After continuous development and improvement, lung transplantation has become the preferred means to treat a variety of benign end-stage lung diseases. However, the field of lung transplantation still faces many challenges, including shortage of donor resources, preservation and maintenance of donor lungs, and postoperative complications. Lung tissue samples removed after lung transplantation are excellent clinical resources for the study of benign end-stage lung disease and perioperative complications of lung transplantation. However, at present, the collection, storage and utilization of tissue samples after lung transplantation are limited to a single study, and unified technical specifications have not been formed. Based on the construction plan of the biobank for lung transplantation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, this study reviewed the practical experience in the collection, storage and utilization of lung transplant tissue samples in the aspects of ethical review, staffing, collection process, storage method, quality control and efficient utilization, in order to provide references for lung transplant related research.

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of healthy school canteen intervention on nutritional literacy, food consumption, as well as attitude towards school canteen. Methods: A primary school in Taizhou City was selected as the intervention school, and another comparable primary school was selected as the control one. A total of 320 students (163 in the intervention group and 157 in the control group) received a comprehensive intervention based on the construction of a healthy school canteen in the school,incluling healthy dining environment,food impravement,chef training,nutrition and health education, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Questionnaires survey was administered to both groups before and after the intervention. Results: Before the intervention, no significant differences were found in the total scores of skills and nutrition literacy, frequency of food intake, behaviors and attitudes related to canteen construction between the two groups( P >0.05). Daily intake of vegetables, dairy products, fish/poultry/eggs/lean meat increased by 19.63, 15.95 and 19.63 percentage point respectively ( χ 2=15.25，9.14，13.93， P <0.01). The proportion of students reporting have read related intervention materials in the intervention group(95.71%) was higher than the control group(84.71%) ( χ 2= 11.04, P < 0.01 ). The students in favor of low salt, low oil and low sugar dishes in the intervention group (74.85%) was higher than in the control group(48.41%) ( χ 2=23.73, P <0.01). Conclusion Based on the comprehensive intervention of nutrition and health canteens can improve students nutrition literacy and dietary structure. It is recommended to adopt the form of "home school linkage" to carry out the construction of large sample, multi regional and long term nutrition and health canteens.

Objective:Based on the framework of 5W1H analysis, to establish the continuous nursing project by delphi expert consultation method for children with congenital imperforate anus after discharge.Methods:This study is observational. Through the literature review, qualitative interview and group discussion to establish the expert correspondence questionnaire from April 2021 to March 2022. Delphi consultation was applied to experts for two rounds of expert consultation, to evaluate the initiative, authority and coordination of expert opinions.Results:Two rounds of expert consultation were carried out with 20 experts.The response rates of two rounds of expert questionnaires were 19/20 and 20/20 respectively, the expert authority coefficients were 0.873 and 0.893 respectively, and the Kendall′s coefficients were 0.311 and 0.405 respectively. The coordination of expert opinions was statistically significant ( P<0.05); After two rounds of expert consultation, it was finally determined that the continuing care plan for children with anal atresia included three first-level indicators (composition and responsibilities of continuing care personnel, implementation methods of continuing care, and implementation content of continuing care), 23 second-level indicators, and 46 third-level indicators. Conclusions:This study have high enthusiasm and authority of experts, and concentrated expert opinions on various indicators. The results are reliable, scientific and comprehensive, which will provide a basis for clinical medical staff to carry out the continuous nursing of children with congenital imperforate anus.

