1.Aerobic activity reducing depression in school-age children: a multiple mediation effects analysis based on five dimensions of psychosocial functioning

		                        			ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of aerobic capacity on depression in school-age children, and the multiple mediators of the five dimensions of psychosocial functioning (emotional symptoms, conduct problems, peer problems, prosocial behavior and hyperactivity) between aerobic capacity and depression. MethodsFrom October to December, 2021, pupils of Grade two to Grade five from two primary schools were chester-sampled and investigated using 20-meter multistage shuttle run test, Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children, Self-reported Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire. ResultsA total of 391 pupils underwent 20-meter multistage shuttle run test, and 312 out of them answering the questionnaires, and 294 questionnaires were valid. Aerobic capacity, depression, emotional symptoms, peer problems, prosocial behavior and hyperactivity were significantly correlated with each other (|r| > 0.127, P < 0.05) (except aerobic capacity and peer problems, and emotional symptoms and prosocial behavior). The results of the multiple mediation effect model showed that aerobic capacity could directly and negatively predict depression, and the mediating effects of emotional symptoms, peer problems, prosocial behavior and hyperactivity were significant, accounting for 34.37%, 12.54%, 34.06% and 17.80% of the total mediating effect, respectively. ConclusionThe aerobic capacity could not only directly affect depression of school-age children, but also improve their psychosocial functioning by reducing emotional symptoms, peer problems and hyperactivity, and increasing prosocial behavior, to indirectly affect their depression. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Accurate Reconstruction of Traffic Accident Based on Multiple Optimization Algorithms and Evaluation of Craniocerebral Injury Risk

		                        			 Objective To investigate the effect of different optimization algorithms on accurate reconstruction of traffic accidents. Methods Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II ( NSGA-II), neighborhood cultivation genetic algorithm (NCGA) and multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) were used to optimize the multi-rigid body dynamic reconstruction of a real case. The effects of different optimization algorithms on convergence speed and optimal approximate solution were studied. The optimal initial impact parameters were simulated as boundary conditions of finite element method, and the simulated results were compared with the actual injuries. Results NCGA had a faster convergence speed and a better result in optimization process. The kinematic response of pedestrian vehicle collision reconstructed by the optimal approximate solution was consistent with the surveillance video. The prediction of craniocerebral injury was basically consistent with the cadaver examination. Conclusions The combination of optimization algorithm, rigid multibody and finite element method can complete the accurate reconstruction of traffic accidents and reduce the influence of human factors. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Incidence and risk factors of postoperative delirium in liver transplantation recipients: a Meta-analysis

		                        			Objective:To clarify the incidence and the related risk factors of postoperative delirium in liver transplantation (LT) recipients to provide rationales for early identification of delirium and constructing the related models.Methods:The authors used the "肝移植""移植术""肝移植手术""肝脏移植""移植肝""谵妄""谵语""危险因素""相关因素""影响因素"and "liver transplantation""liver transplant""delirium""delirious""delirium confusion""risk factors""relevant factors""root cause analysis"as the Chinese and English keywords, searching Wanfang data, China Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, BMJ and the literature for the incidence or risk factors of postoperative delirium in LT recipients. The researchers independently performed literature screening, methodological evaluation and data extraction. And RevMan 5.4 and State16.0 software were employed for data processing.Results:A total of 19 articles involving 5003 samples were retrieved and 22 risk factors identifies. Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of POD was 23%(1151/5003). The statistically significant risk factors included preoperative blood ammonia concentration >46 mmol/L ( OR=3.51, 95% CI: 1.53-8.09, P<0.001), model for end-stage liver disease (MELD) score >15 points ( OR=4.24, 95% CI: 2.51-7.16, P<0.001), preoperative hepatic encephalopathy ( OR=3.00, 95% CI: 2.09-4.31, P<0.001), preoperative dosing of diuretics ( OR=2.36, 95% CI: 1.38-4.04, P<0.001), history of alcoholism ( OR=3.16, 95% CI: 1.06-9.40, P=0.040), longer anhepatic period ( OR=1.04, 95% CI: 1.03-1.06, P<0.001) and elevated aspartate transaminase concentration at Day 1 post-operation ( OR=1.33, 95% CI: 1.15-1.53, P<0.001). Conclusions:Preoperative blood ammonia concentration >46 mmol/L, MELD score >15, hepatic encephalopathy, dosing of diuretic, a history of alcoholism, longer anhepatic period and elevated aspartate transaminase at Day 1 post-operation are risk factors for postoperative delirium after LT. 4.Application of mind map combined with blended teaching in the teaching of medicinal botany

