Objective:
To analyze the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of bronchopulmonary foregut malformation(BPFM).
Method:
The clinical manifestations, imaging findings and treatment of 8 patients with BPFM were analyzed retrospectively from January 2006 to May 2016 in Beijing Children′s Hospital.
Result:
The age of children varied from 2 months to 7 years and 3 children were male while 5 female. Symptoms showed cough in 6 cases, fever in 4 cases, bucking when intaking of fluids or foods in 3 cases, tachypnea in 1 case, wheezing in 1 case, vomiting in 1 case, haematemesis in 1 case Pulmonary signs were decreased breath sounds in 4 cases, phlegm rale in 3 cases, shortness of breath in 2 cases, wheeze in 1 case, and retraction in 1 case. The upper gastrointestinal series showed abnormal fistulous tracts arising from the esophagus or the gastric fundus and extending into the mass in the lung. CT showed pulmonary sequestration and prompted the tube between lung and esophagus. Six children underwent pneumonectomy and esophageal fistula repair. They were discharged and their symptoms were improved. Two cases of children were discharged from a hospital without surgery.
Conclusion
Bronchopulmonary foregut malformation usually has its onset in early stage of life. The most common symptoms include recurrent pneumonia or bucking when intaking of fluids or foods. CT can demonstrate the bronchopulmonary sequestration and evaluate the communication with the gastrointestinal tract. The upper gastrointestinal series can demonstrate the abnormal tract directly. Pneumonectomy and esophageal fistula repair are the treatment of this disease.

OBJECTIVEIn this study, we investigate the relationship between HSP70 and lung function injury. To study on the feasibility of HSP70 genes polymorphisms as biological marker of the damage of pulmonary dysfunction susceptibility.
METHODS183 cock-oven workers were selected as exposure groups and 143 workers unexposed workers were selected as control groups. We investigated their general information with uniform questionnaire. Pulmonary dysfunction indicators were determined using portable spirometer. HSP70-1 G190C, HSP70-2 A1267G, HSP70- hom T2437C genotypes were analyzed by using the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique. The haplotypes were calculated using PHASE 2.0 software.
RESULTSVC%, FVC%, MVV%, FEV(1.0%) in exposed group were lower than in non-exposure group, the difference were significantly (P < 0.05). VC%, FVC%, MVV%, FEV1.0% in exposed group with HSP70-1, HSP70-2, HSP70-hom genotypes were lower than in non-exposure group (P < 0.05); FVC% in exposed group with HSP70-hom T/C genotypes were lower than that with HSP70-hom T/T genotypes, MVV% were lower than that with HSP70-hom T/T, C/C genotypes. There's no difference in pulmonary dysfunction index of HSP70-1, HSP70-2 genotypes (P>0.05), but significant difference between the exposed group with HSP70-1, HSP70-hom genotypes; The adjust OR (95%CI) of exposed group with HSP70-1 G/C genotypes and HSP70-homT/C genotypes were 2.516 (1.012 ∼6.252) and 2.284 (1.033∼5.053). Exposed group with CGT haplotype pulmonary dysfunction were significantly higher than in non-exposure group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONCoke oven exposure may increase pulmonary dysfunction injury, Coke oven workers who have the HSP70-1 G/C genotypes, HSP70-hom T/C genotypes and CGT haplotypes may increase the susceptibility of pulmonary dysfunction. There must be some relationship between HSP70-1, HSP70-hom gene polymorphisms and lung function injury of Cock-oven Workers.

Objective To investigate the correlation between invasion ability and cytoskeleton remodeling of hepatocarcinoma cell by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and to explore mechanical properties during genesis, development and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods Four HCC cell lines (MHCC-97H,MHCC-97L,SMMC-7721 ,Huh-7 )with different invasive ability were studied.Mechanical parameter (Young′s modulus)was measured by AFM.The pattern of cytoskeleton remodeling of HCC cell lines with different invasive ability was detected by immunofluorescent staining. The difference of cell invasive ability was tested by cell scratch experiment in other to verify mechanical data.Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare the differences between groups. Results The results of AFM indicated that Young′s modulus of cytoplasma area and nucleus area decreased gradually as cell invasion ability increased (χ2 =472.78,622.43,both P <0.01).According to invasive ability from low to high,Young′s modulus of cell cytoplasm area of Huh-7,SMMC-7721 ,MHCC-97L and MHCC-97H were 1 602.43 (845 .48,3 317.25)Pa,1 055 .28 (367.48,2 280.77)Pa,1 026.78 (369.20,2 019.96)Pa and 503.12 (366.11 ,700.31)Pa,respectively.Young′s modulus of cell nucleus area of Huh-7,SMMC-7721 ,MHCC-97L and MHCC-97H were 2 823.98 (1 262.78,4 440.07 )Pa,1 313.43 (590.71 , 2 678.62)Pa,1 285 .17 (583.29,1 961 .19)Pa and 655 .57 (441 .29,943.39)Pa,respectively.The results of immunofluorescent staining showed that the stronger the cell invasive ability, the worse cytoskeletal integrity and more irregular cell microfilament distribution. In cell scratch assay, the migration rate of MHCC-97H was 46.67% in 24 h and 86.47% in 48 h,that of MHCC-97L was 45 .70%in 24 h and 82.86% in 48 h,that of SMMC-7721 was 39.41 % in 24 h and 79.85 % in 48 h and that of Huh-7 was 34.60% in 24 h and 72.09% in 48 h,which showed that the cell migration orderly in creased as the cell invasion ability increased. Conclusions It seemed that HCC with higher invasive ability had lower Young′s modulus, softer cell, stronger deformability, worse cytoskeleton integrity and more irregular cell structure, and vice versa.
