		                        			Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.

		                        			 This study aimed to investigate the mechanism of Jiu Wei Bu Xue Oral Liquid on insomnia rats combining the methods of network pharmacology, molecular docking and experimental verification. UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS method and TCMIP, TCMSP databases were used to collect the ingredients and targets of Jiu Wei Bu Xue Oral Liquid. Protein-protein interactions and network analysis were performed to screen the key network targets and putative active ingredients of Jiu Wei Bu Xue Oral Liquid in treatment of insomnia, and then following by biological function and KEGG pathway analysis. Then binding ability for key network targets and putative active ingredients were predicted with molecular docking. The prediction targets were validated in para-chlorophenylalanine (PCPA) induced insomnia rats with administration of Jiu Wei Bu Xue Oral Liquid (2, 4, 8 mL·kg-1) for 7 days. 3.A cohort study of incidence of club drug abuse in men who have sex with men in Qingdao.

		                        			Objective: To understand and analyze the incidence of club drug abuse and influencing factors in men who have sex with men (MSM) in Qingdao, and provide reference for the AIDS prevention and intervention in this population. Methods: From March 2017 to July 31, 2022, MSM who did not abuse club drug were recruited by snowball sampling of MSM social organizations in Qingdao, a prospective cohort was established, and a follow-up survey was conducted every 6 months. The survey collected the information about the MSM's demographic characteristics, sexual characteristics, club drug abuse and others. The incidence of club drug abuse was the outcome dependent variable and the interval between the recruitment into the cohort and the incidence of club drug abuse was the time dependent variable. Cox regression analysis was conducted to identify the influencing factors for club drug abuse. Results: A total of 509 MSM were recruited at baseline survey, and 369 eligible MSM were enrolled in this cohort. A total of 62 MSM began to abuse club drug during the study period, and the cumulative follow-up time was 911.54 person-years, the incidence of club drug abuse was 6.80/100 person-years. All the club drug abusers shared drugs with others in the first club drug abuse, and 16.13% (10/62) had mix-use of club drugs. The multivariate Cox proportional risk regression analysis showed that being students (aHR=2.17, 95%CI: 1.15-4.10), receiving no HIV testing or receiving 1 HIV testing during past 6 months (aHR=4.57, 95%CI:1.80-11.60; aHR=5.15, 95%CI: 2.83-9.36), having sex only with regular sexual partners during past 6 months (aHR=4.75,95%CI:2.32-9.75), having more than 4 homosexual partners (aHR=1.70, 95%CI:1.01-2.87) and abuse of club drug of sexual partners during past 6 months (aHR=12.78, 95%CI:3.06-53.35) were significantly associated with club drug abuse in the MSM. Conclusions: The incidence of club drug abuse was at a high level in the MSM cohort in Qingdao, indicating a high risk for HIV infection. Being student, receiving less HIV testing, having sex only with regular sexual partners, having more homosexual partners and abuse of club drug of sexual partners during past 6 months were risk factors for the incidence of club drug abuse in the MSM. 		                        			Objective: To explore the heterogeneity and correlation of clinical phenotypes and genotypes in children with disorders of sex development (DSD). Methods: A retrospective study of 1 235 patients with clinically proposed DSD in 36 pediatric medical institutions across the country from January 2017 to May 2021. After capturing 277 DSD-related candidate genes, second-generation sequencing was performed to analyzed the heterogeneity and correlation combined with clinical phenotypes. Results: Among 1 235 children with clinically proposed DSD, 980 were males and 255 were females of social gender at the time of initial diagnosis with the age ranged from 1 day of age to 17.92 years. A total of 443 children with pathogenic variants were detected through molecular genetic studies, with a positive detection rate of 35.9%. The most common clinical phenotypes were micropenis (455 cases), hypospadias (321 cases), and cryptorchidism (172 cases) and common mutations detected were in SRD5A2 gene (80 cases), AR gene (53 cases) and CYP21A2 gene (44 cases). Among them, the SRD5A2 mutation is the most common in children with simple micropenis and simple hypospadias, while the AMH mutation is the most common in children with simple cryptorchidism. Conclusions: The SRD5A2 mutation is the most common genetic variant in Chinese children with DSD, and micropenis, cryptorchidism, and hypospadias are the most common clinical phenotypes. Molecular diagnosis can provide clues about the biological basis of DSD, and can also guide clinicians to perform specific clinical examinations. Target sequence capture probes and next-generation sequencing technology can provide effective and economical genetic diagnosis for children with DSD.