		                        			Objective:To investigate the value of mind map combined with blended teaching in improving the teaching quality of medicinal botany. Methods:A total of 102 students studying the course of medicinal botany were enrolled as subjects. The 51 students in the class of 2020 were enrolled as control group and received conventional teaching, and the 51 students in the class of 2021 were enrolled as observation group and received mind map combined with blended teaching. The two groups were assessed in terms of examination scores, critical thinking ability scores, self-learning ability scores, and student feedback on teaching quality. SPSS 22.0 was used for the t-test and the chi-square test. Results:Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher examination scores ( t=3.01 and 3.14, P=0.003 and 0.002). After practice, both groups had increases in the scores of critical thinking ability and self-learning ability, and the observation group had significantly higher scores than the control group ( t=11.22 and 2.69, P<0.001 and P=0.008). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a better student feedback on teaching quality than the control group ( t=6.79, 7.83, 7.26, 7.43, and 8.54, P=0.009, 0.005, 0.007, 0.006, and 0.003). Conclusion:The combination of mind map and blended teaching can improve the examination scores of students and their critical thinking ability and self-learning ability, and students believe that this teaching model can help to improve teaching quality.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Mechanism of mitochondrial protease LONP1 in the biological behavior of prostate cancer

		                        			Objective:To explore the mechanism of Ion peptidase 1,mitochondrial(LONP1)in the progression of castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC). Methods:The expression levels of LONP1,N-Myc downstream-regulated gene 1(NDRG1)and androgen receptor(AR)proteins in benign prostatic hyperplasia cell line BPH-1,androgen-dependent human prostate cancer cell line LNCaP and castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC)cell line PC3 were examined by Western blotting.Recombinant vector carrying full-length LONP1 gene was delivered into LNCaP cells via lentiviral infection to establish stable LONP1-overexpressing(OE-LONP1)cell line,and LNCaP cells transfected with empty vector was used as the corresponding negative control(OE-NC).shRNA specifically targeting LONP1 gene(shLONP1)was delivered into PC3 cells to establish stable LONP1-silencing cell line,and PC3 cells transfected with empty shRNA vector(shNC)was used as the negative control.The effect of LONP1-overexpression and silencing on cell proliferation and invasion was analyzed by CCK-8 assay,colony formation assay and Transwell invasion assay in OE-LONP1 and shLONP1 cell lines.The effect of LONP1 on the AR/DNRG1 signaling axis was analyzed by co-immunoprecipitation assay and chromatin immunoprecipitation assay.The effect of NDRG1-silencing on the proliferation and invasion of shLONP1-expressing PC3 cells was evaluated by CCk-8 assay and Transwell assay.Tumor xenograft model was established by subcutaneously inoculating shLONP1-expressing PC3 cells and the negative control cells(PC3-shNC cells)into BALB/c nude mice.The mice were treated with DMSO or AR antagonist enzalutamide(ENZ).Then,the expression level of Ki-67 in tumor tissues was examined by immunohistochemical staining,and the cell apoptosis in tumor tissues was evaluated by TUNEL assay. Results:Compared with BPH-1 cells,LNCaP cells had lower(P<0.05)while PC3 cells had higher(P<0.05)expression level of LONP1 protein.The expression of AR and NDRG1 were inhibited in LNCaP cells when LONP1 was overexpressed(P<0.05),whereas the expression of AR and NDRG1 were increased in PC3 cells when LONP1 was silenced(P<0.05).The proliferation and invasion of LNCaP cells were promoted when LONP1 was overexpressed(P<0.05),whereas the proliferation and invasion of PC3 cells were suppressed when LONP1 was knocked-down(P<0.05).LONP1 can directly bind with AR to recognize the androgen response element(ARE)of NDRG1,which further inhibits the AR/NRDG1 signaling pathway to promote the progression of prostate cancer.The treatment of xenograft tumors in mouse models showed that both LONP1-silencing and ENZ application could inhibit tumor growth,and the best inhibitory effect was observed in mice treated with LONP1-silencing in combination with ENZ.The results of immunohistochemical staining and TUNEL assay indicated that the tumor tissues in the shLONP1+ENZ group had lower level of Ki-67 expression and higher level of cell apoptosis(P<0.001). 6.Prenatal genetic diagnosis for fetuses with anomalies revealed by fetal echocardiography.

		                        			OBJECTIVE:
		                        			To carry out amniocyte karyotyping analysis and chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) for women with anomalies revealed by fetal echocardiography.
		                        		
		                        			METHODS:
		                        			From January 2019 to December 2021, genetic testing was carried out for 205 fetuses including 97 with soft marker anomalies and 108 with structural heart abnormalities. Among these, 138 only had abnormal fetal echocardiography, whilst 38 and 29 were complicated with extracardiac soft marker anomalies and extracardiac structural malformation, respectively.
		                        		
		                        			RESULTS:
		                        			No significant difference was detected in the detection rate of genetic anomalies between fetuses with heart-related soft markers and those with abnormal heart structures (P > 0.05). Compared with those with abnormal fetal echocardiography alone, the detection rates of chromosomal aneuploidies in those with abnormal extracardiac soft markers or abnormal extracardiac structures were significantly higher (P < 0.05). Twenty-eight chromosomal aneuploidies (including a rare mosaicism), 2 balanced translocations and 1 supernumerary marker chromosome were detected by karyotyping analysis. Twenty-seven aneuploidies, 19 copy number variations (CNVs) and 1 uniparental disomy were detected by CMA.
		                        		
