAMA drugs-related ADE records were selected by searching the FAERS database from the first quarter of 2004 to the first quarter of 2024 and standardizing the drug name of adionium bromide, glycopyrronium bromide, umeonium bromide, and tiotropium bromide, with the primary suspected drug as a restriction.Potential ADE signals were mined using the reporting odds ratio(ROR)method, medicines and healthcare products regulatory agency(MHRA)method and Bayesian confidence propagation neural network(BCPNN)method, and Medical Dictionary for Drug Regulatory Activities 26.1 was used to classify the results systematically. Results A total of 80 680 reports of four LAMA drugs-related ADE were collected, including 4 287 reports for aclidinium bromide,3 584 reports for glycopyrronium bromide,3 084 reports for umeclidinium bromide and 69 725 reports for iotropium bromide. The reports predominantly involved female patients(47 725 cases,59.15%)over male patients(27 525 cases,34.11%).The United States emerged as the principal reporting country, with consumers, pharmacists, and physicians as the primary reporters.Serious ADE outcomes included life-threatening conditions, hospitalizations, disabilities, deaths.A total of 902 signals were identified, mainly affecting 27 systems or organs.Specifically, aclidinium bromide(180 signals),glycopyrronium bromide(210 signals),umeclidinium bromide(142 signals),and tiotropium bromide(370 signals)exhibited signals predominantly in the respiratory, thoracic and mediastinal disorders, investigations, injury, poisoning and procedural complications, eye and organ diseases cgastrointestinal disorders. Conclusion When using LAMA drugs for respiratory conditions, clinicians should implement preventive measures to monitor respiratory diseases, thoracic and mediastinal diseases, eye and organ changes and various laboratory examination indicators,to reduce the risk of medication.

Objective:To investigate the status of social alienation in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients, and analyze its correlation with self disclosure and social support.Methods::From May 2019 to March 2021, 156 MHD patients admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital were selected as the research objects by using convenient sampling method. A cross-sectional survey was conducted by using general information questionnaire, general alienation scale, pain disclosure index scale and social support scale. Results:A total of 176 questionnaires were issued, with an effective recovery rate of 88.64%(156/176). The social alienation score of 156 patients with MHD was (41.57±4.89) points, which was at the upper-middle level and negatively correlated with the total scores of the Distress Disclosure Index and the Perceived Social Support Scale ( r=-0.526, -0.284, all P<0.01). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, educational level, and per capita monthly household income were the main factors affecting social alienation ( β=0.199, -0.361, -0.290, all P<0.01). After controlling for the above factors, self disclosure and social support independently explained the variance of social alienation in MHD patients increased by 20.2% ( β=-0.440, -0.200, all P<0.01). Conclusions:MHD patients have a high sense of social alienation. Medical staff should pay attention to patients who are older, less educated, and have low family income. Self disclosure and social support are modifiable variables, so medical staff can reduce their social alienation and improve the quality of life by training patients on self disclosure and improving the level of social support.

【Objective】 To investigate the establishment of multi-center haemovigilance (HV) and the monitoring of adverse reactions to blood donation (ARBD), in order to provide basis for the management of blood donors. 【Methods】 The operation of HV was investigated by questionnaire. The total number of blood donations (including plateletpheresis) and ARBD cases occurred in each blood center from 2014 to 2018 were analyzed. 【Results】 Among the 24 blood centers in this survey, only nine got HV operated. The incidence of ARBD of 19 blood centers that fulfilled the questionnaire was in the range of (0.003~1.151) %. The change trend of number and incidence of ARBD cases were indeterminate. 【Conclusion】 Most blood centers did not got HV established. The incidence of ARBD varied greatly and was indeterminate. The application of HV should be further improved to strengthen ARBD management.

It is one of the key points for modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicines to construct the Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) base of Chinese materia medica (CMM).GAP helps to minimize contamination and improve the quality of CMM during the plantation and the production of Chinese crude drugs. In this article, the status and development of CMM production bases of GAP in Guangdong Province,China, are presented. The suggestions upon the problems during the development of GAP for Chinese crude drugs are also provided.

[Objective] To observe the antitussive and antiasthmatic actions of Nervilia fordii (Hance) Schitr. (NF). [Methods] NIH mice were randomized into 8 groups: 3 NF water-extract groups and 3 NF ethanol-extract groups in high, moderate and low doses (19.2, 9.6 and 4.8 g?kg-1?d-1 respectively), positive control group (codeine phosphate 50 mg?kg-1?d-1 in the antitussive experiment and theocin 0.1g?kg-1?d-1 in the antiasthmatic experiment) and model group. Mice cough models induced by ultrasonic spray of ammonium hydroxide and guinea pigs asthma models induced by ultrasonic spray of histamine-acetylcholine mixture were adopted to observe the antitussive and antiasthmatic actions of NF. [Results] Water-extract and ethanol-extract of NF in three doses decreased the cough frequency in mice, and ethanol-extract of NF in three doses prolonged the cough latent period (P

[Objective] To analyze the constituents of volatile oil from Nervilla fordii (NF) by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GM-MS). [Methods] Volatile oil was extracted from NF by steam distillation and the constituents of volatile oil were isolated and identified by GM-MS. The relative contents of the volatile constituents were calculated by ionic flow chromatographic area normalization method. [Results] Eighty-nine components were separated. Among them, fifty-three components were identified, accounting 91.82% of the total volatile oil. [Conclusion] The main constituents identified from NF were: 2-pentadecanone, 6,10,14-trimethyl (13.55%), 4-ethyl-trans-3-thiobicyclo [4,4,0] decane (6.54%), benzenesulfonamide, 4-methyl-N- (2-oxo-2 phenylethyl) (6.33%), phytol (6.32%),?-carinol (4.54%), ?-ionone (4.43%), caryophyllene oxide (4.13%). The amount of the above constituents accounts 45.84% of the total volatile oil.

Objective To establish the RP-HPLC method for the determination of cinnamic acid in different parts of Cortex Cinnamomi which comes from Wulong and Xinyi in Guangdong province. Methods The samples were assayed on a DiamonsilTM C18 column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)with temperature at 40℃. The mobile phase was aqueous acetonitrile-0.01 %phosphoric acid (gradient elution); flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 278 nm. Results The contents of cinnamic acid in one-year branches were the highest in the samples from the two differents habitats. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, repeatable, and is suitable for the determination of cinnamic acid in Cortex Cinnamomi.
