This article reports the clinical data, diagnosis and treatment plan and prognosis of 3 patients with breast cancer under 20 years old. The clinical pathological features, treatment and prognosis were discussed in the literature, and compared with the biological characteristics of young (under 35 years old) breast cancer patients, providing a reference for the clinical individualized treatment of the disease.

To explore the relativity between heart-brain and post-stroke anxiety disorder by analyzing the pathogenesis of post-stroke anxiety disorder combined with the physiology and pathology of organs. The acupoint selection thought was explored by its selection rule according to literature. Post-stroke anxiety belongs to the brain organic anxiety disorder, whose basic pathogenesis is mind injury. The crucial cause is heart and brain disorder at the same time. Thus, Baihui (GV 20), Fengfu (GV 16) for brain and Xinshu (BL 15), Shenmen (HT 7) for heart can improve anxiety disorder according to the theories such as five organ,(thoroughfare),(four seas), meridian and collateral.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2011;27(4):274-276
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze and explore the value of MRI in distinguishing fresh from old vertebral compression fractures.
METHODS:
The features of MRI in 43 cases with compression fractures of thoracic or lumbar vertebral bodies were analyzed. MRI sequences included T1WI, T2WI and STIR.
RESULTS:
Fifty-five vertebral bodies in total were found compression fractures in 43 cases. Forty-six vertebral bodies, which showed low signals or low signals mixing a few high signals on T1WI, high signals on T2WI and significantly high signals on STIR, were identified as fresh compression fractures. Nine vertebral bodies were identified as old compression fractures, because they showed the same signals as normal vertebral bodies on T1WI, T2WI and STIR.
CONCLUSION
MRI could accurately distinguish fresh and old vertebral compression fractures, so it is valuable for the distinguishment in forensic identification.

OBJECTIVETo discuss the origin of occupational stress among petrochemical industry workers and to access the main occupational stressors that impact job satisfaction and mental health of petrochemical industry workers.
METHODSA survey on occupational stressor was carried out by Occupational Stress Indicator (OSI) in 532 petrochemical industry workers (345 chemical and 187 logistic workers).
RESULTSThe environment in workplace of chemical group was worse than that of contrast. The chemical workers had less control over job and they experienced more hazards, monotonous as well as role stressors than the logistic group. The scores of job satisfaction and mental health of chemical group (36.867 +/- 0.656, 43.734 +/- 0.542, respectively) were higher than that of contrast (40.321 +/- 0.901, 46.714 +/- 0.745, respectively) (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe occupational stressors exist in chemical workers which affect chemical workers' job satisfaction and mental health with different levels.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the short-term results of humeral head replacement for the treatment of four-part proximal humeral fractures or fracture-dislocations.
METHODSTwenty-five patients (11 male and 14 female)with four-part proximal humeral fractures or fracture-dislocations underwent humeral head replacement. The average age was 68.2 years (ranging from 56 to 77 years). All cases were followed up and evaluated the clinical results including pain, function and range of motion of shoulder with Neer scoring system.
RESULTSThe follow-up ranged from 12 to 40 months with an average time of 29.3 months. No prosthesis loosening, prosthesis dislocation, postoperative infection, nerve injury or periprosthesis fractures occurred. The results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 11 cases and fair in 6 cases. The excellent and good rate was 76% according to Neer scoring system.
CONCLUSIONReplacement of humeral head prosthesis could attain good short-term results for four-part proximal humeral fractures or fracture-dislocations. The key to improve the postoperative results is meticulous surgical techniques and appropriate correct consecutive physical therapy.

Objective To research a set of information system to improve the ability of rescue on mobile hospital. Methods The industry server and shelter client were used for establishing the network system of medical information, which used telemedicine in satellite communication, analyzed hardware topology and software demand. The measures of increasing safety and reliability were provided. Results The medical information was transmitted by network to share; the transmitting speed of remote diagnosis was 768Kb/s and dynamic image in 25 frame per second. Conclusion The level of the hospital informationization was improved for designing the IMS in modular thought.
