Objective:To discuss the feasibility and safety of modified side overlap with fundoplication by Yamashita (mSOFY) in laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy.Methods:Using the method of descriptive case series study, the clinical data of 9 patients with upper gastric cancer who successfully performed mSOFY anastomosis from March 2022 to October 2022 in the Affiliated Huaian No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.The reconstruction steps of mSOFY anastomosis are as follows: (1) Make a small incision on the right side of the esophageal stump and in front of the anterior wall of the gastric stump; (2) The 45mm linear cutting stapler is placed into the preset anastomosis of the esophagus and the remnant stomach, and the esophagus is rotated 90° counterclockwise along the axis, so that the right wall of the esophagus is anastomosed with the remnant stomach, and the stomach wall is sutured to the left side of the esophagus; (3) The common opening of esophagus and remnant stomach was sutured with inverted suture; (4)Suture the left and lower sides of the esophagus with the remnant stomach to make the esophagus flat against the stomach wall; (5) Open the sutured common opening: due to the pressure of the false dome, the posterior wall of the lower esophageal segment was compressed into a valve-like structure. We mainly observing the postoperative reflux and nutritional improvement of the patients, and recording the intraoperative situation and postoperative complications.Results:Nine patients with upper gastric cancer who completed laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy (mSOFY anastomosis) did not have conversion to laparotomy or intraoperative / postoperative complications. The operation time was (169.4±10.4) minutes, the anastomotic reconstruction time was (51.7±7.1) minutes, the intraoperative bleeding volume was (98.9±43.4) ml, and the number of lymph nodes dissected was (27.2±6.7). The patient recovered well after operation, without any complaints related to reflux esophagitis. Postoperative gastrointestinal radiography showed that the anastomosis was smooth, without stenosis and leakage. The serum albumin [(41.6±3.4) L vs. (39.9±2.6) L], prealbumin [(211.3±38.6) mg/L vs. (205.3±36.0) mg/L], and hemoglobin levels [(126.7±13.2) g/L vs. (121.0±9.7) g/L] of patients before and one month after surgery have no statistically significant differences (all P>0.05). Conclusion:mSOFY anastomosis can be used as one of the safe and feasible reconstruction methods in laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy.

Objective: To analyze the serotype distribution and antibiotic resistance characteristics of food-borne Salmonella strains isolated from food and patients with gastroenteritis in Guizhou Province from 2016 to 2018. Methods: Serotypes of the strains were characterised using slid agglutination method with Salmonella antisera. Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of antibiotics were determined by the broth microdilution method. Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS18.0 were used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 170 strains of food-borne Salmonella were detected in food and patients with gastroenteritis in Guizhou Province from 2016 to 2018. Thirty-five serotypes were identified and 6 were found in both food and patients. The main serotypes in food were Salmonella Typhimurium (16.67%) and Salmonella Stanley (8.33%), and the predominant serotypes in patients were Salmonella Typhimurium (41.79%), Salmonella Enteritidis (16.42%) and Salmonella London (8.96%). The rate of resistance to ampicillin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, nalidixic and trimeth-sulfame were 27.78%-33.33% among the isolates from food, and 22.22%-25.00% to gentamicin, cefocime and ampicillin/sulbatan. Among the isolates from patients, the highest resistance was to ampicillin (55.97%), followed by that to tetracycline (49.25%), ampicillin/sulbatan (44.03%), nalidixic acid (41.04%) and cefazolin (37.31%), and 20.90%-30.60% strains were resistant to chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, cefotaxime and ampicillin/sulbatan. There were 25.00% isolates from food and 25.37% isolates from patients resistant to at least 6 antibiotics, and the main multi-resistant pattern was ampicillin-tetracyline-nalidixic-cephalosporin antibiotics (partial). Conclusions There were many kinds of serotypes of food-borne Salmonella in Guizhou Province from 2016 to 2018 and the predominant types were Salmonella Typhimurium, Salmonella Enteritidis and Salmonella London. Drug resistance was common in the strars and some multidrug resistant strains were detected.

