Objective:To investigate the tumor suppressing effect of Shenqi Yiliu decoction combined with cisplatin via ERK-mediated C-Myc/PD-L1 phase-coordinated pathway on H22 hepatocellular carcinoma tumor-bearing mice and its mechanism.Meth-ods:In 60 SPF-grade male Kunming mice,10 mice were taken as blank group by random number table method, and the other 50 mice were replicated as H22 hepatocellular carcinoma tumor-bearing mouse model. After successful replication of the model, the model mice were randomly divided into model group, cisplatin group[2.5×10-3 g/(kg·3 d)],Shenqi Yiliu decoction low[13.515 g/(kg·d)],me-dium[27.03 g/(kg·d-1)],and high dose[27.030 g/(kg·d)]combined with cisplatin group[2.5×10-3 g/(kg·3 d)],10 mice in each group were treated for 13 d.After 24 h of the last dose, the mice were anesthetized and sacrificed, and the tumor inhibition rate, spleen index and thymus index of each drug group were determined;HE staining was performed to observe the histopathological changes of tumor in mice;ELISA kit was used to detect the contents of EGF and IFN-γ in tumor tissue homogenate;p-ERK1/2,C-Myc and PD-L1 protein expression in tumor tissue were detected by IHC and Western blot;ERK,C-Myc and PD-L1 mRNA expression levels in tumor tissue were detected by RT-PCR.Results:Compared with blank group, the average body mass and spleen index of mice in model group were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with model group, the tumor inhibition effect of each treatment group was obvious, and Shenqi Yiliu decoction combined with cisplatin group inhibited tumor growth in liver cancer mice in a dose-dependent way,im-proved the average body mass, spleen index and thymus index of mice, promoted the necrosis of tumor cells and increased the necrotic area.EGF and IFN-γ contents,P-ERK1/2,C-Myc,PD-L1 protein expressions and ERK,C-Myc,PD-L1 mRNA expression levels were decreased in tumor tissues(P<0.05).Compared with cisplatin group, the therapeutic effect of Shenqi decoction combined with cisplatin in medium and high dose groups was significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Yiliu decoction combined with cisplatin effectively inhibited the tumor growth of H22 liver cancer tumor-bearing mice and significantly reduces the expression of C-Myc and PD-L1 proteins in the tumor tissues, which may be through the regulation of ERK signaling path-way-related protein expression to exert tumor suppressive effect.

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of arthroscopic lateral retinacular proximal release and "L" type release for lateral patellar compression syndrome. Methods:Sixty four lateral patellar compression syndrome (LPCS) patients were recruited who had arthroscopic surgery during September 2004 to January 2019 at Department of Sports Medicine,Peking University Third Hospital by the same group of doctors and a retrospective comparative study was conducted accordingly. Among them,24 cases underwent the traditional proximal release of lateral patellar retinaculum (traditional group),including 7 males and 17 females with an age of (42.9±14.6)years(range:23 to 72 years); 40 cases were treated with novel lateral retinacular release of "L" type release revised based on the previous experiences (novel group), consisting of 12 males and 28 females with an age of (54.9±13.1) years (range:28 to 76 years). All the patients participated surveys for the visual analogue scale (VAS),Lysholm score and International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) knee function subjective evaluation before and after the operation. The comparison of scores within groups was performed by Wilcoxon test, and comparison between groups was performed by Mann-Whitney U test and Chi-square test. Multivariate analysis was used to evaluate the related factors affecting each score. Results:The follow-up durations of traditional group and novel group were (12.6±1.0) years (range:11.7 to 15.3 years) and (2.2±1.0)years(range:1.0 to 4.4 years) respectively. At the last follow-up,VAS(0(1.0)to 6.0(2.0), Z=-5.471, P<0.01),Lysholm score(98.0(10.0)to 48.0(40.0), Z=-5.511, P<0.01),and IKDC score(82.8(11.2)to 37.4(18.5), Z=-5.444, P<0.01) in novel group were statistically significantly improved, and the postoperative excellent rate of Lysholm score was 97.5% in general. There was no significant difference in the changes of the three scores ( P>0.05) between the traditional group and the novel group. However,20.8% (5/24)patients in the traditional group reported significant weakness of the knee extension after surgery, while no such complain was received in the novel group ( P<0.01).The results of univariate analysis showed that surgical method was a related factor affecting the changes of VAS before and after surgery ( P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that whether or not with osteoarthritis and operation type were independent factors affecting the changes of Lysholm and IKDC scores ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The long-term effect of arthroscopic lateral retinacular release for the treatment of LPCS is satisfactory. Compared with the traditional proximal release surgery, the "L" type release can effectively avoid the complication of significant weakness of the knee extension significantly.

Objective To investigate the preventive and adverse effects of postnatal inhalation of Budesonide in early stage on bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in very low birth weight infants. Methods A total of 105 cases of high risk premature infants with BPD,who were born in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) from Shenzhen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from July 15,2015 to December 25,2016,and their gestational age ≥ 27 weeks and < 32 weeks or birth weight ≥ 1 000 g and < 1 500 g were collected for a prospective randomized controlled trial, and were randomly divided into 3 groups:early inhalation group(34 cases),late inhalation group(34 cases) and non-inhalation group(37 cases). The oxygen time, and the incidence of BPD,periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH),retinopathy of prematurity (ROP),necrotizing enterocolitis of the newborns (NEC),patent ductus arteriosus in preterm infants (PDA),sepsis and hyperglycemia of infants in 3 groups were compared. Results The average oxygen time in early inhalation group was 9 days, while in late inhalation group and the non-inhalation group was 15 days and 18 days, respectively. The average oxygen time in early inhalation group was significantly lower than that in the late inhalation group and the non-inhalation group, with the difference being statistically significant (H =6.09,P < 0.05).The noninvasive ventilation time in early inhalation group was 3 days, while both the late inhalation group and non-inhalation group were 6 days. The noninvasive ventilation time in early inhalation group was significantly lower than that in the late inhalation group and non-inhalation group, with the difference being statistically significant (H =6.17,P <0.05).The incidence of BPD in the early inhalation group, late inhalation group and non-inhalation group were 14.7% (5/34 cases),20.6% (7/34 cases) and 37.8% (14/37 cases),respectively. The incidence of BPD in non-inhalation group was significantly higher than that in the early inhalation group and late inhalation group, with the difference being statistically significant (x2 =12.017,P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in IVH,ROP,NEC,PDA,sepsis and hyperglycemia among the 3 groups (all P > 0.05).Conclusions Postnatal inhalation of Budesonide in early stage in high risk very low birth weight infants can reduce the incidence of BPD and the oxygen time, and the adverse reactions are not obvious.