Background Excessive intake of sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) is harmful to health. In recent decades, the consumption of SSBs by Chinese residents has increased rapidly, increasing the risk of death and burden of disease. Objective To analyze the knowledge level and influencing factors of SSBs for Chinese residents aged 18-64 years in 2021. Methods A multi-stage cluster random sampling approach was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among residents aged 18-64 years in 302 survey sites across the country in 2021, and 98567 valid questionnaires were obtained. Four questions are about SSBs among the questionnaire's 5 dimensions. Respondents who answered 3 or more questions correctly were considered to have a basic understanding of SSBs. Frequency and weighted proportion were used for description. With individual as level 1 and resident council (village council) as level 2, a two-level logistic regression model was applied to examine the influencing factors. A null model was used to determine whether the two-level logistic regression model was appropriate. Results The knowledge awareness rate of SSBs was 57.0% among the Chinese residents aged 18-64 years in 2021. The knowledge point with the lowest correct rate was "It is best to consume no more than 25 grams of added sugar per day" (22.6%), while the one with the highest correct rate was "Excessive intake of SSBs can increase the risk of obesity and diabetes" (81.1%). The results of the null model showed that SSBs knowledge level had a clustering effect at resident council (village council) level (t=25.00, P<0.0001), so a two-level model fit better than a one-level model. The results of the two-level logistic model revealed that residents who were female (OR=1.14, 95%CI: 1.11, 1.18) or working in medical and health (OR=1.36, 95%CI: 1.27, 1.45) and education institutions (OR=1.16, 95%CI: 1.07, 1.24) had a higher knowledge level compared to males or residents of other occupations. The knowledge level was lower among residents in central (OR=0.87, 95%CI: 0.77, 0.97) and western (OR=0.85, 95%CI: 0.75, 0.94) areas than in eastern areas. Those with chronic diseases (OR=0.81, 95%CI: 0.78, 0.84) and who did not know if they had a chronic disease (OR=0.75, 95%CI: 0.72, 0.78) had a lower knowledge level than those without chronic diseases. Compared with 18-24 years, the knowledge level was higher in ages 35-44 years (OR=1.07, 95%CI: 1.02, 1.12) and lower in ages 55-64 years (OR=0.92, 95%CI: 0.86, 0.97), and not different from the ages 25-34 years and 45-54 years. The knowledge level increased with the level of education, the trend was statistically significant (P＜0.001). Conclusion Only about half of Chinese adults aged 18-64 years had a basic understanding of SSBs in 2021. The awareness rate of added sugar intake was low in particular. The knowledge levels of male, central and western, or less educated populations were even lower. Awareness of the negative health outcomes of SSBs was high among the population.

Liver failure is a common severe liver disease syndrome in clinical practice and is one of the critical medical conditions in internal medicine. Massive hepatocyte death is the main pathological feature of liver failure, and its core mechanisms include endotoxin, immune response, and inflammatory cascade reaction. Effective regeneration of hepatocytes to compensate liver function is the physiological basis for promoting the good prognosis of liver failure, which directly affects the prognosis and quality of life of patients with liver failure. It has been found in clinical practice that liver failure patients with a low serum level of cholesterol tend to have an extremely high mortality rate, but as an index of hepatocyte anabolism, the association between cholesterol and hepatocyte regeneration has not been taken seriously. Based on the association between cholesterol and liver regeneration, this article reviews its significance and potential value in the clinical treatment of liver failure, in order to understand the pathogenesis of liver failure from another perspective and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of liver failure and the development of drugs.

ObjectiveModern scientific methods and techniques were used to scientifically characterize the traditional softening process of Corydalis Rhizoma， so as to clarify the scientificity and rationality of the traditional process， and provide reference for inheriting the processing methods and experience of traditional Chinese medicine. MethodLow-field nuclear magnetic resonance imaging （LF-NMR/MRI） was used to characterize the water types and distribution in the softening process of Corydalis Rhizoma. Samples during the softening process was cut into thick slices and its section was observed by stereoscopic microscope. High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was employed to determine the content change of tetrahydropalmatine during the softening process with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution （60∶40， triethylamine regulated to pH 6.5） and detection wavelength at 280 nm. The determination method of softening endpoint of Corydalis Rhizoma was simulated by texture analyzer （hand pinch method）， and the softening degree of the finished products was determined after optimizing the relevant parameters. ResultLF-NMR/MRI showed that the water could penetrate through the core and distribute evenly in Corydalis Rhizoma softened by Zhangbang method. The water first entered into the medicinal material from the epidermis and stem marks in the soaking stage as the form of free water， and then penetrated into the inner core to achieve redistribution in the moistening stage. Under stereoscopic microscope， it was observed that Corydalis Rhizoma softened by the Zhangbang method could be sliced well， but the core bursting slices were easy to appear if the softening time was not enough， and the softening of samples was caused by the keratine-like powder after absorbing water. HPLC measurement showed that the loss of tetrahydropalmatine in the softening method was small， its content decreased about 5% in the soaking process， and its content was almost unchanged during the moistening process. The softening degree of Corydalis Rhizoma could be quantified by the texture analyzer， and the optimum parameters were 2 mm·s^-1 of speed before test， test speed and speed after test， 20 g of the trigger force， 20% of compression degree. The compressive force of the qualified softened Corydalis Rhizoma was 12.75-15.69 N with the relative standard deviation （RSD） of 6.8%. ConclusionModern scientific methods and techniques can characterize the scientificity and rationality of the traditional processing methods， and confirm that the Zhangbang softening method has the advantages of high efficiency， convenience and small loss of index components. The texture analyzer can simulate the softening endpoint judgment method （hand pinch method）， and realize the goal from subjective experience judgment to objective technology quantification， which has a good demonstration role for the modern inheritance of traditional processing technology.