Objective To understand the genetic variations of neuraminidase (NA) genes of avian influenza virus H9N2 in Weining,Guizhou Province,and to provide the scientific evidence for the prevention and control of avian influenza virus.Methods Ribonucleic acids (RNA) were extracted and NA genes were amplified and sequenced from 13 randomly selected H9N2 positive samples from the live poultry market (LPM)environments in north of Weining Yi and Hui and Miao autonomous county (Weining),Guizhou Province during 2015 to 2017.Then the homology,genetic evolution,and sites of stalk deletion areas,potential N-glycosylation,receptor binding regions and drug resistance of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses were analyzed by a series of bioinformation software.Results Homology analysis revealed that there were 93.0％-100.0％ and 92.1％-100.0％ similarity among 13 strains H9N2 avian influenza viruses in nucleotide and amino acid of the NA gene,respectively.All strains belonged to DK/HK/Y280/97 sub-lineage,but their genetic sources were complex and diverse.Thirteen strains had a stalk deletion of 3 amino acid residues TEI at positions 63-65 and 3 isolates had mutation QN to QK at positions 39-40.The potential N-glycosylation sites at amino acid residues 86,146,200,and 234 of the NA protein of all strains were highly conserved,while other N-glycosylation sites had quantity and site mutations.There were different mutation types at the three sialic acid binding site areas,especially at 399-404 area.All NA protease activity sites and key sites of the 13 strains had no mutations associated with resistance to the neuraminidase inhibitor drugs.Conclusions All 13 strains H9N2 viruses belongs to DK/HK/Y280/97 sub-lineage in Weining,Guizhou Province during 2015-2017,and their genetic sources are complex and diverse.The mutations on sites of stalk areas,potential N-glycosylation and sialic acid binding site areas are presented at different degrees.Hence,enhancing surveillance and controlling H9N2 avian influenza virus is necessary.

OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of Tricyrtis maculata. METHODS： The character and microstructure of T. maculata were identified according to the method stated in 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The contents of moisture， ash and extract were determined. TLC was used for qualitative identification of quercetin and nicotifiorin in samples. The contents of puerarin， p-hydroxybenzoic acid， nicotiflorin， ferulic acid， quercetin and kaempferol were determined by HPLC. RESULTS： The characters and microscopic identification had specificity. TLC spots of quercetin and nicotifiorin were clear and well-separated without interference from negative control. The water content， total ash content， acid insoluble ash content， alcohol soluble extract and water soluble extract for 10 batches of samples were 0.61％-1.89％，6.28％-8.88％，0.76％-1.79％，1.31％-2.00％ and 9.39％-14.27％， respectively. The linear range of puerarin， p-hydroxybenzoic acid， nicotiflorin， ferulic acid， quercetin and kaeniphenol were 0.031 92-0.111 7 μg （r＝0.999 6）， 0.085 3-0.298 5 μg （r＝0.999 5）， 0.010 76-0.037 66 μg （r＝0.999 8）， 0.070 08- 0.245 3 μg （r＝0.999 8），0.058 56-0.205 0 μg （r＝0.999 4），0.009 860-0.033 88 μg （r＝0.999 4）， respectively. The quantitation limits were 1.06， 0.47， 0.75， 1.40， 1.20， 0.74 ng， and the detection limits were 0.36， 0.12， 0.30， 0.53， 0.60， 0.31 ng， respectively. RSDs of precision， stability and repeatability tests were all less than 2％. The average recoveries were 101.54％， 102.10％， 101.46％， 103.35％， 99.36％ and 96.85％， respectively； RSDs were 1.76％， 1.68％， 1.56％， 1.26％， 0.91％ and 1.96％， respectively （n＝6）； the results of the content were 0.017-0.047， 0.042-0.140， 0.003 8-0.015 0， 0.049-0.180， 0.024- 0.091， 0.003 9-0.011 0 mg/g. CONCLUSIONS： The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of T. maculata.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of 06-methyl guanine DNA methyltransferase (MGMT),X-ray repair cross complementation gene 1 (XRCC1) and the incidence of glioma.Methods From February 2015 to September 2017,53 glioma patients (glioma group) in our hospital were enrolled in the study.50 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as control A group,and 106 healthy volunteers as control B group.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MGMT and XRCC1 in brain tissue of glioma group and control A group,and polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) were used to detect the polymorphism of MGMT and XRCC1 gene in glioma group and control B group.Results The positive expression rates of MGMT and XRCC1 in the tissues of brain glioma were 47.17％ and 39.62％,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control A group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of MGMT and XRCC1 in patients with grade Ⅰ,,Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P ＞ 0.05);There was no correlation between the expression of MGMT and XRCC1 in glioma tissues (rs =0.162,P ＞ 0.05);The proportion of XRCC1 genotype AG + GG in brain glioma group was 58.49％,which was significantly higher than that of control B group (P ＜ 0.05);The proportion of MGMT genotype LP + PP in brain glioma group was 28.30％,which was significantly higher than that of control B group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions MGMT and XRCC1 are increased significantly in glioma brain tissues,but not correlatedwith pathological grades;The polymorphism of MGMT and XRCC1 genes may be related to the susceptibilityof gliomas.

