Perioperative anaphylaxis is a rare but deadly catastrophic event.Recently,the Resusci-tation Council UK collaborated with Perioperative Allergy Network steering committee to develop the 2024 emergency treatment of perioperative anaphylaxis:Resuscitation Council UK algorithm for anaesthetists.The guidelines clearly define the definition,clinical manifestations,diagnostic challenges,and treatment princi-ples of perioperative anaphylaxis,highlight the importance of early intravenous adrenaline and fluid resusci-tation,providing anaesthetists with a clear and concise diagnosis and treatment plan to make reasonable de-cisions with respond quickly and effectively when encountering perioperative anaphylaxis,thereby improving furthest patient prognosis.
