The complement lectin pathway is an important means to exert immune effect.Ficolin and Mannan-binding lectin(MBL)are the initiators of complement pathway.Both structure and function are very similar.They can activate the complement path-way by recognizing certain substances on the surface of pathogens,emphasizing phagocytosis or directly kill and dissolve related patho-gens,thereby playing an important role in the immune system,especially in fighting infection.The respiratory system diseases are mostly infectious diseases.In recent years,there have been reports that ficolin/MBL is related to many other respiratory diseases.This article discusses the related research of ficolin/MBL and respiratory diseases,hopes to provide theoretical support for related research.

[摘 要] 目的：探讨干扰B7-H4表达对乳腺癌细胞增殖、凋亡、周期以及相关下游分子表达的影响。方法：利用脂质体转染技术分别将特异性靶向B7-H4的siRNA（siB7-H4）及其阴性对照（siNC）转染至对数生长期的乳腺癌T47D和MCF-7细胞，分别命名为T47D-siB7-H4、T47D-siNC、MCF-7-siB7-H4和MCF-7-siNC组。用qPCR法和WB法验证siRNA干扰效果及其对细胞周期分子cyclin D1表达的影响，CCK-8法和FCM分别检测干扰B7-H4表达对T47D和MCF-7细胞增殖、周期和凋亡的影响，qPCR法检测B7-H4干扰对E2F家族相关转录因子表达的影响。结果：成功构建干扰B7-H4表达的乳腺癌T47D和MCF-7细胞。与T47D-siNC和MCF-7-siNC组相比，T47D-siB7-H4和MCF-7-siB7-H4组细胞中B7-H4 mRNA和蛋白表达水平均显著降低、细胞增殖能力显著降低（均P<0.01），并伴有G1/S期细胞周期阻滞以及cyclin D1表达下调（均P<0.01），但细胞凋亡率差异无统计学意义（均P>0.05）。与T47D-siNC相比，干扰B7-H4后T47D细胞中E2F1、E2F2、E2F7和E2F8 mRNA水平有不同程度的降低（均P<0.01）；与MCF-7-siNC相比，干扰B7-H4后MCF-7细胞中E2F1、E2F2、E2F3、E2F7和E2F8 mRNA水平均有不同程度的降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：干扰乳腺癌细胞B7-H4表达可下调cyclin D1和E2F家族相关转录因子的表达，导致细胞周期阻滞并抑制细胞增殖。

Objective: To estimate the transmission capacity of influenza clustering in schools and nurseries, and to evaluate the effect of suspension measures, providing a basis for formulating disease management strategies and control measures. Methods: The SEIAR dynamics model was used to simulate the epidemic data, calculating the basic regeneration coefficient R 0 of the epidemic to evaluate the epidemic transmission capacity, and calculating the cumulative incidence rate of the epidemic to evaluate the prevention and control effect of the suspension measures. Results: The basic regeneration coefficient R 0 was 8.44(8.01,8.89) without intervention. There were statistically significant differences in R 0 of influenza epidemic among different types of school(F=9.52, P<0.01). The R 0 of influenza epidemic in primary and secondary schools were higher than that in nurseries(P<0.05). R 0 of influenza A was higher than that of influenza B(t=2.71, P<0.01). R 0 of influenza A(H3) was higher than of influenza B(Victoria)(P<0.05). The cumulative incidence of the outbreaks which were suspended for 4 days and 7 days was significantly lower than that in the non-suspensions(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the cumulative incidence of the outbreaks between the 4-day suspension and the 7-day suspension(P>0.05). Conclusion Transmission capacity of school-based influenza epidemic is high, especially among primary and secondary schools. When the epidemic situation of infected class meets the suspension standard, it is recommended to suspend classes for 4 days.

Objective Establishment of an osimertinib-resistant PC-9/ZDOR cell line of human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) , and exploration of its drug resistance mechanisms and the sensitivity of themotherapeutic drugs. Methods An osimertinib-resistant PC-9/ZDOR cell line was induced by increasing doses of osimertinib to gefitinib-resistant cells PC-9/ZD. Mutation analysis of EGFR genes was performed by NGS. Cell growth was measured by CCK-8 assay and the sensitivity of chemotherapy was determined via analysis of resistance index (RI).The expression of EGFR and its signal transduction protein was determined by western blot. Results (1) An osimertinib-resistant human NSCLC cell line PC-9/ZDOR was successfully established with resistance index of 44. (2) The evidence from NGS data showed the mutation and amplification of EGFR was eliminated in PC-9/ZDOR cells. (3) The data from Western blot showed that the expression of EGFR and its phosphorylated form protein such as P-AKT and P-ERK was significantly decreased in PC-9/ZDOR cells when compared with those in PC-9/ZD cells (P <0.05). (4) The sensitivity of PC-9/ZDOR cell lines to docetaxel, gemcitabine and paclitaxel was significantly higher than that of PC-9/ZD cell lines (P < 0.05) , while the sensitivity of PC-9/ZDOR cell lines to cisplatin and pemetrexed was similar to the one of PC-9/ZD cell lines (P> 0.05). Conclusions The PC-9/ZDOR cell lines is an osimertinibresistant human NSCLC cell line. Elimination of EGFR gene mutation and/or the decrease of protein expressions of EGFR, p-EGFR, p-ERK and p-AKT maybe serve as the mechanisms of acquired resistance to osimertinib. This osimertinib-resistant cell line, PC-9/ZDOR, showed a elevated level of sensitivity to taxanes and gemcitabine.

Objective To detect the changes in blood coagulation system and clarify the related mechanisms of chemotherapy-induced disseminated intravascular coagulation.Methods　Changes in blood coagulation system and immunohistochemistry for fibrinogen were investigated in six groups of rats designed for different purposes.Results　Decreased platelet count, prolonged prothrombin time and active partial thromboplastin time, elevated fibrinogen level, and decreased antithrombin were observed in the rats receiving a newly developed chemotherapy (NDC group), in which mitomycin C was administered intravenously together with angiotensin. Accumulation of fibrinogen and microthrombi in the blood vessels of multiple organs were also found in the NDC group by immunohistochemistry and histopathological examination.Conclusions　Rapid reduction of tumor mass induced by an effective chemotherapy could cause hypercoagulable state and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
