1.Current status of eating behaviors and its predictive role in overweight and obese of adolescents

Objective:
To explore the current status and influencing factors of eating behaviors in adolescents, so as to provide a theoretical foundation for health promotion education among adolescents.
Methods:
Based on the database from Survey of Chinese Family Health Index (2021), by a random number table method, 1 065 teenagers were selected from the provincial capitals of 22 provinces and 5 autonomous regions in China, as well as 4 municipalities directly under the central government. A general characteristic questionnaire, Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Short Form of the Family Health Scale (FHS-SF), 10-item Short Version of the Big Five Personality(BFP-10), Content-based Media Exposure Scale (CM-E) and Sakata Eating Behavior Scale Short Form(EBS-SF) were used to collect information. Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis was employed to identify and analyze related factors of eating behaviors among adolescents. Receiver operating characteristic was used to validate the predictive ability of the EBS-SF score for overweight and obesity among adolescents.
Results:
The average scores of BFI-10,C-ME, FHS-SF, PHQ-9 and EBS-SF were (33.08±4.64)(19.20±4.55)(38.48±6.65)(6.09±5.63)(16.75±4.36), respectively. Multivariate linear regression showed that family type (other types), agreeableness, conscientiousness, family health and depression were the main related factors of EBS-SF scores among adolescents( B =2.61,-0.42,0.20,-0.11,0.23, P <0.05).The analysis of receiver operating characteristic curve showed that the EBS-SF scores had a good ability in predicting obesity among male adolescents ( AUC= 0.73, P <0.01).
Conclusions
Family type, big five personality, family health,depression are the related factors of eating behaviors among adolescents. EBS-SF scores are predictive of obesity in adolescents, which would provide a new perspective for promoting healthy eating habits among adolescents.
2.Applicability of Modified Pediatric Nutritional Risk Screening Tool in children with cerebral palsy

Objective:To explore the scheme of assigning rational scores to the Modified Pediatric Nutritional Risk Screening Tool for children with cerebral palsy(CP) at different Gross Motor Function Classification System(GMFCS) levels.Methods:The clinical data of 360 children with CP hospitalized in the Department of Children′s Rehabilitation, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to October 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.All the CP children at different GMFCS levels who met the inclusion criteria were subject to nutrition screening and assessment by using the Modified Pediatric Nutritional Risk Screening Tool and the Subjective Global Nutritional Assessment(SGNA) scale.The distribution of malnutrition rates assessed by the SGNA scale among the children at different GMFCS levels was examined.Data between groups were compared by the χ2 test.Children at different GMFCS levels were divided into different subgroups according to the statistical difference.Then, 0 or 1 score was assigned to the Modified Pediatric Nutritional Risk Screening Tool in different subgroups, and different combinations were formed.The nutritional risk screening results of different combinations were evaluated by using the SGNA scale assessment results as a reference. Results:In children with CP, the risk detection rate and incidence rate of malnutrition were 58.1%(209/360) and 36.9%(133/360), respectively.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of malnutrition between GMFCS Ⅱ and GMFCS Ⅲ, as well as between GMFCS Ⅳ and GMFCS Ⅴ(all P>0.05). Therefore, children with CP were divided into 3 subgroups, namely, group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ to Ⅲ, and group Ⅳ to Ⅴ.Different CP disease scores were given to the Modified Pediatric Nutritional Risk Screening Tool in 3 subgroups, forming 3 different protocols[protocol 1 (0, 0, 1 point); protocol 2(0, 1, 1 point); current protocol (1, 1, 1 point)]. Taking the SGNA scale assessment results as a reference, the sensitivity of protocol 1, protocol 2 and current protocol were 85.7%, 92.5%, and 93.2% respectively.The specificity protocol 1, protocol 2 and current protocol were 81.1%, 78.0%, and 62.6%, respectively.And the Youden indexes of above three protocols were 0.668, 0.705, and 0.558, respectively.The Youden index of protocol 2 was relatively high. Conclusions:The Modified Pediatric Nutritional Risk Screening Tool can effectively identify the risk of malnutrition in children with CP.The scheme of assigning 0 points to children with GMFCS grade Ⅰ and 1 point to children with GMFCS grade Ⅱ to Ⅴ is more reasonable.
3.A consensus on the management of allergy in kindergartens and primary schools

