At present, there are some shortcomings in China's medical humanities education, such as inadequate adaptation to the needs of the development of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, and insufficient early warning of crises brought about by emerging medical technologies. The concept of"a community of common health for mankind"had been established in the appearance context of medical humanities education, which also gave medical humanities education a richer contemporary significance and development opportunities.Taking the courses of medical ethics and health law as examples, the concept of"a community of common health for mankind"fits well with the core of medical humanities education in terms of value significance, logical mechanisms, and content elements, which is more conducive to highlighting the localized results of medical humanities research. Therefore, the existing theoretical frameworks should be integrated with the concept of"a community of common health for mankind",to create a medical humanities education system with Chinese characteristics and universal significance,as well as to enhance the quality and effects of humanities education by integrating the disciplinary systems, education modes, education chains, and other paths.

Objective:
To analyze the emotional and behavioral problems and associated factors of the only and non only child, and to provide some clues for further monitoring and intervention of psychological and behavioral development among preschool children.
Methods:
Using a convenience sampling method, a total of 45 065 children enrolled in 153 kindergartens in 23 districts and counties of Chengdu were selected from May to June 2021 to investigate demographic characteristics and children s psycho behavioral development through online questionnaires filled out by their guardians. The Chi square tests were used to analyze whether the differences in abnormality rates of each dimension were statistically significant between the only and non only children. The emotional and behavioral problems of only children and non only children were analyzed by propensity score measurement.
Results:
The detection rate of abnormal emotional behavior problems in children was 6.10%, including 6.34% in the only child group and 5.84 % in the non only child group. After matching, total difficulty score, and scores of emotional symptoms, conduct problems, hyperactive attention deficit, peer interaction, and social behavior differed between the only child group and the non only child group ( t =9.91, 8.97, 3.91, 15.57, -5.46, 4.08, P <0.01).
Conclusion
In terms of the total score of difficulties, emotional symptoms, moral problems, and hyperactivity attention defects, the non only child is better than the only child, but the opposite is true in terms of peer interaction and social behavior. Mental health conditions among the only child should be paid more attention. Whether or not the only child should be taken as an important consideration for preschool children s mental health care.

Overactive bladder (OAB) is the most bothersome symptom in lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). Current pharmacologic treatment aims to inhibit detrusor contraction; however, shows unsatisfied efficacy and high discontinuation rate. LIM kinases (LIMKs) promote smooth muscle contraction in the prostate; however, their function in the bladder smooth muscle remains unclear. Here, we studied effects of the LIMK inhibitors on bladder smooth muscle contraction and proliferation both

The source and type of strains were analyzed, and antifungal drug sensitivity tests were performed by using the micro-dilution method. Whonet 5.6 and SPSS 22.0 were applied to analyze the data. Results:The overall main strains were Candida albicans (38.74%, 399/1 030), Candida tropicalis (16.99%, 175/1 030) and Candida parapsilosis (16.41%, 169/1 030); the main fungi strains in child patients were C. albicans (52.50%, 63/120), C. parapsilosis (12.50%, 15/120) and C. tropicalis (9.17%, 11/120); the main fungi strains in adult patients were C. albicans (36.37%, 331/910), C. tropicalis (17.03%, 155/910) and C. parapsilosis (15.27%, 139/910). The isolation rate of main Candida strains from January to March and August to December was much higher than that of other months. The drug resistance rates of C. albicans to fluconazole and voriconazole were 7.14% and 7.43%, respectively, and the drug resistance rates to itraconazole were 50.44%. The resistance rates of C. tropicalis to fluconazole, voriconazole and itraconazole were 29.05%, 23.29% and 48.65%, respectively. The sensitivity rates of C. parapsilosi to fluconazole, voriconazole and itraconazole were 93.06%, 93.75% and 94.44%, respectively. Candida glabrata showed a dose-dependent sensitivity rate of 2.33% to fluconazole. Analysis of 244 blood fungi strains showed that non-candida albicans bacteremia accounted for 70.08%. In the pathogen spectrum covering 92.22%, fluconazole was sensitive to 64.65% of the pathogens, voriconazole was 68.88%, and amphotericin B was 88.75%. After quantification, the effective rates of fluconazole, voriconazole and amphotericin B in the clinical treatment of fungal bacteremia were 70.10%, 74.69% and 96.23%, respectively. Among them, the sensitivity rate of voriconazole to C. tropicalis was lower than that of fluconazole. Conclusions:Candida is the main clinical fungus isolates in hospitals of Shandong province. The resistance rate of C. tropicalis to azole antifungal drugs is on the rise, and the sensitivity of other Candida species to clinically used antifungal drugs is basically stable.

CD36, the major scavenger receptor, is intimately involved in the uptake of oxLDL in macrophages. To further study the function of CD36 in macrophages, we constructed CD36 gene silence cell lines (J774A.1) by lentivirus-mediated RNA interference technique, and analyzed the effect of CD36 in caveolin-1 protein expression. At first, 5 shRNA fragments were designed and synthesized according to the coding sequence (CDS) region of CD36 gene. Next, the CD36-shRNA was inserted into lentiviral vector to yield pLKO.1-CD36-shRNA plasmid. After DNA sequencing, the pLKO.1-CD36-shRNA plasmid and psiCHECK-II-CD36 were co-transfected into the 293T cells to screen the efficient CD36-shRNA. The efficient CD36-shRNA plasmid and the helper plasmid were co-transfected into the 293T cells to package the lentivirus, and then infected the J774A.1 cells. After screening by puromycin, CD36 gene silence cell lines (J774A.1) was established. Western blotting and confocal fluorescence microscopy results showed that the CD36 silencing efficiency in the gene silence cell line was 90%. Accompanied by a decrease in CD36 protein on cell surface, oxLDL binding to CD36 was significantly inhibited, indicating that the CD36 gene silence cell line is successfully established. Finally, the oxLDL stimulation and inhibitor experiments results showed that the CD36 knockdown significantly suppresses the phosphorylation of JNK and ERK, thereby inhibiting the oxLDL-induced caveolin-1 protein expression, demonstrating that CD36 modulates the caveolin-1 protein expression through the JNK/ERK-mediated signaling transduction.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2018;30(6):426-429
Cancer patients complicated with venous thromboembolism (VTE) face treatment problems, very high recurrence rate and bleeding rate. Cancer itself and the antitumor treatment plan are the important factors causing the recurrence. After the relapse, the prognosis of the patients is extremely bad, and more than 50% of the patients died within 1 year. Until now, there is no unified effective treatment plan for the relapse. This paper reviews the recurrence of VTE and the related research progress.

Objective:
To analyze the clinical response in cases of multi-victims bitten by a dog in Beijing (one of whom was HIV positive), and to explore the route and prognosis of dual exposure to rabies virus and HIV.
Methods:
Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the exposed cases, the post-exposure prophylaxis(PEP) of rabies and HIV and the follow-up outcomes.
Results:
After six months-follow up, there was no rabies case was found among those nine victims bitten by the suspected dog. In addition, six HIV-negative victims who had been exposed to HIV via dog saliva were consistently tested to be HIV negative in the follow up period.
Conclusions
In cases with multi-victims bitten by one dog, except exposure to rabies virus, it is necessary to be alert to the presence of HIV, HBV or HCV infection in sequential victims. Therefore, the risk of the potential spreading of other blood-borne infectious pathogens should be assessed. It is important to initiate PEP as early as possible.