6.Influence of Microcirculatory Dysfunction on Myocardial Injury after Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

		                        			Objective:
		                        			This study aimed to examine the effects of microcirculatory dysfunction and 654-1 intervention after cardiopulmonary resuscitation on myocardial injury.
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			Landrace pigs were divided into a sham operation group (S group, n= 6), ventricular fibrillation control group (VF-C group, n= 8) and 654-1 intervention group (VF-I group, n= 8). Hemodynamics was recorded at baseline, at recovery of spontaneous circulation (ROSC), and 1 h, 2 h, 4 h and 6 h thereafter. Sidestream dark field (SDF) technology was used to evaluate and monitor the microcirculation flow index, total vessel density, perfusion vessel ratio, De-Backer score, and perfusion vessel density in animal viscera at various time points.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			After administration of 654-1 at 1.5 h post-ROSC, the hemodynamics in the VF-I group, as compared with the VF-C group, was significantly improved. The visceral microcirculation detected by SDF was also significantly improved in the VF-I group. As observed through electron microscopy, significantly less myocardial tissue injury was present in the VF-I group than the VF-C group.
		                        		
		                        			Conclusion

7.Meta-analysis of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

		                        			Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (NCRT) plus surgery versus neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NCT) plus surgery in the treatment of advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:Clinical controlled trials of comparing the treatment of NCRT plus surgery with NCT plus surgery for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were electronically searched from the databases including PubMed, The Cochrane Library, EMbase, CBM, CNKI, WanFang and VIP from the inception of databases to January, 2019. Two reviewers independently screened the literatures, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of the included studies. And then, a meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 8 clinical control studies were included, including 995 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the NCT group, the R 0 resection rate was significantly higher ( OR=2.14, 95% CI: 1.03-4.45, P=0.040) and the pathological complete response (pCR) rate was significantly higher ( OR=4.19, 95% CI: 1.71-10.28, P=0.002) in the NCRT group. The incidence of postoperative complications ( OR=1.37, 95% CI: 0.76-2.48, P=0.300) and the risk of perioperative death ( OR=1.28, 95% CI: 0.58-2.83, P=0.54) were not significantly different between two groups. The long-term survival of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in the NCRT group was significantly better compared with that in the NCT group ( HR=0.77, 95% CI: 0.64-0.92, P=0.005). Conclusions:Compared with NCT plus surgery for advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, NCRT plus surgery has higher R 0 resection rate and pCR rate, does not significantly increase the risk of perioperative complications or perioperative death, and significantly improves the long-term survival of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients.

		                        			With continuous discovery of tumor immune targets and continuous changes in antibody research and development technology, antibody drugs are becoming more and more widely used in clinical practice. However, some targets are not only expressed on tumor cells, but also on red blood cells. Therefore, the clinical application of antibodies against the corresponding targets may interfere with the detection of blood transfusion compatibility, resulting in difficulty in blood matching or delay of blood transfusion. This consensus summarizes the current solutions for the interference of CD38 monoclonal antibody (CD38 mAb) in transfusion compatibility testing. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, polybrene and sulfhydryl reducing agents [dithiothreitol (DTT) or 2-mercaptoethanol (2-Me)], as a solution for CD38 mAb interference in blood compatibility testing, are recommended for Chinese patients, so as to eliminate blood transfusion interference produce by CD38 mAb and further provide a pre-transfusion workflow for clinicians and technicians in Department of Blood Transfusion.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
9.Effects of hypothermia on the repolarization duration of ventricular myocytes in rats and its mechanism.

		                        			To observe the effects of hypothermia on the repolarization duration and the expression of Kir2.1 protein of ventricular myocytes in isolated rat heart and explore the role of Kir2.1 protein. Eighteen healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=6 per group): Control group (C group), 35℃ group (H group), 32℃ group (H group). Langendorff isolated heart models were established. After 15 min 37℃ K-H fluid banlanced perfusion, C group continued to perfuse the K-H solution at 37℃ for 30 minutes, H group continued to perfuse the K-H solution at 35℃ for 30 minutes, H group continued to perfuse the K-H solution at 32℃ for 30 minutes. At 15 min of balanced perfusion (T), and 30 min of continuous perfusion (T), the heart rate,and the MAP in the three layers of the left ventricular anterior wall were recorded, the action potential duration at 50% repolarization (MAPD), the action potential duration at 90% repolarization (MAPD) and transmural dispersion of repolarization(TDR) were calculated. At the same time, the occurrence of arrhythmia was recorded. The expression of Kir2.1 protein was measured by Western blot. The average optical density (AOD) and the distribution of Kir2.1 protein were measured by immunohistochemistry in the ventricular tissue measured by electrophysiology. Compared with T, the heart rate was decreased, MAPD and MAPD were prolonged significantly (P<0.05), and TDR was increased significantly (P<0.05) in H group, H group at T. Compared with C group, the HR was decreased, the MAPD was prolonged significantly (P<0.05), TDR was increased significantly (P<0.05),the expression and the AOD of Kir2.1 protein were decreased significantly (P<0.05) in Hgroup, Hgroup at T. Compared with H group, the heart rate of H group was decreased significantly (P<0.05), MAPD and MAPD were prolonged significantly (P<0.05), and TDR was increased significantly (P<0.05) at T. The distribution of Kir2.1 protein in group C was normal, while the distribution of Kir2.1 in H group and H group was disordered. Hypothermia prolonged the ventricular duration of repolarization and increased the dispersion of repolarization.
