Objective This paper aims to investigate the application of intraoral scanning and cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)registration implant robot in dental implant surgery.Methods The data of 40 cases with dental de-fect of robot-assisted implantation from November 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.Before the opera-tion,the intraoral scan data and CBCT data of the posi-tioning markers were automatically fused with the initial CBCT images,and the registration error was calculated.The average registration error of positioning markers was determined during the operation,and the implantation ac-curacy was analyzed after the operation.Results The intraoral scan data and CBCT data of 40 patients with dental defect wearing positioning markers were successfully registered with the initial CBCT image,and the registration errors were(0.157±0.026)mm and(0.154±0.033)mm,respectively.Statistical analysis showed no statistical significance between them.The registration errors of the marker was(0.037 3±0.003 6)mm.A total of 55 implants were performed,and the total deviations of the implant point and the apical point were(0.78±0.41)and(0.89±0.28)mm,respectively.The transverse deviations of the implant point and the apical point were(0.44±0.36)and(0.58±0.25)mm,respectively.The depth deviations of the implant point and the apical point were(0.51±0.32)and(0.54±0.36)mm,respectively.The devia-tion of the implant angle was 1.24°±0.67°.Conclusion The fusion technology based on intraoral scanning and CBCT registration can meet the accuracy requirements of preoperative registration of oral implant robots.The technology in-creases the choice of registration methods before robot-assisted dental implant surgery and reduces the multiple radiation exposuresof the patient.

【Objective】 To identify the main unqualified items in the external audit of blood station quality management system (referred to as external audit), in order to take necessary measures to continuously improve the quality system. 【Methods】 Unqualified items(data) in the national and Shandong provincial blood safety technical audits (referred to as national and provincial audits) and four blood station blood safety technical joint audits (referred to as inter station mutual audits) from 2017 to 2019 were collected and analyzed by Excel and Pareto curves (graphs). Corresponding corrective and preventive measures were developed and implemented, and then tracked and evaluated by the quality management department three months after the external audit to verify their effectiveness. 【Results】 In a total of 7 external audits of blood station quality management system that our blood station has participated in over the past 3 years (including 2 national audits, 2 provincial audits, and 3 inter station mutual audits), the main unqualified terms were "12 monitoring and continuous improvement" 11.90% (15/126), "13 blood donation services" 11.90% (15/126), "06 equipment" 10.32% (13/126), "11 records" 10.32% (13/126), "03 organization and personnel" 8.73% (11/126), "15 blood preparation" 7.94% (10/126), "08 safety and health" 7.14% (9/126), and "14 blood testing" 7.14% (9/126). Among them, "monitoring and continuous improvement" ranked first in two national audits and two provincial audits, with 16.67% (5/30) and 14.71% (5/34), respectively, and was 8.06% (5/62) in inter station mutual audit, and the difference between the three kinds of audits was not statistically significant (P>0.05). "Records" accounted the highest proportion in inter station mutual review of 19.35% (12/62), while was respectively 0 and 2.94% (1/34) in national and provincial audits, with statistically significant difference between the three kinds of audits (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 External audit against unqualified items is important for quality improvement. By analyzing the unqualified terms, taking corresponding measures to improve weak links, and evaluating the effectiveness of those measures, it can effectively ensure the effective operation of blood station quality management system.

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of infant hairy polyp.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 13 cases of hairy polyp confirmed by pathology, who were admitted to the Children′s Hospital of Hebei Province from January 2010 to September 2019, including 4 males and 9 females, with a male-female ratio of 1∶2.25. The age ranged from 3 hours to 1 year, and the median age was 1 month. Twelve of the 13 children were found to have difficulty breathing or feeding. All the children received coblation resection under general anesthesia. The root pedicle of the mass was found in the lateral nasopharyngeal wall in 8 cases, in the junction of palatine and palatopharyngeal arch of tonsil and the tongue and esophageal entrance in 1 case, respectively. Nasal septum was found in 2 cases, including 1 case located between two incisors. The wound at the root pedicle was ablated and the bleeding was stopped completely.Results:Postoperative follow-up lasted from 3 months to 2 years, and there was no recurrence in 12 cases. Fibrolaryngoscope showed a mass of the right eustachian tube and pharyngeal mouth in 1 case 2 years after the surgery, which was considered recurrence of hairy polyps and lost after that.Conclusion:Hairy polyps in infants is a rare clinical disease, and its main symptom is upper respiratory tract obstruction. Early diagnosis and radical surgery are the key to the treatment of the disease.

