Prenatal examinations are of great significance to promoting maternal and child health. This article reviews research progress of Centering Pregnancy at home and abroad, including its main content, application in special groups, benefits of implementation, and leads to some enlightenment of this model to the field of midwifery in China, which provides reference for a new model nationally applied in prenatal care.
2.Qualitative research on breastfeeding of maternal separation puerpera based on medical perspective

Objective:To explore the problems of breastfeeding needs of maternal separation puerpera based on medical perspective, so as to provide reference for the formulation of targeted intervention measures.Methods:From September to November 2021, a total of 16 doctors and nurses in Department of Neonatology and Obstetrics of First Maternal and Infant Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University were selected as the interview objects by the purposive sampling method. Descriptive phenomenological research methods were used to conduct semi-structured interviews and live recordings. With the help of NVivo 12.0 software, the data were analyzed according to Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method to refine the theme.Results:The cognition of breastfeeding needs of maternal separation puerpera from the perspective of medical care could be summarized into three themes, such as incomplete education support system for maternal separation puerpera, to be improved health education for health care workers and relatively scarce medical and health resources.Conclusions:Government cadres and medical institution managers should pay attention to the problems or difficulties of breastfeeding in maternal separation puerpera from the perspective of medical staff and put forward corresponding intervention measures to improve the breastfeeding rate of maternal separation puerpera.
