Objective:To explore the marking method for magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy (MCCG) pictures with artificial intelligence (AI), so as to improve the work efficiency of endoscopist and to reduce the blind area of AI image reading. Methods:According to the consensus of MCCG, 24 parts of stomach in 14 775 pictures of MCCG from 35 subjects in Shenzhen Zifu Medical Technology Co., Ltd received MCCG from March to August, 2020 were marked by ten gastroenterologists and one developer of MCCG with medical background, the marking shape included rectangles and polygons. Among the ten gastroenterologists, three were senior endoscopist (the total number of gastroenteroscopy operations over 80 000, chief physician or associate chief physician), four were medium seniority endoscopist (the total number of gastroenteroscopy operations between 10 000 and 80 000, associate chief physician), and three were junior endoscopist (the total number of gastroenteroscopy operations less than 10 000, attending physician). The pictures of the same subject were pre-marked by two selected senior endoscopists with blind method, and the standard of marking with most appropriate coincidence rate was determined. The qualified marked pictures were automatically learn with AI deep learning method, and the learning results were fed back. Chi square test was used for statistical analysis. Results:According to the pre-marked results, the standard of coincidence rate for rectangular marking area was set as 50.0% and that for polygon marking area was 70.0%. The first correction for qualified rate was 39.0% (5 762/14 775). A total of 9 013 pictures were corrected. After repeated training and correction for one to five times, all pictures were qualified marked. The marking qualified rate of senior endoscopist partners was higher than that of partners of different qualifications (48.7%, 1 200/2 466 vs. 19.0%, 825/4 337), and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=659.20, P<0.001). There was no statistically significant difference in the marking qualified rate between the senior endoscopist partners and partners of senior endoscopist and capsule developer (48.7%, 1 200/2 466 vs. 49.6%, 1 496/3 019; P>0.05). Conclusions:Establishment of AI marking method for MCCG can provide technical support for AI non-blind area reading, and AI non-blind area monitoring during the operation of MCCG.

Objective:To identify human infection with Brucella suis, analyze its biological and molecular characteristics, and to provide basis for prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods:Brucella suis strains were isolated from the body of the first case of human Brucella suis infection in Jiangsu Province. Serum agglutination test was used for serotyping. The specific gene bcsp-31 of Brucella was detected by PCR. AMOS-PCR was used to identify IS-711. The species and biotypes were identified by multiplex PCR. The wboA gene products were sequenced and phylogenetic tree was constructed. Multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA) was used for molecular typing, and cluster analysis was performed with reference strains. Results:The strain was confirmed to be Brucella suis biotype 3 by serum agglutination test and PCR. After sequencing the wboA gene, cluster analysis of the reference sequence showed that the wboA gene was closest to the biotype 3 strain Brucella suis str. 686 (CP007719). MLSA was typed into ST17(1-6-4-1-5-3-5-2-4). Conclusions:Brucella suis biotype 3 is reported in Jiangsu Province for the first time. The MLSA type is ST17. In the future, the prevention and control of human brucellosis should be carried out. We should actively cooperate with the animal husbandry and veterinary department to increase the quarantine, immunization and other control measures.

Objective To provide reference for service optimization of information suppliers and doctors through analyzing the residents'value cognition and utilization of online health information. Methods Questionnaires were distributed in June 2016 to 1 460 residents aged 18 or above and having experienced medical visits themselves or accompanying others in one year. They were surveyed to learn their health information cognition and utilization behavior. The data so acquired were subject to constituent ratio and Chi square test analysis. Results In terms of their use of online health information, 58.5% of the respondents would consult relevant information before medical visits, 64.3% would verify the doctor's diagnosis online following such visits. In case of any inconsistences, 28.2% of them would seek second opinion at another hospital. Statistical differences were discovered in the cognitive difference of residents of different sexes on "internet health information inquiry can relieve tension" , and in the utilization difference of residents of different ages and educational on " whether to consult online health information before medical visits" ( P<0.05). Conclusions The residents'value cognition of online health information is rational in general, but there are also some cognitive behaviors worthy of notice. Information conflicts may incur doctor-patient conflicts and repetitive medical visits. Stakeholders should ensure the professionalism and quality of the information providers. The doctors should master the communication skills and pay attention to the potential impact of online health information.

OBJECTIVETo assess the antibiotic resistance and molecular characterization of cholera strains and to provide basis for clinical treatment and prevention of cholera.
METHODS4 stains isolated from an outbreak of cholera epidemic in Huai'an City in Jiangsu province in September 2010 were characterized using antibiotic susceptibility, biotype analysis, virluence genes detection, ctxB gene sequencing, and PFGE analysis.
RESULTSThe 4 strains were all resistant to sulphamethoxazole/trimethoprim, erythromycin, streptomycin. High drug susceptibility of the samples was found to 6 kinds of antibiotics such as amikacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, ampicillin. The isolates expressed phenotypic traits of both serogroup O1 ogawa and El Tor and carried 9 kinds of virulence genes, ctxA, ace, zot, toxR, tcpI, ompU, rtxC, tcpA, and hlyA gene. They were also identified as harboring the classical ctxB genotype based on amino acid residue substitutions. The PFGE profiles of NotI showed a single banding pattern, while SfiI's was 2 banding patterns.
CONCLUSIONThe bacterium type of Vibrio cholerae causing the epidemic outbreak of cholera belonged to the atypical EL Tor variant which was also identified as toxicogenic strain. The mapping of the strains prompted that there should be the common contamination source. Drug sensitivity test can guide the clinical drug use, in order to reduce the emergence of resistant strains.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 2014;(5):656-662
Objective To study the effect of lipopolysaccharide ( LPS ) on the activity of primary cultured macrophages and the distribution of divalent metal transporter 1 ( DMT1 ) and ferroportin 1 ( FPN1 ) .Methods Primary cell culture , MTT chromotest , cytochemistry chromotest and cell immunofluorescence techniques were used in this work . Results DMT1 was mainly distributed in the cytoplasm , which illuminates that DMT1 mediates the macrophage intracellular transit of iron from phagolysosome to cytoplasm .FPN1 was distributed in the cytoplasm and membrane , and the cytoplasm was the main site of FPN 1 distribution in macrophages .Conclusion Iron liberation from heme inside the phagolysosome occurs after erythrophagocytosis and it is possible that FPN 1 mediates intracellular transit of iron released by heme catabolism .The study found that LPS promoted the cell growth and this effect was reached to the peak in the 10 -5μg/L LPS group, but the cell growth was blocked with the increase of LPS concentration .
