Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is a severe autoimmune blistering condition that characteristically presents as large tense bullae on a background of normal or erythematous skin. In atypical cases, presentation is widely variegated ranging from vesicular eruptions to erythrodermic presentations. This case highlights on a rare presentation of BP manifesting with varicella-like eruption.