Objective To study the detection of Na+/H+exchanger regulatory factor 3(NHERF3) protein expression in renal carcinoma and its correlation with malignant biological behavior. Methods Renal clear cell carcinoma and their adjacent tissues of forty- eight patients were collected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the positive expression of NHERF3 protein,and specific expression was detected by Western-blot.Patients were further divided into high NHERF3 group and low NHERF3 group according to median expression of NHERF3 protein,and each group had 24 cases.The expressions of proliferation,invasion and autophagy genes in tumor tissues were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results The positive rate of NHERF3 protein and the expression of NHERF3 protein in renal carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissue(P<0.05).Expressions of proliferation genes such as k-Ras,c-Myc,TRPC1 mRNA in low NHERF3 group were higher than those in high NHERF3 group:141.74 ± 18.95 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00, 135.88 ± 16.32 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00, 137.21 ± 16.98 vs.100.00 ± 0.00;MIIP,FOXO1 mRNA levels were lower than those in high NHERF3 group: 43.19 ± 5.88 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00, 38.76 ± 4.51 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00; expressions of invasion genes such as CD74, Fascin, MACC1, TRPM8 mRNA were significantly higher than those in high NHERF3 group:152.18 ± 17.64 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00, 146.29 ± 17.63 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00, 139.76 ± 15.82 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00,150.47 ± 17.95 vs.100.00 ± 0.00;expressions of autophagy genes such as Beclin-1,LC3 mRNA were significantly lower than those in high NHERF3 group: 63.21 ± 7.09 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00, 56.28 ± 7.15 vs. 100.00 ± 0.00; EZH2 mRNA level was higher than that in high NHERF3 group:159.47 ± 17.82 vs.100.00 ± 0.00,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of NHERF3 protein expression and the amount of protein expression in renal carcinoma tissue is increased, and the specific expression is closely related to tumor proliferation, invasion and activity of autophagy.

Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and regularity of influenza B virus in Guizhou Province, and provide scientific evidence for the control and prevention of influenza.Methods Results of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(PT-PCR) of influenza B virus in Guizhou Province from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2016 were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 1 904 samples were detected influenza B virus by RT-PCR, B/Yamagata (By) lineage and B/Victoria (Bv) lineage were 1 215 and 642 respectively.In April 2013-March 2014 and April 2014-March 2015, the predominant strains of influenza B were both By lineage, in April 2015-March 2016, the predominant strains of influenza B were Bv and By lineages, the epidemic peaks were in winter and spring;there's a higher positive percentage of influenza B in male, accounting for 56.83%;the highest detection rate of influenza B virus was found in population aged <15 years(70.80%),Bv and By lineages were the highest in the 0~ (42.37%) and 5~ age groups (35.56%) respectively;the main pathogen causing mixed infection was By+Bv (67.65%),mixed infection with influenza B virus accounted for 95.59%.Conclusion There are two lineages By and Bv epidemic in Guizhou Province, the epidemic peaks of influenza B are in winter and spring, male cases are higher than female, people under 15 years old are the high-risk group for influenza B, it is of great significance to strengthen the vaccination and surveillance of influenza in low age population.

This paper reviewed the domestic and foreign progress of needling Renying (ST 9) for hypertentsion in clinical and experimental researches. It has been confirmed that needling Renying showed the remarkable clinical effects, with bi-directional benign regulative action, protecting target organs, improving quality of life and so on. Based on the review, the author looks forward to offer the direction for the future researches.

Objective To establish an high perfermance liquid chromatography method for determination of five indole alkaloids in Rauvolfia.Methods The Diamonsil C18 column was used at 25 ℃ with methanol-water (gradient elution) as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detective wavelength was 280 nm,and the injection volume was 5 μL.Results In the range of 1.56-200 μg· mL-1,the correlation coefficients of regression equations of sarpagine,yohimbine,ajmaline,ajmalicine,reserpine were higher than 0.999 0.The average recovery (n =9) of five indole alkaloids was between 95.0％-105.0％.Conclusion This method is simple with good accuracy and repeatability.It can be used for quality control of Rauvolfia.
