Here, we report two cases of pancreatobiliary disease treated using OTSC. The first case involved the successful OTSC ligation of a colonic fistula caused by necrotizing pancreatitis, and the second was a duodenal perforation due to stent migration, which was also successfully treated with OTSC. These cases indicate that OTSC can be beneficial for pancreatobiliary diseases, potentially eliminating the need for surgery when endoscopic treatment is successful.
