1.Study on the differences of clinical application in pediatric patients for different brands infrared ear thermometers

		                        			Objective:To explore the differences in the clinical application of different brands of infrared ear thermometers in pediatric patients,and to guide the rational use of infrared ear thermometers.Methods:A total of 164 inpatients and outpatients who received treatment in the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from May 2023 to July 2023 were randomly selected,and three different brands of ear thermometers were used to measure the ear temperature of the children in the same measurement method.The differences in temperature and time measured by different brands of ear thermometers in children of different ages were compared.Results:The temperature and time measurements of the three ear thermometers were compared,the difference was statistically significant(F=5.007,264.988,P<0.05).The temperature of children aged≤3 months was measured by the three ear thermometers,and the difference was statistically significant(F=3.868,P<0.05).there was no difference in children aged over 3 months.Conclusion:For children of different ages,medical institutions can make choices based on the comprehensive consideration of the use cost,the speed of measurement time and other factors.For children aged over 3 months,choose product B with lower cost and faster measurement time,for children aged 0-3 months,it is recommended to choose product A with more accurate temperature measurement values.

		                        			Antipsychotic medications are commonly used to treat schizophrenia,but they can have negative effects on lipid metabolism,leading to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases,reduced life expectancy,and difficulties with treatment adherence.The specific mechanisms by which antipsychotics disrupt lipid metabolism are not well understood.Sterol regulatory element-binding proteins(SREBPs)are important transcriptional factors that regulate lipid metabolism.Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9),a gene regulated by SREBPs,plays a critical role in controlling levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and has become a focus of research on lipid-lowering drugs.Recent studies have shown that antipsychotic drugs can affect lipid metabolism through the SREBP/PCSK9 pathway.A deep understanding of the mechanism for this pathway in antipsychotic drug-related metabolic abnormalities will promote the prevention of lipid metabolism disorders in patients with schizophrenia and the development and application of new drugs.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Research on Procurement Classifcation of Medical Equipment Based on Kraljic Model.

		                        			Based on the Kraljic model,this paper established the scoring standard system for medical equipment procurement,and determined the weight coefficients of each evaluation factor by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),then the procurement classification model of medical equipment was successfully established.It is proved that this model can classify medical equipment effectively,which enables the purchasing personnel to adopt corresponding purchasing strategies according to different classification.This model can be extended to all medical equipment procurement,realizing the delicacy and individualized procurement management of the equipment,which has strong operability and guiding significance.

4.Design of a Special Shaped Foam Dressing Based on Anatomy.

		                        			As the dressings currently used in clinic settings unflat shape in general, they can't be fitted completely on occiput, heel, elbow, knee and other body parts unflat. This paper developed one kind of foam dressing of special shape based on local anatomy. The foam dressing is waterproof and air permeable, it can cover the wound closely enough to prevent bacteria from invasion and infection. With a saturated absorption ratio of 1: 8 or higher, it can keep the wound clean and moisture by absorbing large amounts of wound inflammatory secretions and is almost completely permeable to oxygen and carbon dioxide. 6.Analysis of alarm management and alarm information integration technology for ICU's medical device.

		                        			This paper analyzed current problems and challenges facing hospitals in alarm management both abroad and at home. Based on a survey conducted on alarm management in hospitals, plus an analysis on different kinds of data interfaces and data exchange protocols of the medical equipment used in ICUs, a solution of alarm management is put forwarded which is based on alarm information integration and processing. 7.Metabolism of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhetinic acid in the in situ vascularly perfused rat intestine-liver model

		                        			Aim To study the biotransformation of gly-cyrrhizin in rat intestine-liver. Methods The in situ vascularly perfused rat intestine-liver model was estab-lished with a validated LC-MS/MS method for assay of the model perfusate glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhetinic acid. Results The steady state intestinal and liver ex-traction ratios in the once-through perfused rat intes-tine-liver model for glycyrrhizin were ( 4. 2 ± 0. 6 )%and (28. 0 ± 3. 0)%, respectively; the first-order ab-sorption rate constant for glycyrrhizin in the recircula-tion of perfusate to the intestine model was ( 0. 33 ± 0. 06 ) min-1;after intraduodenal administration of gly-cyrrhizin,the main active metabolite in was the perfu-sate glycyrrhetinic acid, which was also found in intes-tinal luminal fluids. Conclusions The first-pass effi-cacy of glycyrrhizin is obvious and there is only a small amount of metabolite in the intestinal mucosa cells;gly-cyrrhizin is metabolized by gut bacteria or liver cells af-ter oral administration;the in situ vascularly perfused rat intestine-liver model can be used in glycyrrhizin pharmacokinetic studies.

9.Clinical observation of posterior pedicle screw fixation indirect decompression in treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures

		                        			Objective To compare the clinical effect of the two surgical methods of posterior pedicle screw fixation decompression in treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures,and in order to provide the basis for choosing the rational treatment.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 98 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures underwent surgery of posterior pedicle screw fixation decompression from January 2007 to January 2011.Fifty-six patients were given posterior fixed indirect decompression surgery (indirect decompression group) and 42 patients were given posterior fixed direct decompression (direct decompression group).The patients were followed up for (1.03 ± 0.36) years after surgery,the image,recovery of neurological function,postoperative complications and capacity for independent living of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results After surgery,the vertebral height ratio,Cobb angle,canal compromise rate in indirect decompression group were (91.67 ± 26.19)%,(10.10 ± 2.89)°,(18.61 ±5.32)%,in direct decompression group were(86.23 ± 24.64)%,(11.98 ± 3.42)°,(22.37 ± 6.39)%.There was significant difference compared with before surgery (P < 0.05) and no significant difference between two groups (P >0.05).After surgery,the neurological function of the two groups were improved,and the improvement in indirect decompression group was better than that in direct decompression group (P < 0.05).The postoperative complications ratio in indirect decompression group was 23.2% (13/56),significantly lower than that in direct decompression group[83.3%(35/42)](x2 =10.370,P< 0.01).There was 60.7%(34/56)patients with capacity for independent living in indirect decompression group,significantly higher than that in direct decompression group [40.5% (17/42)] (x2 =4.329,P < 0.05).Conclusion The posterior pedicle screw fixation indirect decompression in treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures is a feasible operation method,and is worth to utilize in clinic.

		                        			It was proved that Phenolic alkaloids from Menisphermum dauricum (PAMD) has extensive pharmacological effects, manifested as affecting electrophysiology of the heart, resisting cardiac arrhythmia, inhibiting myocardial infarction, protecting nverves in cerebral ischemia, exerting resisting action in thrombogenesis, dementia, and tumor, and improving learning disorder, and so on.