		                        			CONCLUSION
		                        			Prenatal diagnosis has attached great importance to the suggestive role of fetal heart-related soft markers, and chromosomal aneuploidies are more common among fetuses with abnormal extracardiac soft markers and extracardiac structural abnormalities. Chromosomal Karyotyping is useful for the detection of balanced translocations and mosaicisms. CMA is helpful for the detection of CNVs. 7.A new classification on location of hepatolithiasis in guiding treatment with percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopic lithotripsy

		                        			Objective:To study the clinical application of a new classification on location of hepatolithiasis in guiding treatment using percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopic lithotomy (PTCSL).Methods:The clinical data of 85 consecutive patients with preoperatively diagnosed hepatolithiasis who underwent PTCSL at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to July 2021 were prospectively collected. There were 27 males and 58 females, aged from 15 to 86(62±14) years. Hepatolithiasis was classified into five types of stone location based on preoperative imagings: type Ⅰ ( n=12) , stones located in central bile duct, including hilar bile duct and common hepatic duct; type Ⅱ ( n=17) in unilateral hepatic duct with multiple branches; type Ⅲ ( n=24) in unilateral hepatic duct with multiple branches plus central bile duct; type Ⅳ ( n=31) in bilateral hepatic ducts with multiple branches; and type Ⅴ ( n=1) in unilateral hepatic duct with a single branch. Fistulation path, number of procedures, number of bile duct fistula, and complications were recorded. The residual stone rate and stone recurrence rate were compared among the five types. The follow-up was performed to analyse prognosis. Results:A total of 99 biliary fistulae were performed, with one single tract created in 74 patients, two tracts in 9 patients, three tracts in 1 patient, and four tracts in 1 patient. The fistulation path was B2 in 12 patients, B3 in 18 patients, B4 in 1 patient, B5 in 4 patients, B6 in 10 patients, B7 in 4 patients, and B8 in 50 patients. Altogether, 151 choledochoscopic lithotomy procedures were performed (1-3 times per patient, mean 1.78 times). For the 9 patients with residual stones (10.6%, 9/85), there were 3 patients with type Ⅱ and 6 patients with type Ⅳ. There were significant differences in the residual stone rates among the 5 types (χ 2=11.13, P=0.025). Stone recurrence developed in 33 (38.8%) patients, including 2 patients with type Ⅰ, 7 patients with type Ⅱ, 10 patients with type Ⅲ and 14 patients with type Ⅳ (χ 2=9.07, P=0.046). The total intraoperative and postoperative complications rates was 28.2% (24/85). The follow-up period was 4-58 months with the median follow-up time of 30 months. Twelve patients died during the follow-up period, including 1 patient who died from postoperative bleeding, 3 cholangiocarcinoma, 7 biliary cirrhosis-related liver failure, and 1 stone-unrelated disease. Conclusion:Type Ⅳ in the location classification of hepatolithiasis based on PTCSL had significantly higher rates of residual stones and stone recurrence. This new classification is helpful for clinicaians to determine the optimal path using a smaller number of fistulation tracts to clear stones. 8.Analysis of low-dose computed tomography compliance and related factors among high-risk population of lung cancer in three provinces participating in the cancer screening program in urban China

		                        			Objective:To analyze the compliance and related factors of low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) screening among the high-risk population of lung cancer in three provinces participating in the cancer early diagnosis and early treatment program in urban areas of China.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018, 17 983 people aged between 40 and 74 years old at high risk of lung cancer were recruited from Zhejiang, Anhui and Liaoning provinces. The basic demographic characteristics, living habits, history of the disease and family history of cancer were collected by using a cancer risk assessment questionnaire, and the data of participants examined by LDCT were obtained from the hospitals participating in the program. The screening compliance was quantified by the screening participation rate, and it was calculated as the proportion of participants completing LDCT scan among high-risk population. The related factors of LDCT screening compliance were analyzed by using a multivariate logistic regression model.Results:The age of 17 983 participants was (56.52±8.22) years old. Males accounted for 51.9% (N=9 332), and 69.5% (N=12 495) had ever smoked, including former smokers and current smokers. A total of 6 269 participants were screened by LDCT, and the screening participation rate was 34.86%. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age group of 50 to 69 years old, female, passive smokers, alcohol consumption, family history of lung cancer and history of chronic respiratory diseases were more likely to be screened by LDCT, while the compliance of LDCT screening in current smokers was low.Conclusions:The LDCT screening compliance of the high-risk population of lung cancer in urban areas of China still needs to be improved. 		                        			 Organ transplantation has brought hope for healing of patients with end-stage organ failure. However, the shortage of human organs has become one of the important factors that severely restrict the development of human organ transplantation. Donation after cardiac death (DCD) is a safe way to expand the source of donors. While trying to make extensive effort to increase the quantity of donation after brain death (DBD), countries attempt to grasp the opportunity of DCD when conditions permit.