Acute liver failure is a serious and complex liver disease with a high short-term mortality rate. Its pathogenesis remains unknown and there is still a lack of effective drugs. Animal models play an important role in further revealing the pathogenesis of acute liver failure and the therapeutic mechanism of drugs, and the selection of experimental animals and preparation methods is the key to the effective implementation of research. This article summarizes the commonly used and new animal models of acute liver failure in recent years and the corresponding preparation methods and divides the animal models of acute liver failure into following four categories: chemical drug model, surgical model, infection model, and other models. Meanwhile, the above models are evaluated based on Terblanche and Hickman evaluation criteria for liver failure models, hoping to provide a reference for model selection and evaluation in basic research on this disease.

Objective To investigate the effects of the multidisciplinary cooperative management intervention model on the self‐management efficacy of patients with ileostomy irritant dermatitis. Methods Among the patients with irritative dermatitis in the ileostomy section of the Anorectal Surgery and Ostomy Clinic of Hwamei Hospital, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 72 patients, who visited the clinic from August 2016 to August 2018, met the inclusion criteria and were finally included in the study. According to the random number table method, 36 patients each were assigned to the control and observation groups respectively. There were no significant differences in age, sex and education between the two cohorts. The control groups were compared. The control group was treated with routine nursing methods. The observation group underwent multidisciplinary nursing intervention that was based on the routine measures of the control group. The Chinese version of the cancer self‐management efficacy was used as the questionnaire survey that was administered before and after treatment. The results were compared and analyzed between the patient groups. The independent sample t‐test was used to compare the results between the groups, and the paired sample t‐test was used for intra‐group comparisons. Results After intervention, the total scores of self‐management efficacy and positive attitude, self‐decompression and self‐decision scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group (t=4.192, 3.095, 4.123, 2.267, P<0.05). The scores of self‐administration efficacy and each dimension of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). After the intervention, 3 patients (10.0%) in the observation group with recurrent dermatitis and 13 patients (43.3%) in the control group. The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ2= 8.357, P<0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperative management can improve the self‐management efficacy of patients with irritating dermatitis and reduce the incidence of this condition.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the registration success rate of new drug research and develop-ment(R&D)enterprises after adjusting drug registration system in China. METHODS:The national drug policies,regulations and related documents were comprehensively studied and combed to explore the main contents of drug registration system adjustment and its effects on the R&D forms,drug patent and on-site verification. The suggestions were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLU-SIONS:The adjusted drug management system showed new definitions for new drugs and generic drugs in China,as well as de-tailed requirements and regulations for drug R&D conditions,process and on-site inspection. It enhanced the protection of patents and patentees. The new drugs should be assessed its market value and clinical advantages. Data contents and requirements for drug registration declaration were made the relevant adjustments. New drug R&D enterprises should develop drug listed license manage-ment system as early as possible based on the implementation of listed license management system pilot,improve its efficiency and benefit. The new drug R&D should notice the clinical efficacy and demand of market,focus on the drugs with good clinical effica-cy in common diseases,frequently-occurring diseases and major diseases;and those for treating rare diseases,the elderly and chil-dren disease can use easy access or fast track to accelerate the speed of drug registration. New drug R&D enterprises should im-prove the R&D conditions,and standardize the management of development process to ensure the effective and smooth develop-ment.

Objective To investigate behaviors of nurses on pressure ulcer prevention,exploring the related factors of pressure ulcer prevention behaviors. Methods With cross-sectional survey,a self-made questionnaire of nurse′s pressure ulcer prevention behaviors was used to investigate nurses′behaviors. Results The overall score of behavior was(43.97±8.95)points,standard score from high to low were risk assessment (6.98 ± 1.69) points, incontinence care (6.66 ± 1.51) points, Health education (9.61 ± 2.50) points, position and reposition (9.21 ± 2.19) points, supporting surface (11.51 ± 3.20) points. Different department (Z=-2.379, P<0.05), job title (χ2=11.601, P<0.01), past experiences of learning pressure ulcer knowledge(Z=2.474,P<0.05),latest learning time(Z=-2.399,P<0.05),caring number of pressure ulcer patients (χ2=17.338, P<0.01) had different scores. Multiple linear regression analysis of behavior indicated that recent education time from now was the influential factor, which can explain 15.5% of the variation in prevention behavior. Conclusions Nurses′ pressure ulcer prevention behaviors need to be improved, with nurse whose recent studying time was less than one year showing better preventive behavior. Nurse′s behaviors got worse when they didn′t get education for a long time, which indicated that the frequency of training should be enhanced.