Objective To research a simple and sensitive K-ras gene mutations detection method in order to be suitable for the routine mutation detection.Methods The corresponding detection locus oligonucleotide probe was designed.By the connection,amplification,labeling and ELISA reaction in probe,the mutation locus genotype was determined by the ELISA reaction detection value.With the six point mutations of G12S,G12R,G12C,G12D,G12A and G12V in 12 codons of K-ras gene as the detection objects,the plasma circulation DNA sample in 72 cases of lung cancer was detected,then the results were compared with those obtained by the direct sequencing.Results Three samples were identified as the G12S,G12R and G12A mutatins by the established method.But no K-ras mutations were detected in the samples by using the direct sequencing,indicating that the direct sequencing had lower sensitivity and was not suitable for the mutation detection of heterogeneous samples such as circulating DNA.Conclusion The simple and sensitive K-ras gene mutation detection method is established and can conduct the routine mutation detection for the heterogeneous samples.

Objective To investigate the application value of single detection and combined detection of 4 kinds of inflammatory indicators of procalcitonin (PCT ) ,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) ,interleu-kin-6(IL-6) and white blood cell(WBC) in diagnosing type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) bloodstream by analy-zing the levels of peripheral blood PCT ,hs-CRP ,IL-6 and WBC in the T2DM bloodstream infection group and T2DM non-bloodstream infection group .Methods The clinical data in 85 patients with T2DM bloodstream in-fection (T2DM bloodstream infection group ) and contemporaneous 80 cases of T2DM non-bloodstream infec-tion(T2DM non-bloodstream infection group) in this hospital from January 2013 to July 2016 were retrospec-tively analyzed .The levels of various inflammatory indicators in peripheral blood were analyzed .The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve of various inflammatory indicators was drawn ,the area under the curve (AUC) and the best cut-off value were calculated .The detection schemes included 24 kinds of schemes such as the single indicator ,2-indicator ,3-indicator and 4-indicator .Results The levels of PCT ,hs-CRP ,IL-6 and WBC in the T2DM bloodstream infection group were significantly higher than those in the T 2DM non-blood-stream infection group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .AUC of PCT ,hs-CRP ,IL-6 and WBC were 0 .909 ,0 .818 ,0 .838 and 0 .760 respectively ,with best cut-off values of 0 .493 ng/mL ,11 .19 ng/mL ,40 .95 pg/mL and 11 .87 × 109/L respectively .The Youden index of PCT was highest (0 .65) and the ac-curacy of IL-6 was highest (83 .33％ ) in the single indicator detection scheme .The Youden index and accuracy of the scheme of PCT/hs-CRP and PCT+hs-CRP+IL-6 were highest in the combined detection scheme .Con-clusion PCT detection has the prominent value in the assisted diagnosis of T 2DM bloodstream infection .Inthe combined detection scheme ,PCT/hs-CRP and PCT+hs-CRP+IL-6 have the highest value in the assisted diagnosis in T2DM bloodstream infection .

Objective To investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment and control rate of hypertension among Dongxiang population of Dongxiang county in Gansu province,and analyze risk factors of hypertension in this population.Methods A total of 1 879 Dongxiang residents of Dongxiang county in Gansu province aged 18 years and over were selected in one town and eight villages by random cluster method from April to June in 2014.All subjects were interviewed and physical examination including blood pressure measurement was performed.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of hypertension.Results Prevalence of hypertension in this population was 21.4％ (402/1 879).Prevalence of hypertension increased with aging and was 7.9％ (35/441) in 18-39 years old people,and 20.2％ (151/749) in 40-59 years old people,and 31.3 ％ (216/689) in ≥ 60 years old people (P ＜ 0.01).There were no gender (male vs.female) difference in prevalence of hypertension in 18-39 years old group (8.0％ (20/249) vs.7.8％ (15/192),P ＞ 0.05) and 40-59 years old group (19.8％ (78/393) vs.20.5％ (73/356),P ＞ 0.05),while the prevalence of hypertension was significantly higher in male than in female(34.2％ (123/360) vs.28.3％ (93/329),P ＜ 0.01) in ≥ 60 years old group.Prevalence of hypertension was also significantly higher in rural area residents than in county town residents (23.4％ (255/1 090) vs.18.6％ (147/789),P ＜ 0.01).The rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension in this population were 24.4％ (98/402),14.7％ (59/402) and 5.0％ (20/402),respectively.Rates of awareness (22.7％ (58/255) vs.27.2％ (40/147),P ＜ 0.01),treatment (13.3％ (34/255) vs.17.0％ (25/147),P ＜ 0.05) and control (3.9％ (10/255) vs.6.8％ (10/147),P ＜ 0.05)were significantly lower in rural area residents than in county residents.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,family history of hypertension,high body mass index,less physical activity and more static state were risk factors of hypertension in this population (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions Prevalence of hypertension is high and awareness,treatment and control rates of hypertension are low in adult residents of Dongxiang county in Gansu province.Hypertension prevention focusing on risk factors control and treatment strategies should be enhanced in this population.