Abstract
Allergic diseases can occur in all systems of the body, covering the whole life cycle, from children to adults and to old age, can be lifelong onset and even fatal in severe cases. Children account for the largest proportion of the victims of allergic disease, Children s allergies start from scratch, ranging from mild to severe, from less to more, from single to multiple systems and systemic performance, so the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases in children is of great importance, which can not only prevent high risk allergic conditions from developing into allergic diseases, but also further block the process of allergy. At present, there is no consensus on the management system of allergic children in kindergartens and primary schools. The "Consensus on Allergy Management and Prevention in Kindergartens and Primary Schools", which includes the organizational structure, system construction and management of allergic children, provides evidence informed recommendations for the long term comprehensive management of allergic children in kindergartens and primary schools, and provides a basis for the establishment of the prevention system for allergic children.
4.Correlation of serum exosomal miR-301a with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events after peritoneal dialysis in diabetic nephropathy

【Objective】 To investigate the correlation of serum exosomal microRNA-301a (miR-301a) with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events after peritoneal dialysis in diabetic nephropathy. 【Methods】 A total of 211 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated with peritoneal dialysis from June 2019 to June 2020 in the First Hospital Affiliated of Hebei North University were selected as study subjects. Serum exosomal miR-301a was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The patients were divided into high miR-301a group and low miR-301a group based on the median of miR-301a; the clinical data of the two groups were compared. The correlation of miR-301a with high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) was analyzed by Spearman. Linear regression was applied to analyze the factors associated with the effect of miR-301a. The patients were followed up for two years. Kaplan-Meier and Log-Rank were conducted to compare the cumulative incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events between the two groups, and COX regression and restricted cubic spline were used to analyze the level-effect relationship between miR-301a and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events after peritoneal dialysis. 【Results】 Thirty-seven cases (17.54%) of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events occurred during follow-up. Objective A program-controlled flexible multi-point temperature measurement device was self developed for collection and analysis of skin temperature signals of diabetic patients and healthy subjects under resting and heating conditions so as to assess vasodilation function of the microcirculation, Methods With reference to the endothelial regulation spectrum of human body, wavelet analysis was performed on skin temperature signals, and the temperature fluctuation amplitudes in diabetic group and healthy control group were compared at different time periods after thermal stimulation. Results The temperature fluctuation amplitude in endothelial spectrum of diabetic group was smaller than that of healthy control group, and the decrease in skin temperature fluctuation after the power-off of thermal stimulation was remarkably smaller than that of control group, indicating that the response to thermal stimulation for diabetic patients was slower. Conclusions Vasodilation function can be quantitatively evaluated by using the fluctuation of skin temperature signals in endothelial spectrum band. Skin temperature monitoring is a potentially easy-implemented method for the health management and early diagnosis of microvascular diseases in diabetic patients.
6.Phenotypic and genetic analysis of a family with nonketotic hyperglycinemia caused by AMT gene mutation

Nonketotic hyperglycinemia (NKH) is a rare congenital metabolic disorder with low diagnostic rate. This article reported a case of NKH caused by AMT gene mutation. The child started with suspected neonatal sepsis, and then the condition deteriorated rapidly, including apnea, hiccup, coma, convulsion, etc. Blood glucose, ketone body, blood gas analysis of electrolytes, blood ammonia and so on were generally normal. Blood and urine screening results showed that glycine was slightly higher, and the ratio of cerebrospinal fluid to serum glycine concentration increased. Electroencephalogram showed outburst suppression. High total exome sequencing results showed that the maternal exon 3 c.664C>T(p.Arg222Cys) of AMT gene was pathogenic, and the paternal exon 3 c.793C>T(p.Arg265Cys) was suspected to be pathogenic, which was an autosomal recessive genetic disease with complex heterozygosis. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of this child and the characteristics of gene mutation are summarized.
7.Study on Toxicity Mechanism of Aconitum carmichaeli Lipid-soluble Alkaloids to Adjuvant-induced Arthritis Model Rats Based on Plasma Metabolomics

