		                        			Objective:
To explore the association between factors affecting language development and Chinese dyslexia, providing scientific evidence for prevention and intervention of dyslexia.

		                        			Methods:
Twelve elementary schools were selected in Baoan, Shenzhen. The parents and head teachers of 12 868 children in grade 3-5 were surveyed by the Questionnaire for Children s Reading Ability, the Dyslexia Checklist for Chinese Children and the Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screening for Learning Disabilities.

		                        			Results:
The prevalence rate of dyslexia was 2.71%, with 349 children suffering from dyslexia. Gender, parental education and occupations, family income, whether parents work away from home before their child was 3 years old, average time mother spends with her child daily and number of languages spoken in family had statistical significance on dyslexia(all P <0.05). After adjusting for parental education and occupations, and family income, the children who spent more than 1 hour with their mothers per day had a significantly reduced risk of dyslexia (1-2: OR =0.46; 3-4: OR =0.45; 5-6: OR =0.40; >7 h: OR =0.36, P <0.05); the children living in families where two languages were used for communication had a significantly reduced risk of dyslexia( OR=0.74, 95%CI=0.57-0.96, P =0.02). Children with a history of language development disorders had a significantly increased risk of dyslexia( OR=17.30, 95%CI=7.86-38.09, P <0.01).

		                        			Conclusion
Increase of time mother spend with their child daily and paying more attention to the children with a history of language development disorders can help to prevent the occurrence of dyslexia.

Objective:To investigate the effect of PLTP gene on CSE-induced IL-8 production in human alveolar Type Ⅱcells ( Adenocarcinomic human alveolar epithelial cells , A549 ) .Methods: The different concentrations of CSE co-cultured with human alveolar epithelial cell line ( A549 ) for 24 hours.MTT assay was performed to study the effect of CSE on human alveolar epithelial cell line(A549) growth.Expression levels of PLTP mRNA and IL-8 mRNA were examined by RT-PCR,protein of PLTP were examined by Western blot ,and protein of IL-8 was examined by ELISA .Results: MTT assay showed that the proliferation of A 549 cell line were stimulated by the 0.125%CSE,while the proliferation of A549 cell tends to decrease at high concentrations of CSE (2.0% CSE and 4.0%CSE),and in this middle concentrations of CSE (0.25%CSE ,0.5%CSE and 1.0%CSE),the proliferation of A549 cell was not significantly affected .Our studys suggested that PLTP and IL-8 release were induced by CSE in a concentration-dependent and time-dependent manner ,and expression levels of IL-8 obviously increased after silence PLTP gene .Conclusion:PLTP siRNA can increased CSE-induced IL-8 production in human alveolar epithelial cells (A549).

A novel drug delivery device simulating the cardiovascular bloodfl ow pattern was introduced. The device was used to simulate the in vivo drug release in the drug-eluting stents. The results regarding the drug release rate were subject to the pattern from in vivo measurement. Therefore, the device was validated as a measurement method for in vivo drug release rate.

Two kinds of Cu-containing intrauterine contraceptive device (Cu-IUD) has been evaluated through the study on the release of copper ion and corrosion of copper surface in artificially formulated fluid. The result showed that the copper ions were released profusely from the stainless steel stents Cu-IUD in the first week of soak (25-12 microg/d), and then it became slowly and steady. The release of the copper ions from the titanium nickel shape memory alloy stents Cu-IUD were always slowly and steady in two months (0.5-5 microg/d). It obviously shows that the corrosion on copper surface of stainless steel stents Cu-IUD were more serious than titanium nickel shape memory alloy stents Cu-IUD by using 200 times microscope testing before and after soaking in formulated fluid.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of follow-ups on medical compliance behaviors and quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Methods One hundred GERD patients who were hospitalized in our department from June 2012 to June 2013 were divided into intervention group (n=50) and control group (n=50) according to the random number table. Both groups received the same drug treatment and conventional nursing during hospitalization. The control group received periodically outpatient follow-ups,while the intervention group received professional follow-ups by trained nurses after discharge from hospital. The compliance behaviors and quality of life in these patients were assessed and statistically analyzed after 6 months nursing intervention or outpatient follow-up.Results With the implement of follow-up in patients with GERD,the intervention group was better than the control group in compliance behaviors, including the decrement of smoking and drinking, strong tea, coffee, having midnight snack and spicy food (P<0.05),but there was no difference in the behavior of staying-up between the two groups.Concerning the quality of life, the intervention group was significantly better than the control group in the 6 items excluding the physical and physiological functions (P<0.05).Conclusion Professional follow-ups can improve compliance behavior and quality of life of GERD patients.

Vickers hardness is widely used in the performance testing of the metallic medical devices. It discusses the relationship between different test force and the uncertainty by mathematical simulation and experiment. With the increase of test force its uncertainty becomes smaller at 400 times magnification. If you can, you should try to choose a large test force, in order to improve the accuracy and repeatability. In the actual testing process, it is best not to use the micro vickers hardness test.

Objective To explore the effects of teaching method of concept-map orientation on cultivating intern nursing students' autonomous learning competencies. Methods 120 volunteers were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 students in each group. The students from the experimental group participated in the training activities, in which concept-map orientation and clinical case served as a vehicle. While the students from the control group attended lectures held by nursing department. All the students fulfilled the Measure Scale of Autonomous Learning Competencies of Nursing Undergraduates before and after this study. Results There was significant difference between before and after the study, and significant difference was also seen in total score and score of each dimension between the experimental group and the control one. Conclusions The teaching method of conceptmap orientation can cultivate nursing students' autonomous learning competencies.
