Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor is an optical detection technique enables real-time and dynamic monitoring of biological samples. SPR-based biosensors have remarkable characteristics such as label-free detection and high sensitivity, making them important tools for studying molecular interactions. The recognition element, which plays a critical role in SPR sensors, which could specifically identify and capture of target analytes, closely influencing the selectivity performance of the sensor. The progress on SPR sensors in pharmaceutical research were reviewed, which focused on the application of recognition elements such as antibodies, aptamers, molecularly imprinted polymers, and metal nanoparticles.

This paper systematically summarizes the practical experience of the 2025 Dingri earthquake emergency medical rescue in Tibet. It analyzes the requirements for earthquake medical rescue under conditions of high-altitude hypoxia, low temperature, and low air pressure. The paper provides a detailed discussion on the strategic layout of earthquake medical rescue at the national level, local government level, and through social participation. It covers the construction of rescue organizational systems, technical systems, material support systems, and information systems. The importance of building rescue teams is emphasized. In high-altitude and cold conditions, rapid response, scientific decision-making, and multi-party collaboration are identified as key elements to enhance rescue efficiency. By optimizing rescue organizational structures, strengthening the development of new equipment, and promoting telemedicine technologies, the precision and effectiveness of medical rescue can be significantly improved, providing important references for future similar disaster rescues.

Diagnosis and treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC)must be completed by a collaborative model of a multi-disciplinary team. The neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy significantly reduced the local recurrence rate of LARC,but did not affect the occurrence of distant metastases and overall survival.Total neoadjuvant therapy(TNT),by strengthening the intensity of chemotherapy and extending the time from radiotherapy to surgery, can improve the tumor response rate as well as disease-free survival rate and metastasis-free survival rate.It offers advantages such as enhancing the compliance with chemotherapy, maximizing tumor regression, improving survival and increasing the chance of organ preservation.TNT is a promising treatment model for LARC patients with high risk of distant metastasis or strong desire for organ preservation. With the application of immunotherapy in the field of TNT,the mode of TNT continues to expand. And the exploration of therapeutic predictive markers will help to provide a personalized treatment for patients.

HLB and Oasis? MCX SPE columns in series. The extracts were separated by Kine-tex? EVO C18 column, with gradient elution of 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution and 0.1%formic acid methanol solution.Q-TOF-MS'fullscan'and'targeted MS/MS'modes were used to detect 34 emerging contaminants and to establish a database with 34 emerging contaminants precursor ion,prod-uct ion and retention times. Results The 34 emerging contaminants exhibited good linearity in the con-centration range respectively and the correlation coefficients(r)were higher than 0.97.The limit of de-tection was 0.2-10 ng/L and the recoveries were 81.2%-119.2%.The intra-day precision was 0.78%-18.70%.The method was applied to analyze multiple surface water samples and 6 emerging contaminants were detected, with a concentration range of 1.93-157.71 ng/L.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid for screening various emerging contaminants at the trace level in surface water.

Lateral flow immunochromatography assay is a new instantaneous detection technology that employs a chromatographic membrane and labeling materials for detection. This detection technology is convenient, fast, and inexpensive, and is therefore widely used in a number of different fields, such as biomedicine, disease detection, food safety, environmental protection, and so on.Traditional lateral flow immunochromatography assay relied on visual observation and provided only qualitative or semi-quantitative results.By utilizing various types of markers and sensitive detection devices, lateral flow immunochromatography assay enables quantitative and multi-component detection of the analytes. The research progress on the lateral flow immunoassay detection system and its current applications in the context of recognition elements, labeling materials, and detection instruments were reviewed in this paper.

Objective:To establish and validate a gallstones classification method based on deep learning. Methods:A total of 618 gallstones samples were collected from East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University, and 1 023 high-definition cross-sectional gallstones profile images were captured to construct a cross-sectional gallstones profile image dataset. Based on the traditional eight-category gallstones classification method, a lightweight network model, MobileNet V3, was trained using deep learning and transfer learning methods. The classification performance of MobileNet was evaluated using a confusion matrix with metrics such as accuracy rate, precision rate, F1 score, and recall rate. The MobileNet V3 was improved and further validated using accuracy and loss values. Results:The accuracy rate (94.17%), precision rate (94.03%), F1 score (92.96%) and recall rate (92.99%) of the improved MobileNet V3 model were better than other networks. The improved MobileNet V3 model achieved the highest accuracy rate (94.17%) in gallstones profile classification and was validated by the test set. The confusion matrix showed a weighted average of accuracy rate (92.0%), precision rate (92.6%), and F1 score (92.2%) for each category of gallstones. Conclusions:Based on deep learning, a high-accuracy gallstones classification method is proposed, which provides a new idea for the intelligent identification of gallstones.

Objective To investigate the effect of patient's body shape and image acquisition mode on the radiation dose and image quality in percutaneous coronary angiography. Methods A total of 40 patients, who received selective percutaneous coronary angiography at the Ningbo Medical Center Lihuili Hospital of China between January 2022 and June 2023,were selected for this study. The patients were randomly divided into conventional group(including 11 males and 9 females, using coronary angiography mode to make image acquisition)and low-dose group(including 14 males and 6 females, using electrophysiological mode to make image acquisition). The patient's basic information, body size data, and the various radiation dose data were collected. The image quality rating scale for assessing the image quality was formulated. The independent sample t-test and Mann-Whitney U test were used for the comparison between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis method was used to make correlation analysis. Results The larger the patient's chest circumference was,the higher the radiation dose would be,there was a positive linear relationship between the patient's chest circumference and the radiation dose. All the radiation dose parameters in the low-dose group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.01),and its reduction percentage was 48.51%-60.74%.No statistically significant difference in image quality score existed between the two groups(P>0.0l),and in both groups the image quality was rated as good or better, meeting the requirements of intervention procedures. Conclusion In percutaneous coronary angiography the radiation dose is influenced by multiple factors including patient's body shape, image acquisition mode, exposure time, etc.Optimizing the image acquisition mode can remarkably reduce the radiation dose while maintaining the image quality and protecting the health of patients and operators.(J Intervent Radiol,2024,33:599-603)