OBJECTIVE:To study the toxicity mechanism of lipid-soluble alkaloids of Aconitum carmichaeli to adjuvant-induced arthritis (AIA) model rats. METHODS: Totally 40 rats were randomly divided into blank group (ultrapure water), model group (ultrapure water) and A. carmichaeli lipid-soluble alkaloids low-dose and high-dose groups (12.5, 35 mg/kg), with 10 rats in each group. Except for blank group, rats in other groups were given complete Freund’s adjuvant 0.1 mL on the right hind paw to induce AIA model. 19 d after modeling, they were given relevant medicine intragastrically, once a day. After 14 d of administration, endogenous metabolites were separated and identified from plasma by UPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS. Then, the collected data were analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA). Variable importance projection (VIP)>1 and P value (<0.05) were used to screen differential metabolites in plasma. Retrieving the database of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes according to the differential metabolites,the toxic mechanism of A. carmichaeli liposoluble alkaloids to AIA rats were speculated. RESULTS: A total of 57 plasma metabolites were indentified, and 11 differential metabolites such as L-proline, 6-hydroxynicotinic acid and adenosine were identified. After inducing AIA model, the plasma contents of L-proline and uridylic acid were decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the content of deoxycytidine was increased significantly (P<0.01). Low dose of A. carmichaeli lipid-soluble alkaloids could decrease the plasma contents of adenosine and L-proline in rats (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while the plasma contents of deoxycholic acid was increased significantly (P<0.05). High dose of A. carmichaeli lipid-soluble alkaloids could decrease the plasma contents of 6-hydroxynicotinic acid, adenosine, carnitine, L-proline, N-formylaminobenzoic acid were decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while the plasma contents of deoxycholic acid, L-arginine, deoxycytidine and L-lysine were increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The toxicity of low-dose of A. carmichaeli lipid-soluble alkaloids to AIA model rats is less; the toxicity of high-dose of A. carmichaeli lipid-soluble alkaloids to AIA model rats may be related to abnormal bile secretion, lysine biosynthesis and metabolic disorders of purine, pyrimidine, tryptophan, proline and arginine.
8.Study on Efficacy Enhancing Effects of Compatibility of Aconitum carmichaeli Liposoluble Alkaloids and Total Glucosides of Peony in the Treatment of Wind-Cold-Dampness Type Bi-Syndrome Model Rats

