Abstract: Objective To investigate the population densities composition and seasonal change of mosquitoes, and resistance of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus several commonly used insecticides in Zigong, so as to provide a theoretical basis for guiding the scientific rational selection and use of chemical insecticides, as well as the prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases. Methods The surveillance data on mosquitoes by traps were collected from 2018 to 2020 in Zigong. The wild Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus were collected throughout the city and reared to F1 generation in lab. The resistance of adult Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus to these commonly insecticides was detected by contact tube method recommended. The statistical analysis on the monitoring results was used by Excel 2010. Results The annual average mosquito densities of monitoring sites were 1.11, 10.71, and 4.81 mosquitoes/(lamp·h), respectively from 2018 to 2020. The seasonal density of mosquitoes showed a single peak curve distribution throughout the year from 2018 to 2020 in Zigong, with the highest in July. There were obvious differences in mosquito density between different habitats, with the highest density of mosquitoes in barn. The 24 h mortality of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to beta-cypermethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, deltamethrin, permethrin, malathion, fenitrothion, chlorpyrifos, propoxur, and bendiocarb were 70.71% and 3.85%, 26.53% and 1.68%, 19.79% and 1.94%, 40.80% and 0.81%, 97.98% and 3.85%, 100.00% and 7.52%, 100.00% and 66.34%, 96.15% and 33.60%, 100.00% and 71.43%, respectively. The adult Aedes albopictus larvae in Zigong was sensitive to fenitrothion, chlorpyrifos, bendiocarb, showed resistance to beta-cypermethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, deltamethrin, permethrin, and showed resistance dubiously to malathion and propoxur. The adult Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus larvae in Zigong have developed certain resistance to these commonly insecticides. Conclusion Both Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus had high resistance to pyrethroid insecticides, which suggested that we should strengthen the patriotic hygiene campaigns, reduce pyrethroid insecticides, use alternately different types of insecticides for delay the development of resistance and better mosquito prevention and control.

Since 2015 when the transmission of schistosomiasis was controlled in China, the country has been moving towards elimination of schistosomiasis, with the surveillance-response as the main interventions for schistosomiasis control. During the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the transmission of schistosomiasis had been interrupted in four provinces of Sichuan, Jiangsu, Yunnan and Hubei and the prevalence of schistosomiasis has been at the historically lowest level in China. As a consequence, the goal set in The 13th Five-Year National Schistosomiasis Control Program in China is almost achieved. However, there are multiple challenges during the stage moving towards elimination of schistosomiasis in China, including the widespread distribution of intermediate host snails and complicated snail habitats, many types of sources of Schistosoma japonicum infections and difficulty in management of bovines and sheep, unmet requirements for the current schistosomiasis control program with the currently available tools, and vulnerable control achievements. During the 14th Five-Year period, it is crucial to consolidate the schistosomiasis control achievements and gradually solve the above difficulties, and critical to provide the basis for achieving the ultimate goal of elimination of schistosomiasis in China. Based on the past experiences from the national schistosomiasis control program and the challenges for schistosomiasis elimination in China, an expert consensus has been reached pertaining to the objectives, control strategy and measures for The 14th Five-Year National Schistosomiasis Control Program in China, so as to provide insights in to the development of The 14th Five-Year National Schistosomiasis Control Program in China.

Objective:
To evaluate the effects of incretin-based therapies on body weight as the primary outcome, as well as on body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC) as secondary outcomes.
Methods:
Databases including Medline, Embase, the Cochrane Library, and clinicaltrials.gov (www.clinicaltrials.gov) were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Standard pairwise meta-analysis and network meta-analysis (NMA) were both carried out. The risk of bias (ROB) tool recommended by the Cochrane handbook was used to assess the quality of studies. Subgroup analysis, sensitivity analysis, meta-regression, and quality evaluation based on the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) were also performed.
Results:
A total of 292 trials were included in this study. Compared with placebo, dipeptidyl-peptidase IV inhibitors (DPP-4Is) increased weight slightly by 0.31 kg [95% confidence interval ( ): 0.05, 0.58] and had negligible effects on BMI and WC. Compared with placebo, glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) lowered weight, BMI, and WC by -1.34 kg (95% : -1.60, -1.09), -1.10 kg/m (95% : -1.42, -0.78), and -1.28 cm (95% : -1.69, -0.86), respectively.
Conclusion
GLP-1 RAs were more effective than DPP-4Is in lowering the three indicators. Overall, the effects of GLP-1 RAs on weight, BMI, and WC were favorable.

