Objective:To explore the expert opinions on the revision of the Diagnosis of Occupational Arsenic Poisoning (GBZ 83-2013) .Methods:In March 2023, the improved Delphi expert consultation method was adopted, in the first round of consultation, a pre-survey was conducted on 20 experts, and the questionnaire was improved according to the experts' opinions. Then, a second round of expert consultation questionnaire was formed to conduct a questionnaire survey and consultation of 50 experts engaged in occupational disease diagnosis and related work. The feedback of experts was collected and analyzed. Results:The average score for the scientificity and progressiveness of the main technical content of the original standard was 3.33, and the average score for the rationality and operability of the main technical content of the original standard was 3.25. The importance of individual indicators with specific connotations were ranged from 4.20 to 4.45, with coefficients of variation <0.25, and the experts' opinions were relatively concentrated. The experts have provided feedback indicating that the original standard had issues such as lack of continuity in diagnostic gradation, the need to integrate biomarkers with urinary and hair arsenic levels, a scarcity of objective diagnostic indicators, the removal of exposure response from the main text, and a low level of consistency in standard usage. These issues need to be revised urgently. Conclusion:The Diagnosis of Occupational Arsenic Poisoning (GBZ 83-2013) should be revised based on experts' feedback and suggestions to meet the current real demand for occupational arsenic poisoning diagnosis.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2023;39(9):769-779
Traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage commonly presents in traumatic brain injury patients, and it may lead to complications such as meningitis, ventriculitis, brain abscess, subdural hematoma or tension pneumocephalus. When misdiagnosed or inappropriately treated, traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage may result in severe complications and may be life-threatening. Some traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage has concealed manifestations and is prone to misdiagnosis. Due to different sites and mechanisms of trauma and degree of cerebrospinal fluid leak, treatments for traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage varies greatly. Hence, the Craniocerebral Trauma Professional Group of Neurosurgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association and the Neurological Injury Professional Group of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized relevant experts to formulate the " Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage in adults ( version 2023)" based on existing clinical evidence and experience. The consensus consisted of 16 recommendations, covering the leakage diagnosis, localization, treatments, and intracranial infection prevention, so as to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage and improve the overall prognosis of the patients.

Chinese Journal of Medical Genetics 2022;39(9):963-968
OBJECTIVE:
To assess the association of 7 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) including rs13278062 (TNFRSF10A), rs3750846 (ARMS2-HTRA1), rs429358 (APOE), rs5817082 (CEPT), rs2043085 (LIPC), rs1626340 (TGFBR1), and rs8135665 (SLC16A8) identified through genome-wide association study (GWAS) with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) among ethnic Han Chinese from Sichuan, China.
METHODS:
A cohort of 576 AMD patients and 572 healthy controls were enrolled in a case-control study. The SNPs were genotyped by a Mass array MALDI-TOF System. On the premise that the genotype distribution of each SNP locus in both groups satisfied Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, the genetic pattern was analyzed and the scores of allele and genotype frequencies ware compared.
RESULTS:
There was a significant association between TNFRSF10A rs13278062 and AMD under the heterozygous model (P = 0.000, OR = 1.529, 95%CI = 1.196-1.954) and the dominant model (P = 0.002, OR = 1.459, 95%CI = 1.154-1.865), suggesting that subjects carrying rs13278062GT and rs13278062TT + GT are more likely to develop the AMD, whereas no significant difference was observed for rs13278062 under other models. No association was detected with the other six SNPs and AMD under various genetic models.
CONCLUSION
This case-control association study has indicated that TNFRSF10A rs13278062 is associated with AMD under the heterozygous and dominant models, suggesting that the TNFRSF10A variant may be involved in the development of AMD among ethnic Han Chinese population.

Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics of human papillomavirus (HPV) different types infection in women in Ningxia and its relationship with cervical lesions. Methods:A total of 140 498 women who received cervical cancer screening in Ningxia from 2018 to 2020 were selected. Cervical exfoliated cells were detected by fluorescence PCR. The characteristics of HPV infection and its relationship with cervical lesions were analyzed. Results:The total positive rate of high-risk HPV was 9.94% in 140 498 screened women. The annual HPV positive detection rates from 2018 to 2020 were 9.84%, 11.20% and 9.61% respectively. Among the 19 districts or counties, the areas with higher HPV positive rates were Guyuan County (15.06%) and Pengyang County (13.32%), and the areas with lower HPV positive rates were Shatoupo District and Litong District, with positive rates of 7.63% and 7.54%, respectively. The positive rate of HPV showed a "V" type distribution with age, with the lowest HPV positive rate in the age group of 40 ~ 49 years (9.5%), and there was a statistically significant difference in the HPV positive detection rate among the age groups ( χ2=53.01, P<0.001). HPV16 was the main single infection in all age groups, and the positive rates of HPV16 were 1.3%, 1.3%, 1.1% and 1.0%, respectively. Among multiple HPV infections, the age group≥60 years had the highest positive rate (10.0%). Among high-grade cervical lesions and cervical cancer, HPV16 infection was predominant (46.0%, 63.6%), while among low-grade lesions, the other 16 HPV types accounted for the highest proportion (60.8%). The comparison of the positive detection rates of HPV infection types in different cervical lesions was significantly different ( χ2=99.01, P<0.001). Conclusions:The high-risk HPV positive rate of female population in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is at a moderate level, and the dominant type of single infection was HPV16; the lowest age group of 18 high-risk HPV infections was 40-49 years, and the highest age of HPV infection was women aged 60 years; among high-grade cervical lesions and cervical cancer, HPV16 single infection was predominant.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2020;16(4):653-658
Background:
and Purpose: Contrast enhancement of the oculomotor nerve in MRI was recently noticed in patients with clinical ischemic isolated oculomotor nerve palsy (iIONP). The opinions about whether this is a sign of inflammation and whether or not to administer steroids vary between doctors. The study aimed to determine the associations between this enhancement and vascular-disease risk factors (VRFs) and inflammatory factors in iIONP patients.
Methods:
The study recruited patients who had experienced iIONP during the previous 2 years. They were divided into groups A and B based on whether or not they exhibited an enhanced oculomotor nerve in MRI of the cavernous sinus using thin-section, fat-suppressed, and contrast-enhanced sequences. VRFs, inflammatory factors, and improvement scores were compared between the two groups.
Results:
Most (71.1%) of the 45 included iIONP patients had enhanced oculomotor nerves in MRI. VRFs, periorbital pain, elevated C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, and the platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio were not significantly associated with the enhancement. Four of the five patients in group A exhibited an elevated cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) IgG synthesis rate. The improvement score of eight patients who received 80 mg of methylprednisolone in addition to the routine therapy was not significantly different from the scores of the other patients (p=0.485).
Conclusions
More than half of the iIONP patients had an enhanced oculomotor nerve in MRI. A few of them also had elevated CSF IgG synthesis rate, but no further evidence for inflammation was found. The administration of steroids seemed to have no benefit other than increasing the blood glucose level.