OBJECTIVE: To study the efficacy enhancing effect of compatibility of Aconitum carmichaeli liposoluble alkaloids and total glucosides of peony in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness type bi-syndrome model rats. METHODS: Totally 100 SD male rats were randomly divided into blank group (water), model group (water), rotundine group [positive control, 10.0 mg/(kg·d)], dexamethasone group [positive control, 0.3 mg/(kg·d)],A. carmichaeli alkaloids low-dose and high-dose groups [A. carmichaeli liposoluble alkaloid extract 12.5, 25.0 mg/(kg·d)], total glucosides of peony low-dose and high-dose groups [total glucosides of peony powder 200.0,400.0 mg/(kg·d)], compatibility low-dose and high-dose groups [A. carmichaeli liposoluble alkaloid+total glucosides of peony powder were 12.5 mg/(kg·d)+400.0 mg/(kg·d), 25.0 mg/(kg·d)+800.0 mg/(kg·d) respectively], with 10 rats in each group. Except for blank group, other groups were given complete Freund’s adjuvant 0.1 mL on the right hind paw and wind-cold-dampness stimulation to induce wind-cold-dampness type bi-syndrome model. Nineteen days after modeling, they were given relevant medicine or water intragastrically, once a day, for consecutive 14 d. The joint tenderness threshold (except for dexamethasone group) and joint swelling index (except for rotundine group) were measured at 0 (before medication), 3rd and 6th day after administration respectively. HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of synovial membrane of ankle joint in rats (except for rotundine group). ELISA assay was used to determine anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibody in serum of rats (except for rotundine group), and compatibility index (CI) were calculated. RESULTS: Compared with blank group, joint tenderness threshold of rats were decreased significantly in model group at different time points, while joint swelling index was increased significantly (P<0.01). Inflammatory lesions in synovial tissue were obvious, and the content of anti-CCP antibody in serum was significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with model group, the joint tenderness threshold, joint swelling index, synovial tissue pathological changes and anti-CCP antibody content in serum of rats in medication groups were improved in varying degrees, most of the indicators had significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the improvement effect of the compatibility groups was better than single component treatment groups. CI value calculated based on anti-CCP antibody content was 0.213,suggesting that the compatibility of the two components had synergistic effect. CONCLUSIONS: The compatibility of A. carmichaeli liposoluble alkaloids and total glucosides of peony in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness type bi-syndrome model rats has analgesia,anti-inflammation and synovial tissue protection, with synergistic efficacy-enhancing effect.
9. Clinical analysis of hemorrhagic cystitis in children and adolescents with hematological diseases post haplo-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective:
To investigate the incidence and clinical features to probe the risk factors of hemorrhagic cystitis (HC) in children and adolescents with hematological diseases post haplo-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo-HSCT) .
Methods:
Medical records of 62 children and 27 adolescents with hematological diseases treated with haplo-HSCT between 2015 and 2016 were analyzed.
Results:
Of 89 cases (56 boys and 33 girls) , 44 patients were diagnosed with ALL, 33 AML, 3 AHL and 9 MDS. HC occurred in 32 of the 89 patients with an incidence of 36%, including 6 with grade Ⅰ, 16 with grade Ⅱ, 8 with grade Ⅲ, 2 with grade Ⅳ HC, respectively. The median time of HC onset was 25 days (range 2-55 days) after haplo-HSCT with the median duration as 19 days (range 3-95 days) , all of them were cured. 10.Effect of modified herringbone-Trendelenburg position during gynecological laparoscopic operation of the elderly

Objective To explore the effects of modified herringbone-Trendelenburg position during gynecological laparoscopic operation of the elderly. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation under general anesthesia were recruited and assigned to the observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) by random digits table method with 30 cases each according to admitting time;Patients in the control group were placed in conventional Trendelenburg position, while the patients in the observation group were positioned in modified herringbone-Trendelenburg position .Intraocular pressure (IOP) were measured in the patients at anesthesia induction (T1),5 minutes after general anesthesia in supine position (T2) , and 5 minutes after pneumoperitoneum while in the operation position (T3) , every 30 minutes (times 4 to 11), while supine at the end of pneumoperitoneum (time 12) and before awakening (time 13);Patients were followed up at 24 h and 48 h after surgery, researcher investigate and record the scores of the Operation Position Comfort Questionnaire, the situation of the pain in the shoulder and postoperative complications of the lower limbs. Results There was no statistically significant difference (t=-1.098,-0.772,-0.656, P>0.05) of the IOP at T1, T2, T13. The IOP in the observation group had statistically significant difference compared with the control group at T3 to T12 (t=6.523-19.866, P<0.01). The incidence rate of the postoperative complications of the lower limbs in the observation group was 6.7%(2/30) lower than 26.7%(8/30) of the control group (χ2=4.320, P<0.05) and the VAS scores of the patients in the two groups was statistically significant (t=2.471, P<0.05). The incidence rate of the postoperative shoulder pain in the observation group was 10.0%(3/30) lower than 43.3%(13/30) of the control group (χ2=8.523, P<0.01), and the Visual Analogue Scale scores of the patients in the two groups was statistically significant (t=3.575, P<0.05).The scores of the Operation Position Comfort Questionnaire in the observation group was higher than the control group (t=-2.319, P<0.05). Conclusions Modified herringbone- Trendelenburg position can reduce the elevation of intraocular pressure in elderly patients without affecting the operation ,and effectively improve the comfort of the operation position of the patients, reduce the incidence rate of the shoulder pain and postoperative complications of the lower limbs, is conducive to the operation safety of elderly patients.