Objective To predict the monthly reported echinococcosis cases in China with the autoregressive integrated mov-ing average(ARIMA)model,so as to provide a reference for prevention and control of echinococcosis. Methods SPSS 24.0 software was used to construct the ARIMA models based on the monthly reported echinococcosis cases of time series from 2007 to 2015 and 2007 to 2014,respectively,and the accuracies of the two ARIMA models were compared. Results The model based on the data of the monthly reported cases of echinococcosis in China from 2007 to 2015 was ARIMA(1,0,0)(1,1, 0)12,the relative error among reported cases and predicted cases was-13.97%,AR(1)=0.367(t=3.816,P<0.001),SAR (1)=-0.328(t=-3.361,P=0.001),and Ljung-Box Q=14.119(df=16,P=0.590).The model based on the data of the monthly reported cases of echinococcosis in China from 2007 to 2014 was ARIMA(1,0,0)(1,0,1)12,the relative error among reported cases and predicted cases was 0.56%,AR(1)=0.413(t=4.244,P<0.001),SAR(1)=0.809(t=9.584, P<0.001),SMA(1)=0.356(t=2.278,P=0.025),and Ljung-Box Q=18.924(df=15,P=0.217).Conclusions The different time series may have different ARIMA models as for the same infectious diseases. It is needed to be further verified that the more data are accumulated, the shorter time of predication is,and the smaller the average of the relative error is.The estab-lishment and prediction of an ARIMA model is a dynamic process that needs to be adjusted and optimized continuously accord-ing to the accumulated data, meantime,we should give full consideration to the intensity of the work related to infectious diseas-es reported(such as disease census and special investigation).

OBJECTIVESTo explore the effect of additional chromosomal abnormalities on the prognosis and outcome of CML-CP patients receiving imatinib therapy.
METHODSThe clinical and genetic data of 589 CML-CP patients receiving imatinib treatment between May 2009 and October 2014 in the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were analyzed, the 589 patients were divided into 5 groups according to the karyotypes at the initial diagnosis. The OS(overall survival), PFS (progression-free survival), EFS (event-free survival), Cumulative MMR (major molecular remission) and Cumulative CCyR (complete cytogenetic remission) were calculated by using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by using the log-rank text by Graphpad 6.0. The χ test was used to compare the frequency of optimal molecular response at 3, 6, 12 months among the 5 groups.
RESULTSThere was significant difference about the frequency of optimal molecular response at 3 and 6 months between CML-CP patients with additional chromosomal abnormalities and those with classic t(9;22) [50%(12/24) vs. 73.94%(261 /353), P<0.05; 50%(10 /20) vs. 72.05%(232 /322) (P<0.05)], and the same significant difference was found at 6 months between the group with variant translocations and that with classic t(9;22) [53.3% (16 /30) vs. 72.05%(232 /322) (P<0.05)]. The P values of cumulative CCyR (P<0.05) and EFS (P<0.01) for 4 years were statistically significant between CML-CP patients with additional chromosomal abnormalities and the other 4 groups. Compared one to another, there was the significant difference in cumulative CCyR and EFS for 4 years between CML-CP patients with additional chromosomal.abnormalities and those with classic t(9;22) (47.25% vs. 84.01%)(P<0.05); (75.03% vs. 90.01%)(P<0.01).
CONCLUSIONThe additional chromosomal abnormalities influence the outcome of CML-CP patients receiving imatinib treatment, which make poor prognosis.
