Objective:To explore the impact of self-disclosure on demoralization syndrome in patients with permanent enterostomy for colorectal cancer, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing interventions for those patients. Methods:From January to May 2023, convenience sampling was used to select 207 patients with permanent enterostomy for colocrctal cancer of the Wound Ostomy Clinic of Laoshan Campus of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University as the research subjects. A survey was conducted on patients using the General Information Questionnaire, Distress Disclosure Index, Social Support Rating Scale, and the Demoralization Scale Mandarin Version. Results:Among 207 patients with permanent enterostomy for colorectal cancer, the scores of self-disclosure, social support, and demoralization syndrome were 35.00 (26.00, 47.00) , 32.00 (26.00, 39.00) , and 35.00 (23.00, 47.00) , respectively. A total of 128 patients (61.8%) were in moderate demoralization, and 37 patients (17.9%) were in severe demoralization. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that place of residence, self-care of stoma, self-disclosure, and social support were the influencing factors for demoralization syndrome in patients with permanent enterostomy for colorectal cancer ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Patients with permanent enterostomy for colorectal cancer have a high overall score of demoralization syndrome, and a high proportion of patients with moderate to severe demoralization. Medical and nursing staff should focus on patients in remote rural areas and those with poor self-care abilities to stomas, develop targeted intervention measures to improve patients' negative emotions, enhance their self-disclosure, and pay attention to strengthening social support to relieve their demoralization syndrome, thereby improving their quality of life.

Objective:To study the association between apparent temperature (AT) and the incidence of hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) and its spatial heterogeneity in 46 cities in Guangdong, Anhui and Jilin provinces, and provide scientific evidence for the early warning of HFMD.Methods:The data of HFMD incidence and meteorological factors from 2009 to 2018 in Guangdong province, 2009 to 2015 in Anhui province, and 2013 to 2018 in Jilin province were collected. Distributed lag non-linear models were constructed to investigate the association between AT and the incidence of HFMD in 46 cities from three provinces in China. Meta-analysis was used to pool the city-specific estimates, and Meta-regression was applied to analyze the factors that may cause spatial heterogeneity. Results:The relationship between daily AT and the incidence of HFMD in 46 cities appeared nonlinear. The association in Guangdong was similar to that in Jilin, and the risk of HFMD increased with the increase of AT. While the risk of HFMD in Anhui first increased with the increase of AT, and peaked at 18.1 ℃ and then went down. AT on different levels showed different lag impacts and the higher AT showed greater and longer lag impact. The spatial heterogeneity of associations may have been caused by latitude, longitude, average temperature, and average sunshine hours. Conclusions:AT is a comprehensive index to evaluate the association between temperature, relative humidity and wind speed and the incidence of HFMD. Higher AT may increase the risk of HFMD. The AT and HFMD relationship across spatial heterogeneity varies depending on geographic location and meteorological conditions.

Objective:To evaluate the status of nursing workplace violence experience and work performance, and analyze the mediating effects of workplace mindfulness between nurses' performance and workplace violence experience. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used. From March to May 2016, the Workplace Violence Questionnaire, Job Performance Scale, and Workplace Mindfulness Scale were used to investigate workplace violence, work performance, and workplace mindfulness encountered by 776 nurses in eight provinces of China. Correlation analysis and mediation effect analysis methods are used to analyze the relationship between the three, and the mediating effects of workplace mindfulness. Results:A total of 776 questionnaires were collected and 696 valid questionnaires. The Workplace Violence Questionnaire Score of 696 nurses was (1.21±0.78) , the score of Workplace Mindfulness Scale was (4.74±0.63) , and the score of Job Performance Scale was (3.77±0.96) . Pearson correlation analysis showed that nurses' work performance was positively correlated with workplace mindfulness ( r=0.235, P<0.01) ; nursing workplace violence was associated with work performance ( r=-0.098, P<0.05) , and workplace mindfulness ( r=-0.217, P<0.01) was negatively correlated with nursing workplace violence. The total effect of workplace violence on job performance was (β=-0.130 6, P<0.01) . Workplace mindfulness played a mediating role between the two, and the mediating effect was -0.067 5. Conclusions:Violence experienced by patients and their families in the workplace can undermine nurses' professional immersion, alertness, and organizational acceptance levels, thereby restricting the performance of nursing work. Increasing the training of nurses in the prevention of violence and interventions in response to violence are of great significance.