Objective:To investigate the effects of scutellarin on Bcl-2 and Bax expression in human tongue squamous carcinoma Tca-8113 cell.Methods:Tca8113 cells were treated with 80,120 and 160μg/ml scutellarin for 48 h respectively.Immunocytochem-istry method and RT-PCR were applied to observe the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein and mRNA in the cells.Results:With the increase of scutellarin concentration,Bcl-2 protein and mRNA decreased(P<0.05),Bax protein and mRNA increased(P<0.05). Conclusion:Scutellarin may downregulate Bcl-2 expression and upregulate Bax expression in Tca-8113 cells.

ObjectiveTo evaluate analytical performance of NT-proBNP on Electro-Chemiluminescence Immunoassay system.MethodsThe precision,accuracy,limit of blank ( LoB ),limit of detection (LoD),functional sensitivity (FS),analytical measure range (AMR),maximal dilution rate,clinical reportable range(CRR) and the analytical anti-interference ability of NT-proBNP were evaluated according to EP documents issued by CLSI and related references.The analytical performance data were compared to quality standards declared by the manusfacturers.According to CLSI C28-A2,80 healthy volunteers,aged from 18 to 74, were chosen and divided into 4 groups on average for biological reference intervals verification.Results The within-run CV and total CV were 1.1％ -2.2％and 1.5％ -2.9％ respectively.The deviations from controls distributed by National Center for Clinical Laboratory and affiliated calibrators were 2.7％ -5.9％ and 2.7％ -7.5％,respectively.The results of LoB,LoD and FS were 2.5,7.8 and 8.8 pg/ml,respectively.AMR was 8 -35 126 pg/ml,and the most suitable dilution rate was 1∶ 2,so the CRR was 9 -70 252 pg/ml.428 μmol/L bilirubin,2 g/L haematoglobin and 2 200 FIU chyle didn't interfere with the NT-proBNP assay.Moreover,almost all the data from different age groups were in the range of biological reference intervals declared by the manusfacturers, except one test data (167 pg/ml).Conclusions The analyticalperformance of NT-proBNP analyzed on Roche Cobas E601electrochemiluminescence immunoassay systemisconsistentwiththestandarlswhichmanufacturershas proclaimed.The establishment of LoD,FS,maximal dilution and CRR for NT-proBNP assay could provide the quality assurance for clinical use and the biological reference intervals declared by manusfacturers could meet the clinical needs.

Objective:To establish the acute rejection model of orthotopic liver transplantation in rat(ROLT) and observe the basic pathophysiologic changes of acute rejection.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,isotransplantation group(LEW-LEW),and allotransplantation group(LEW-BN).Recipients were sacrificed on 3,5,7,and 10 days postoperatively and liver tissues and blood samples were collected.Recipient survival rate,histopathological and ultrastructural characteristics were observed.ALT,TBIL,and Alb were measured with automatic biochemical analyser.IL-2 content in serum was assayed by ELISA.Results:There was no rejection in isotransplantation from Lewis to Lewis rat resulted and 14-day survival rate reached 100%.The IL-2 concentration in serum was at normal level.On the contrary,all recipients in allotransplantation group from LEW to BN rat died among 14 days postoperatively,and hepatic histological examination showed typical acute rejection on 7 days.Liver function was severely impaired,which was indicated by significant increase of ALT and TBIL levels and apparent decrease of Alb level.The IL-2 concentration in serum was continuously increased and reached its peak value on 7 days postoperatively.Conclusion:An acute rejection experimental model of liver transplantation in rat could be stably established using Lewis rat as donor and BN rat as recipient.
