Objective To investigate the influencing factors of Mismatch ratio in computed tomography perfusion(CTP)and dif-fusion weighted imaging(DWI)to assess the lesion outcome after treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Whether there were any differences in clinical and imaging data of AIS patients were analyzed retrospectively between the Mismatch ratio>1.2 group and the Mismatch ratio≤1.2 group, and between the hemorrhagic transformation group and the non-hemorrhagic transformation group. Results The age of onset and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of AIS patients in the group with Mismatch ratio>1.2 were greater than those in the group with Mismatch ratio≤1.2.The Mismatch ratio>1.2 group had lower incidence of hyperlipidemia, new infarct foci, and higher hypercoagulability, cerebral hemorrhage,as well as large cerebral infarction. The NIHSS score was higher in the hemorrhagic transformation group than the non-hemorrhagic transformation group, and the incidence of large cerebral infarction and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)thrombectomy was higher in the former than in the latter.Multifactorial logistic analysis showed that age,NIHSS score, and hyperlipidemia were independent risk factors for AIS patients with Mismatch ratio>1.2 and large cerebral infarction was an independent risk factor for hemorrhagic transformation. Conclusion The Mismatch ratio in CTP is correlated with age,NIHSS score, and hyperlipidemia in patients with AIS and large cerebral infarction is correlated with hemorrhagic transformation.

New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1 (NDM-1) is capable of hydrolyzing nearly all β-lactam antibiotics, posing an emerging threat to public health. There are currently less effective treatment options for treating NDM-1 positive “superbug”, and no promising NDM-1 inhibitors were used in clinical practice. In this study, structure–activity relationship based on thiosemicarbazone derivatives was systematically characterized and their potential activities combined with meropenem (MEM) were evaluated. Compounds 19bg and 19bh exhibited excellent activity against 10 NDM-positive isolate clinical isolates in reversing MEM resistance. Further studies demonstrated compounds 19bg and 19bh were uncompetitive NDM-1 inhibitors with Ki = 0.63 and 0.44 μmol/L, respectively. Molecular docking speculated that compounds 19bg and 19bh were most likely to bind in the allosteric pocket which would affect the catalytic effect of NDM-1 on the substrate meropenem. Toxicity evaluation experiment showed that no hemolysis activities even at concentrations of 1000 mg/mL against red blood cells. In vivo experimental results showed combination of MEM and compound 19bh was markedly effective in treating infections caused by NDM-1 positive strain and prolonging the survival time of sepsis mice. Our finding showed that compound 19bh might be a promising lead in developing new inhibitor to treat NDM-1 producing superbug.

Objective:To explore the effect of enhanced recovery nursing pathway in the enhanced recovery after surgery of perioperative patients with hepatic echinococcosis. Methods:From November 2017 to February 2019, simple random sampling was used to select 160 hepatic echinococcosis patients with surgery admitted to Shannan People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region as the research object. Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Patients in control group received general surgical routine nursing, and experimental group carried out enhanced recovery nursing pathway on the basis of routine nursing. The postoperative rehabilitation indicators, pain scores and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The time of first exhaust time and defecation in experimental group was (3.77±3.05) h and (23.81±17.29) h, which was earlier than (13.27±8.58) h and (37.79±18.23) h in control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=4.265, 4.975; P<0.01) . The pain scores of experimental group at 2, 4, 8, and 24 hours after surgery were (1.08±1.04) , (1.61±0.85) , (1.13±0.70) and (0.26±0.41) lower than those [ (2.41±1.20) , (2.94±0.96) , (2.94±0.96) , (1.33±0.90) ]of control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=7.501, 9.250, 13.650, -8.720; P<0.01) . There were 2 cases (2.50%) of lung infection in experimental group and 13 cases (16.25%) in control group. The incidence in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=8.901, P<0.01) . Conclusions:The standardized nursing model based on the enhanced recovery nursing pathway is conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hepatic echinococcosis, shortens the hospital stay, and reduces postoperative lung infection complications, which is worthy of further promotion.

Objective:To investigate the status quo of attitude towards death among nursing students before internship and analyze its influencing factors so as to provide basis for nursing educators to formulate death education strategies. Methods:From May to June 2019, a total of 225 nursing students from 8 medical colleges in Anhui Province were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method. The general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of Death Attitude Profile-Revised (DAP-R) were used to investigate it. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of attitude towards death. Results:The total score of DAP-R of 225 nursing students before internship was (88.03±14.81) . The scores of the five dimensions from high to low were: natural acceptance, death avoidance, death fear, approach acceptance and escape acceptance. Univariate analysis showed that scores on attitude towards death of nursing students with different education backgrounds, the atmosphere when discussing death at home and whether they had received death education were statistically significant ( t=2.528, 5.130, 2.684; P < 0.05) . Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background, the atmosphere when discussing death at home and whether receiving death education were influencing factors of attitude towards death before internship ( P < 0.05) , which explained 7.8% of the total variation. Conclusions:The attitude towards death before internship among nursing students from 8 medical colleges in Anhui Province is at a medium level. Educators should formulate death education courses according to their attitudes to death and carry out various forms of death education according to their influencing factors so as to cultivate correct life and death views for nursing students.

Objective? To explore the effects of family function on the health-related quality of life in children with short stature. Methods? A total of 200 children aged 3 to 15 and their parents in the Department of Pediatrics in a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Anhui province from August 1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2018 were selected in the study. Based on the admission criteria, 100 children with short stature were selected and put into the observation group, and 100 children with normal height were selected randomly and put into the control group. Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale (FACESⅡ-CV) and Chinese version of the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory 4.0 General Core Scales (PedsQLM 4.0) were used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors of the life quality of the children. Results? The scores of "physiological function", "emotional function","social function" and "school function" as well as the scores of "family intimacy" and "adaptability" in FACES Ⅱ-CV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Family intimacy and adaptability was positively correlated with the four dimensions of "physiological function""emotional function" "social function" and "school function" in the observation group of children with short stature (P< 0.05). Conclusions? The subjective quality of life of children with short stature is low. Family function had an influential impact on the quality of life in children with short stature. It indicates that good family function can improve the quality of life of children with short stature. Therefore, parents should actively improve the way they educate their children, enhance communication, accurately monitor their children's psychological features, timely regulate their children with individualized measures, so as to improve the family function hence contributing to better quality of life for the children.