Objective:
To explore the differences of temperament characteristics between children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and normal children, and to provide evidence for early detection of ASD children and the development of personalized treatment plans.
Methods:
In this case-control study, we enrolled 129 ASD children and 129 normal children aged 3-7 years. The Behavioral Style Questionnaire (BSQ) scale was used to assess the temperament.
Results:
ASD children got higher scores in terms of "activity level", "withdrawal", "adaptability", "emotional nature", "persistence", and "response threshold" temperament dimensionality scores(P<0.05), and lower scores in terms of "rhythmical", "response intensity" temperament dimensionality scores than normal children(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in "attention dispersiveness" between ASD group and control group(P>0.05). Among the children in the ASD and control group, the proportion of each temperament type was "easy to raise temperament type" (41.8% vs 62.8%), "partially easy to raise temperament type" (31.8% vs 27.9%), "partially difficult to raise temperament type" (17.1% vs 6.2%), “slow-up-towarm temperament type" (7.7% vs 2.3%) and "difficult to raise temperament type" (1.6% vs 0.8%).Statistical analysis showed that the rate of "easy to raise temperament type" was lower than that in normal children(P<0.05), while the rates of "partially easy to raise temperament type", "partially difficult to raise temperament type", "difficult to raise temperament type", and "slow-up-to-warm temperament type" in ASD children were higher(P<0.05).
Conclusion
There was significant difference in temperament characteristics between ASD children and normal children. The evaluation of temperament type contributes to early detection of ASD children and provides a reference for their behavioral correction.

Objective To investigate the MRI features of different fibrotic stroma of hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) and the relationships between them and delayed contrast-enhanced MR findings. Methods Twenty eight patients were enrolled in the study who had undergone dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI scanning. MRI showed largely complete rim-like enhancement in delayed phase in all the lesions which were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Delayed-enhancement in peripheral and internal position of HCC were evaluated and the thicknesses of rim-like enhancement in delayed phase were measured by analyzing the 5 minute delayed images. Among the 28 lesions, 22 were sampled and pathologically analyzed both in peripheral and internal portion of HCC and the remaining 6 were in the internal portion only. The pathological features were observed including distributions of three fibers (elastic, collagen and reticular fibers) in the periphery and internal positions of HCC, degrees of inflammatory cells infiltration outside the capsule and in the internal portion of HCC, the blood vessels in the capsules and thicknesses of fibrous capsule. The pathological features of HCC with different degrees of delayed-enhancement were compared using χ2 test, and differences in the thicknesses of rim-like enhancement of HCC in delayed phase among different pathological features were analyzed using Chi-square test. Results (1) In the periphery:pathological features: the typical fibrous capsules showed in all 22 HCC. And three kinds of fibers were crisscrossed within the capsules without quantitative differences. MRI findings:statistical differences in the amounts of blood vessels in the capsule of HCC among different degrees of delayed-enhancement were found (P<0.05), however, the differences in the thicknesses of fibrous capsule and the degrees of inflammatory cells infiltration were not found (all P>0.05). In addition, the statistical differences in the thicknesses of rim-like enhancement of HCC showed among different thicknesses of fibrous capsule, degrees of inflammatory cells infiltration and amounts of blood vessels (all P<0.05). (2) In the internal positions:pathological features: the amounts of three kinds of fibers in the internal positions were significantly lower than those in the periphery. MRI findings: the statistical differences in collagen fibers, elastic fibers, reticular fibers and the degrees of infiltration of inflammatory cells of HCC were all seen among different degrees of delayed enhancement inside tumors (all P<0.05). Conclusion The delayed MR enhancement of HCC in peripheral and internal positions showed correlation with the fibers and degrees of infiltration of inflammatory cells in the tumor.
